I was unable to return an unopened item, bought two hours ago. I found the same exact item on Amazon for $37.00 less than what I paid for the item at Sally’s, and was unable to return the item with a receipt in hand. Shop at Amazon, instead of this place. Sally’s horrendous return policy is at the customers expense; shop elsewhere.

The lady in the store didnt know what she was talking about she gave me a shampoo that was supposed to make my hair silver and it turned it blue very disappointed

The 2 ladys that were working in the store the afternoon I went were very rude! The store itself had the product that I was looking to purchase but their employees have literally made my 1st personal experience at this store my last experience at Sallys. (Or at least at the location on 31 W bypass right next dokr to Kroger anyway.) They followed me around the store and made me feel like I was trying to steal something when I was just looking to try something new kn my hair and that was it! The cashier even walked bck to the same area I was looking in once I was ready and at the register to checkout to make sure the couple of items I had picked up to read were put bck in their spots bc I had decided to just purchase my purple shampoo that my hair stylist had recommended for me to us when I had my highlights done. I have never been treated like this in my entire life...EVER! I have already called bck the next-day and spoke with the girls manager and I also plan to get ahold of the GM to file a complaint with them as well. This was not okay amd I refuse to be treated like this when I am nothing other than a faithful, PAYING customer!!

I went to sally’s Today and they had great customer service and had great people their to help u when needed and a nice greeting when u walk in I recommend going to this place

A hit or miss on customer service. Sometimes you get a friendly helpful sales rep and sometimes theyre glued to their phones.
