Thank you so much for your QUALITY work over the years! I have been doing business with Plum Springs for years because they are always so professional and do such an amazing job on my vehicles! The staff is always so pleasant to deal with and I will continue to have my vehicles brought to Plum Springs! Thank you for all you do! I will continue to recommend your business to all my family and friends!!!
I have used this team for a number of years. Their work is excellent, timely and reasonably priced. But what sets them aside is their honesty, and it starts at the top with the owner. Unfortunately this has become difficult to find these days.Let’s face it, the technician working on your car will know infinitely more about it than you do. So you have to be able to take him at his word. You need someone you can trust to fix what is broken and not what isnt.Plum Springs are always willing to jump in and look for a solution, even if that solution involves packing grease in a boot when just replacing the whole thing would be easier and make them more money. The value in this is priceless. If youre driving a European auto and need a team you can rely on, give Plum Springs a shot. Car repairs come with car ownership. Like your doctor and dentist, you need an expert auto professional.I am a customer, and they have taught me that I can rely on their expertise and integrity. Feel free to do the same. You wont regret it.
Ran into these kind folks after my VW hit a snag on a road trip. Super clean shop, owner gave me lift up to enterprise, pricing was very fair, and work completed quickly and tight. Highly recommend.
Ordered parts for my X3 . Went to pick them up, they told me parts was there. The manager Lee was so very helpful. Jerry went ahead and put them on. He didnt have to, I could have come back for that. But he took the time to fit me in. He asked if I had a few minutes it wouldnt take long and it didnt. Jerry the owner explained and showed me what he was doing and how it will be done. That way you see how your money is spend. I will continue to take my x3 there for service. Im happy to have found a place of business that gives good and honest service. And dont have to go to a the dealership, BMW for service. Thanks you,Ethels Black X3
I have my Bimmer serviced for the brake fluid flush and spark plugs replacement. The service is fine but I was charged $13 for using my credit card. There was not even a warning that I would bring a check or check. Where in heaven would you charged this much for using your credit card? More importantly, who pays with check or cash (of $400) without a proper notice?
Very Good People, Extremely Knowledgeable and most importantly Friendly Demeanor, Great place to support
Three weeks have passed since I had spark plugs and coils replaced on my 2008 BMW 528i by Plum Springs Garage. Everything is still working great! The service was professional and timely. And the price was reasonable as well. I will certainly return when my car needs repairs in the future. Great job!
Awesome to deal with. Took the time to track down a very specific oil filter that no one else would try to find, and ordered them for me. Plum Springs Garage has gained a loyal customer.
I stopped by just to get some special engine oil for my Volkswagen and they were happy to comply! This was a lifesaver because the local auto parts store did not carry the oil I needed. I thank God that He provided through this store to help me on my way back to Michigan!
ABSOLUTELY do not recommend going to this place, if overcharging me wasn’t enough, paid over 1k to get these catalytic converters installed, and was changing the oil and noticed a bolt was missing did not put all the bolts back on, they overcharge and take your money, ABSOLUTELY do not recommend going to this place, NEVER AGAIN.
My girlfriend arrive to the shop as an out-of-town person and they helped her tremendously. highly recommend ! broke down everything on how much the cost would be! currently have no issues with my Mercedes Benz thank you
Friendly staff and good at communication. Very pleased with their work and repairs were completed quickly. Will definitely use again the next time my vehicle has an issue.
Best place for auto work by far. Very professional and rates better than dealerships. 👍🏻
If your looking for professional work done on your European vehicle, this is the place to go. Top notch service. I don’t trust anybody but these guys to work on my Audi. Honest and professional people. They get the job done right.
This is the biggest rip off of a shop Ive ever been to. I would never recommend their work to anyone. It is worth the drive to Nashville to get work done on any of your German cars. Never again will I let you steal from me and my hard earned money.
My boyfriend and I brought a BMW that wouldnt start to this shop.I told them it was the starter and we also requested that they do an overall checkup to make sure nothing else was wrong. They informed us nothing was wrong besides the anti lock brakes. However not even a week later the car is smoking and losing power. He paid around 700 bucks and the car has broken down again. I am disappointed that I recommended this shop to him. Now he will have to take it elsewhere and pay more money for something that should have been caught when they inspected the car.Update : I took it up to three stars because they did call to try and make it right. They offered to look at it again..I do appreciate the follow up but my boyfriend has taken it to his mechanic closer to where he lives. They repaired the starter flawlessly and only charged for the repair of that part.
Service has greatly improved
BEWARE!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO. THEY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME BY THOUSANDS.
In from out of Town, received great service from friendly and professional staff. Definitely recommend!
Top quality repairs with top quality parts, 100% recommend! Very clean shop, nice people, and very fair.
I have been using these guys for years and have always had a great experience with great value. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.
Very honest people. I needed a specific part for my car and they were able to find it. They also gave a recommendation on how to go about fixing my car. They do all they can to help and do it in an honest manner!
I took my BMW there for diagnosis and repair and, after diagnosis, was told the $1300 repair would fix my vehicles issue. I authorized the work on a Friday and got a call Sunday that they had done the work and it was not going to fix the problem. The problem was complex and involved BMW replacing my engine or them replacing my engine for about $12,500. I could not afford an engine replacement. When I went to pick up my vehicle they had reduced the bill to about $780 (from the $1300) but I still needed an engine replacement. I asked why I should have to pay for work they assured me would fix my problem, but didnt, and the response was because they had done the work. I only authorized the work because they told me it would fix my car! Im not grateful for a $500 discount on work that didnt fix my car! I explained that I go to them for expertise, I didnt tell them what the car needed, they told me. Any craftsman that doesnt stand behind their work, in this case their work is their diagnosis, should not be trusted. The owner and the front desk guy were nice and seemed very helpful but, based on my experience, I would not trust them to stand behind their work and their alleged expertise is obviously limited. The worst part is, they didnt stand behind their work. That is inexcusable.Response to Plum Springs Garages Response.1. I took my care to the dealership in April & they serviced it, replacing a vacuum line. They didnt refuse to service it AND the only time I knew about the problem with the motor was when I received a call from Plum Springs Garage on the Sunday, as I mentioned in my initial statement. Plum Springs Garage agreed to diagnose & repair my vehicle, there were no disclaimers and I was quoted a price to fix the vehicle, which did not happen.2. I went to Plum Springs for expert diagnosis. They were stumped and reached out for assistance, that is not unreasonable. However, I was told the work required would fix the issue, it did not. Therefore, their diagnosis was incorrect, a mistake which I paid for.3. I did not make a threat to ruin our business any way I could. I offered that it could be cheaper to absorb the nearly $800 for work that didnt accomplish what they said it would rather than have me out here with a negative experience. If I turned away even 1 customer, then sticking me with their mistake would be a poor decision. EVERY business owner knows that customers w/negative experiences convey them frequently. I run a mutli-million business and weve had to eat our mistakes before to keep customers happy. Ive also been a contractor and have had to do what I said I was going to do, regardless of what it cost me, to keep my customers happy. Im aware not everyone does that and, as customers, our recourse is the court of public opinion expressed by word of mouth and online reviews.4. I was quoted a diagnostic price of about $100, which I agreed to. What I ended up paying was $767 for work that I was assured would fix my vehicle. While the $767 was reduced significantly, as I said, it didnt fix my vehicle. I dont understand why that is so difficult to understand. Plum Springs Garage said the work would fix my car and it did not so the only thing I should owe is the diagnostic charge, $100. Yes they did a lot of research, made phone calls, read books, whatever, I appreciate the effort. The week before, Firestone In Bowling Green told me the issue was two ignition coils and it would cost me $465. I told them to do the work, I picked up me vehicle and drove it home. On the way home I realized the issue was not fixed and called them. They offered to refund me the money, I told them to apply it towards the tires I had already ordered from them. Firestone made a mistake and honored their word. Thats what should happen. They recommended Plum Springs Garage, who also made a misdiagnosis but didnt stand by their word. Thats the issue here. Own up to your mistakes like Firestone and the rest of us have to or your customers will be out here sharing their negative experiences.
Excellent service! These folks are top notch. Went above & beyond to get our Limo up and ready for service. Communication was wonderful. Thanks Jerry!
I have used these guys since 1991 to do almost every vehicle I have owned from Porsche 911s to BMWs, and Even some Rarer vehicles like an S65 AMG! Top notch repairs always. They stand by their work. They are always great people, I will miss Bob he was a great guy. One of the best places in town if you wont have to spend a fortune and take your vehicle back for the same repair twice, see the Guys at Plumb Springs! Kudos on the new location guys!
Didnt have anything major done to my 1999 Volkswagen Beetle, just a quick headlight change. But I could tell the level of professionalism in just the small time I was there. Very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back for further business.
Very professional, completes the work in a timely manner.
While I will shop around for a more affordable shop, I cant complain about the respectful way I was treated. Im sorry to say that I was not as respectful. They took their time and explained procedures to me. I was just in a panic because of my own situation that had nothing to do with them. Gentlemen, I am sorry.
While driving home to Cleveland Ohio from Nashville on Monday for the Thanksgiving weekend, we were extremely lucky to have our car trouble where we did. We were about two exits south of Plumb Springs Garage when our BMW 5 series overheated and went into limp mode from a water pump gone bad. The BMW/Mercedes dealership could not help us so we were referred to Plumb Springs Garage. They even made a special run back to Nashville for our part so we could get back on the road that day. The garage is immaculate, cost was fair, and the personal service was superior. They had even offered to take us to the local mall while waiting but my husband preferred to talk shop which they did and now we know their whole history! Thanks guys, we feel fortunate considering it was an unfortunate car issue, especially so far from home.
Beat place in town to get your car worked on!
Friendly but over the top expensive. They quoted me $4500.00 to replaced tim in ng chain and valves. I had chain replaced for$500.00
Plum Springs Garage has always been helpful, timely and on point! I have owned a Mercedes 20 years and they have always been my mechanics!
Honest Quick Service. The verdict is still out because the car is not running the same but I am happy that they were able to get the car back to me in 1 days turnaround time.
Great guys they will help you out but they are a little high on the prices !

Best European Auto Shop in Bowling Green, fast friendly reliable
They are always friendly and listening to your issues with your cars
Excellent service, and the price was reasonable for a Mercedes repair.
Specialist in European cars. Locally owned. Knowledgeable staff.
These guys are great they worked on my Mercedes last year it was an sel 300 they were honest and quick and you get a great price for the service however it is surprising that there isnt a lot of reviews on this shop would I recommend them absolutely.I just got a porsche boxster not long ago and I needed them to work on it change a radiator hose and service the car the price was great and like always if its a small fix you probably driving away in your car the same day I just dropped my car yesterday for the radiator hose and got it first thing this morning I like professional shops and this is definitely one of them.
Exceptional! The air conditioning system in my 2002 VW Jetta had quit working. They had the problem identified and repaired within 20 minutes!
Stays busy. Hard to get an into. Only place locally that repairs imports
I should give this place a THUMP UP, since they really take customers demand seriously ! I did thought they charge unfairly, but after their detailed explanation, now i changed my mind . Good place to go !
They wouldn’t install inner tie rod on a Lexus because they said it’s a big deal, funny!!! because if you have the right tools it only takes about 15 min, no good!!
I was on a road trip and my Volvo started having issues. They fit me in to a very busy work day and got me back on the road.
Reasonable prices
Great service but expensive
Very skilled
Not do much
