I highly recommend this shop. Great people, and great service. The definition of a local, family owned company. I was on the road for a death in the family with my 12 year old and my dog, in a city and state I dont know when my truck started acting like a damn fool! When several other local shops seemed to really have no interest in even giving me service, asking if I was leaving my truck at their shop, after I explaining we were heading to my aunts funeral the next morning, without so much as scanning my codes and saying it would be at least several hours before they could even plug a scanner into my truck! These guys met us in the driveway, went out of their way to make sure my son was comfortable, and didnt try and take advantage of my situation. They explained the problem, and gave me the option of a complete overhaul or just enough to make us safe and on the road. Extremely fair prices, these guys are great. If the werent 2 states away, they would be the only place I took my vehicles to. Their kind of customer service is what is lacking in businesses these days!!!

Josh and Jessica are very efficient and reasonable. They don’t try to rip you off and only fix what is needed instead of making stuff up.

I have taken my car here for a couple of years. This company is honest and knowledgeable. They have found legitimate additional things that needed repairing. I havent had to bring my car back once it was repaired due to misdiagnosis. They diagnose my issue and always fix it in a timely manner. Their charges are absolutely fair and much less than most places in town. They are also very friendly any time I have taken my car there. I would highly recommend this company.

High Mile saves our day as we were passing through town and our alternator went out. They immediately got us in, let us bring the part, and got us back on the road in 2 hours. They even picked us up and dropped off the car when it was done. Fast, efficient and affordable. Thanks guys!

My car decided we needed to spend a couple days in Bowling Green Kentucky this week while headed to Tennessee. At least it broke down near some honest people who took good care of us. Fair prices great work as far as I can see. Very very friendly family people. I didnt feel the usual pressure to fix a bunch of things that dont really need fixing right now. They fixed everything in good time. It is very literally a mom and pop shop they have one on the way haha and two others so they know what its like to be a family on a budget I think this keeps them empathetic with their customers. So like I said they dont try to rip you off. So if youre in Bowling Green and you need some vehicle repairs done I highly recommend these nice people!

Best auto shop Ive ever been to! I unfortunately needed them on an emergency basis. A belt broke on my car! They came and towed it to their shop, fixed it the same day and the bill was extremely reasonable. The least stressful emergency Ive probably ever had thanks to High Mile Auto Service!
