Needed to have a catalytic converter replaced and this place came highly recommended from a friend. I called and was given a quote very quickly. They also were very accommodating allowing me to bring my own parts and to get an appointment very quickly. My repair took two days which was no problem for me and I was notified via phone call when it was finished. The quote was very accurate to the final price that I paid which was very fair and lower than two other quotes that I had gotten. I had a good experience and would recommend this place for any repairs you may need.

Only been once. Was recommended to me so I gave it a chance. Very difficult issue with vehicle,finding out exactly what is wrong,was unable to find or diagnose but everyine I dealt with was very nice and seemed ver knowledgeable so I will definately get work done when needed in the future.

Mr. Terry Lindsey took care of my sons car quickly, he explained everything that was wrong, exactly what they did to fix it and it cost me less than I expected to have to spend. I wont take my cars anywhere else. Its hard to find a place you feel you can trust not to rip you off, Lindsey Automotive is that place. The actual conversations Ive had with them during updates on my car have been polite and helpful, but the communication (or lack thereof) is awful. My car has been there for over one week now and each time I call for an update, he says they are behind and he will call me later that day or the next with the update. Which they never do. I have to make the call. They treat me with respect, but it seems they have no cares about the fact that I have been without a vehicle for almost two weeks, and seem to be in no hurry in diagnosing the issue. While the discussions have been well-mannered, based on my experience, I would tell someone to go elsewhere for their service.

Courteous professional fair and timely service. I came to Lindsey Automotive with a rounded oil drain plug.They were able to extract the plug without damaging pan. Where other shops in the area wanted to replace entire pan. I recommend Lindsey Automotive.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!Car has been at the shop since Aug 22nd. Was told it was fixed on the 24th. Paid over 300 to find out it wasnt. Has been there since the 24th. I call weekly if not every 2 weeks and been told we are working on it or we will call you back out of the 15 we will call you backs I have had ZERO. Who does that. Has had my car now almost 4 months for a no throttle response, already paid over 300, and not one call to update me. I have another car or i would have gotten it back already. Was going to leave it there until they fixed it but 4 months is my limit. Feel free to ask them if claytons aveo if how they will treat your car if you still want to take it there.
