My family and I were very appreciative of their hospitality they showed us. They provided us and others in the area shelter, and made sure to keep their customers updated on the weather. Not only did they offer us shelter, but they offered everyone free drinks on them. The employees were very friendly people! We want to give them a huge thank you! ❤

I would like to share that I was just recently in there [like about 20 mins] and came across the rudest lady to ever ring me out. Normally I have no problem and always experienced nice employees there. However, tonight I went in for gas [which normally I rather due in the AM] but while standing there, thinking she was taking care of a customer, I was kindof just waiting until she looked at me and rudely said are you ready ??? Like in a very like “whiney” tone.. I simply said oh I’m sorry I thought you were still taking care of him, but which then I realized was either her boyfriend or some older guy she was just gabbing with while ignoring customers. But while ringing me up she just had a very unpleasant way and made it seem like how dare i “bother her” at her job and ask to get gas. I believer her name was Mandy an older women. Just very unkind and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I feel like I might have to go back to filling my gas at the gas n wash near my job in Frankfort or go to Tinley.

Overall place is great! The taco food truck place serves really good food, though the burritos are over loaded with meat;which is great if thats what youre looking for but in the future Ill probably be asking for an even combo of ingredients. Awesome choices of snacks and an amazing drink fountain! Only issue would be the girls working at the Dunkin either have attitude or just come off as very condescending. Would be nice if they were friendlier. All other employees have been great so far especially the taco truck ones, cant wait to order more from them!

It’s clean and new and very pleasant. My concern is the allow customers to enter Without Face Masks! Per Governor order! Employees are wearing them, they sell them in the store, but a family waltzed in two adults, and their son, and nobody said anything to them! The cashier at the front desk said nothing!!

I am posting this because I do not want anyone to have the same experience that I had. Please be aware.On 07/02/20 while using the services car wash service of Gas N Wash (5916 N Convent Street, Bourbonnais, IL), the attendant on duty allowed my vehicle and another vehicle to be placed too closely on the car track. This error resulted in the car behind my vehicle to collide one three separate occasions.Thankfully, the impact caused only physical & mechanical damage to both vehicles.The attendant on duty called his manager via Facetime. The call occurred while the manager was in a restroom. An incident report was started, a police report was filed. Your attendant acknowledged he allowed the cars too close to the track. Truth be told, it appeared that the employee either needed immediate medical attention or was under the use of recreational or pharmaceutical medications.The next day, I waited for the district manager and manager to review the footage. I called and was told the footage had not been reviewed. I then called your corporate office and discussed the incident which had not yet been reported to the corporate. I informed (owners assistant) that I was calling because of the incident and the lack of follow up by the manager. I also alerted her that damage had occurred during the incident. There was physical damage to the rear bumper of my vehicle and the A/C which had worked upon entering the car wash was no longer working. I informed her that the car was taken to a reputable local mechanic in Manteno. She requested that I keep all receipts for the repair work.I called the next day. There was no response. I called the district manager. He emailed a partial footage of the car wash. He denied any negligence or wrongdoing by Gas N Wash. I responded that rocking upon impact can be seen in the partial footage on three occasions. He finally acknowledged the impact of the other vehicle coming into contact with my vehicle. However he again denied any negligence or wrongdoing and refused to accept responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. After numerous back and forth emails, he offered to compensate for the damage to the bumper. The A/C worked before the car wash and STOPPED working upon leaving the car wash.The manager stated with instance that the damage of the A/C could not have occurred due to the impact of being hit 3 times in the car wash. However, the ownership of the repair work has stated the damage to the accountant was caused by impact.Let me be very clear, I expect the charge of the broken A/C part to be paid for by Gas n Wash. I am not asking for thousands of dollars, I am not seeking medical expenses. I am asking for the damage that occurred at the negligence of Gas n Wash be paid for.Small towns share information and bad experiences spread like wildfires. How many other people have had similar experiences?As I have said before, I am not asking for much, I am asking for the part only, not the repair or labor to be paid for by Gas N Wash.I have a reputation in my community of integrity, honesty and perseverance. I will not stop until this is resolved in a positive manner.******Gas n Wash corporate office acknowledged the scratches on my back bumper, but refused to pay to remediate my AC that was broke in their car wash.
