Had a Rx transferred here as another local pharmacy didn’t carry the medication the MD prescribed. Walgreens rep took all my information and called the other pharmacy to make the exchange. Rx was ready in less than two hours! Thank you so much!

I made an appointment online at Walgreens.com for a rapid covid test at this location. We showed up for the appointment, but the pharmacy said they don’t do covid tests at this location.Waste of a trip, please fix the Walgreens website.

Terrible photo experience. Never received the custom gift that I ordered and paid for. Then when I call to ask about the order I get hung up on.

I thought face mask were required ? Not in this store. Shoppers still were able to shop.Although they were not within 6 feet of other shoppers.

Very disappointed. My husbands HEART medication was not filled. States it was back ordered. You did not contact us to let us know nor did you contact his heart Dr to see if you could substitute. He has to go with his heart medication now until Monday when the Dr is open. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT MEDICATION AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION is inexcusable.

Walked into a busy pharmacy. 6 people long. One of the Pharmacists waited on me while I changed pharmacy locations and updated information. He was very patient, kind & helpful. He called another pharmacy to get a prescription filled that they were out of. Great customer service! Just moved here and nice experience.

It was 8:30 p.m. on a week night and I needed a certain eye drop prescription. They were out of it and it was on manufacturer backorder. They called every pharmacy in the Kankakee area and found it at another pharmacy! They were very nice. I cant thank them enough! Wonderful!

Had no issue at this location. I splurged a little too much as their Nightmare before Christmas collection is to die for. A semi conivent cash back option as well; 5, 10 or 20$. Was quiet and was greeted at door. Was pretty organized. What I was originally in there for was in quite an awkward place so I spent more time in there than I’d had liked.

Great place the lady that works in the photo department is very nice and helpful. if you don’t know what your doing she will walk you through it.

Clean friendly convenient. My only issue is they are not open 24 hours like other locations. Otherwise Ive never had a problem with them.

Ive never experienced a pharmacy that is this unprofessional & incompetent. Issue every single time. Turnover rate with the kids behind the counter that are purposely slow and rude to get a rise out of you. I wait for days and days for a rx that is on auto fill every single month. Even though Dr had called it in 4 days prior. Pharmacist tells me, Well, you need to be patient and work with me!. NO! I dont have to. I really cant believe they have these people in charge of such a important department. Lines wrapped around the building every time I go.

This has to be the wrost Walgreens Ive ever dealt with.Ive been to Walgreens in Crestwood, Midlothian, Orland park, and Tinley Park and never had to wait longer than two hours to fill a prescription when called in by a dr. Ive actually had multiple times when theyre ready in thirty minutes, but not in Bourbonnais. My first prescription was called in at around 5 p.m. and wasnt ready until the next morning. Next time I waited 4 hours then just went in and waited for it, third time 3 hours and got a text yay. And now todays prescription was called in at 1:50 p.m. I called at 6:30 and they said 2 more hours. This is ridiculous. The staff is okay but would probably be better if management could complete simple tasks like scheduling a pharmacy.

Do Not Go To This Store For a Prescription!!! They are the slowest and most unorganized unit I have ever dealt with in 51 years of living!! Every single time I go there I think it was just one bad experience but it wasn’t. It is every single time!!! I dropped off 1 script at 11:00am on 6/28/2019 and was told it would be 2 hours. 3 and a half hours later I arrived at the pick-up counter once again to be told it wasn’t ready but would be ready in 15 minutes. I sat in one of those uncomfortable chairs for almost 40 minutes later!!!!

They were very helpful with insurance.My insurance card was unreadable but Bourbonnais Walgreens looked up my information from a different Walgreens and applied the info for my son to get his medicine. The person on the phone was very polite and tried her best until she got it done.My Thanks. Bravo!!!

ONE OF THE WORST WALGREENS EVER!!!! I seriously cannot believe this place I would normally understand if it was a one time thing but Ive had to wait for over 8 HOURS FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE FILLED 5 TIMES WITHIN A FEW WEEKS!!!! Taking to them they said sorry well have it rushed like it should have been ready 7 hours ago you had ample time. Still had to wait another hour.Its happened 5 times. The people are so slow like they dont care people are waiting.Ive never experienced this at any establishment but here. Dont go here for your prescriptions seriously its awful.

Waited 4 days for a script I never received, I switched to Kroger. The first day I received a call it was ready. After waiting 20 minutes in line, they said it was a mistake, but it will be in the next day by 12. It was not, and not 4 days after either. Long waits, definitely not enough staff. You wait on the phone for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. I am just glad my kid wasn’t sick and didn’t need the medicine right away.

Their pharmacy is a complete mess. It took 3 visits to get my prescription. I sure miss CVS from my previous insurance plan!

The absolutely slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Switching to Kroger where they are so much faster and you dont wait 20-60 minutes in line

My script was called in at 8:34 a.m. I was there at 9 to pick them up. I was told it would be moved to priority status and it would be 30 minutes....for 2 prescriptions and mind you, there was 1 person in front of me. I said I cant wait, Ill come back. I called at 10 and Noon, and they were JUST ready at Noon.. Sick people dont have three and a half hours to wait, nor do they have the time and energy to keep going back and forth.

The cashiers are always polite and I love when they greet me as Im walking through the door!!

By far THE WORST pharmacy in the area, youd b better off driving to Chicago than trying to get a prescription filled there. This is not based on 1 or 2 bad experiences, its every single time I go there! For at least the last year the lines are wrapped around the aisles in the store & the lot at the drive-thru. The workers are rude & incompetent plus seem to actually be trying to go slow! If the volume is too high then they have had more than ample time to address the issue & get more help but they never do. And we just keep allowing them to provide poor service while waiting in their ridiculous lines so perhaps we are culpable as well....? Bottom line, if you can go elsewhere do it.

This place sucks literally waited over an hour with my four year old daughter and watched 10 people that came after me be served first. i defiantly wont be coming back to this location. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

WORST pharmacy in town! You have to wait forever in line for a prescription that they most likely dont have filled even though it was hours after they said so. I understand they are busy, but the wait is ridiculous. I could go to pharmacy school and get a degree and fill it myself faster than coming to this wallgreens. The staff often times have an attitude on the phone. So disappointed with this wallgreens and it will be less of a hassle to switch pharmacies. Time after time there is a mix up and they send my meds to another wallgreens I use and give me a hard time transferring it even though it is their error. Staff is incompetent.

JEFF. is probably the finest store manager in the history of this chain. ...he bends over backwards for the customer. .....its not fair to give the store bad reviews. ....but !

Shut your car off in the rx drive-thru. Youll be minimum 20 minutes waiting even if not busy.

This location has the worst pharmacy. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL Staff, UNORGANIZED prescription sorting system. When I arrived at the pharmacy counter I noticed all the prescriptions were scattered on the floor. One employee working the drive through tossing medications around like laundry. The other staff stepping over the prescriptions. It was a mess. The assistant manager rudely yells out “do you even have insurance”. Assistant manager also believed my medicine was too much money for me, before telling me the total. Then she insisted that I pay for medication before it was mixed. The pharmacist was very short, not wanting to explain how medication works.

This pharmacy is the worst around. I switched to Riverview pharmacy over a year ago where it takes 10 minutes or less to get prescriptions filled. Unfortunately, Riverview closes at 1 on Saturday and my mother in law needed a script filled from the emergency room. The script was dropped of at 2:30 and supposed to be ready at 4:00. I came to pick it up at 5:30 and it wasnt ready.

Pharmacy is incompetent and couldnt fill 1 (one) Perscripton !Took 2 days to get a simple Perscripton!There should be a ZERO rating cause they are not worthy of one star !!!RIDICULOUS !!!!

Everytime I go to the pharmacy there is a huge line, both in the store and in the drive through. They never call for help, dont acknowledge the people waiting in line in the store, and the prescriptions are never ready at the time quoted. What a joke! Ive been late for work because of this place, several times!

Dropped off a prescription on way home from the hospital and they said it would be ready in 20 mins, I go back 2 hours later and they ask me to wait 15 mins for the prescriptions to be ready. Dont over promise and under deliver 1st rule of retail.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Prescriptions never billed properly, always need to plan on a loooong delay- just horrible!

Seriously the worst pharamacy. Will tell you your order will be ready in one hour, 4 hours later they will look at you like they’ve never even gotten a script from you. constantly running you around. Save yourself the headache.
