Been going there off and on since back about 12 years ago, when it used to be Options Medical Center, (not like the options down the road now is different) but Ive always enjoyed and appreciated their products and add someone with health issues good products are needed and nice to have plus you just cant beat the staff.

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and are happy to answer any of your questions. Wait times are always short, even during peak hours and the rewards program is an added bonus. If youre in Boulder, this is the place to go!

There was only one sales associate and he did nothing. Ive never seen worse customer service. He did there with his arms crossed and just said he hadnt read the product so he didnt know what they were.Needless to say we wont be returning.There are way to many different places to return to one thats soooo bad.

Being a professional comedian brings me to Boulder quite often and when Im there Im making sure I stop by Elements for some of the best deals in Boulder County. Unfortunately this Mom and Pop dispensary doesnt do a whole lot of marketing or advertising so your best bet on deals is to walk in. Once inside though youre greeted by nothing but the friendliest of customer service although unfortunately a high turnover rate calls for more faces than you can remember but the quality and price remains the same and continues to be the reason why I come back....

Some of the freshest flower ive ever smoked and thats saying a lot considering its been over 90 degrees out all summer. Also max is one of the niceest people ive ever met. Wonderful experience when i go to elements!

I always like going to this place. Theres almost never a wait, and the staff are friendly and helpful and courteous. I dont know a ton about the many products they have so my information about that is kind of limited. They sometimes run out of the particular products that I buy. When they are out of one of those, they offer to call and let me know when its back in. But I have never received a call back. When I call, the product is back in stock but they didnt call me to let me know. So I think that there is a bit of disorganization in their ability to keep things in stock and to keep track of when someone wants to know about that.

Terrible experience. Went to pick up online order and had one customer in front of me. They let that guy take 30 min and thought it was funny making me wait so I decided to pass on my big online order and get cheapest ruing to get by. Rude and disrespectful of peoples time. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Used to be my go to dispensary but all the flower prices have increased. Placed an online order and got almost all the way to the shop before I was told that they would not honor their online prices, and that they were a glitch. Flower advertised at under $4/ gram and ended up being $12/gram pre taxed. Waste of time and gas. There are cheaper and better options around Boulder..

Im not what you would call a regular here. I have, however, shopped here on occasion. The thing about this place I like is, a) its a quaint building, and unassuming. And b) the concentrates are usually high quality, great smell, and excellent clarity on the shatter. Prices are decent, however the selection of Co2 and distillates are limited to carts. Id love to see some syringes, there are companies that wholesale theirs, terpy goodness. Id shop her more frequently if they carried 1 g syringes of Co2 or distillate. Id recommend this place for the staff, low turnover leads to happy employees.

Don’t go if you’re from out of state. Got turned away because my ID wasn’t scanning so they thought my ID was fake. Didn’t even give me the chance to prove it/provide second form. Ruined my day for not caring. Spent my $200 elsewhereResponse to response: I shouldn’t have to carry anything other than my Missouri State issued drivers license. Fix your electronics, you’re obviously losing customers.

Went to stop by, couldnt find it at first, it certainly comes off as a residence and not a business. Anyway, I pulled in, noticed a male employee sitting right out front, door wide open, as he was puffing a cigarette. Those of us that do not smoke, appreciate when people that do smoke respect our health. I can only imagine, had I actually walked in, what it would have smelled like (an ashtray, a mix between cannabis and tobacco?). In any case, I took my money to a business that has standards for the establishment current and prospective customers are about to enter. Its very unfortunate, even with state laws, businesses continue to allow employees to smoke closer than the 25 feet from the entrance permitted.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The weed quality could be better in general, though they do always have some quality bud (it is rather pricey though). Daily Special is the way to go!

Shame to have to write this review, as Ive enjoyed going to this place over the past few weeks. However, when the employees say that their debit/credit card machine will be up and running in a few days and you return multiple weeks later with it still not working, causing you to have to use their atm with fees, it ruins the experience. False promises are worse than lying in my opinion.

Terrible visit. Be sure to double check the price and count your change. The bud tender barely spoke to me, ignored me when I ordered so I had to repeat myself multiple times. Finally dumbed it down and ordered one thing at a time. Then the bud tender (bearded max) took my coupons but didn’t give me the discounted price. He even attached the coupons to my reciept so it’s not like it was easy to forget. I didn’t notice until I left and then had to go back. Took about a half hour to get me my rightful money back. I don’t want to think the dude was purposely forgetting the coupon because the experience was already bad for both of us but I also don’t think he was just stupid or didn’t know. And how can you forget a coupon when you have the coupon right there and then you attach it to a receipt where you did not apply said coupon. The other bud tender asked HIM a question at one point which shows he has been there long enough to know the business. The person I was with and I were overcharged over $30 total over 2 transactions. Overall terrible experience. Will never be back.

After checking out several other recreational dispensaries in the area (5), I have decided that Options Medical Center was the best option Always a pleasant experience with friendly bud tenders and product quality well above average.Prices are definitely the best that I have found so far.I drive about 40 miles round trip to get there while there are dispensaries closer to me I feel that it is worth the extra effort to go the distance to OMC.Thanks

At first it was nice shopping at elements! But then a new staff member was being rude & disrespectful. I spoke to Bo about this persons rudeness. Bo stated he would have a talk with him. But the rudeness did not stop. So I tried talking to this rude person. But when I called him on his rudeness he got butt hurt & stated I was band from elements. I called management about the problem. She stated I was not band & was leaving me a discount card at the desk for the next time I come in. When I went back there was no discount card. Then a couple of days later. Management from elements called she had changed her mind & decided to band me.So if u want to be yelled at & band for not wanting to put up with the rudeness go to elements. The thing is they just lost my business. Im sure they will loose more business over this rude person. My money is good everywhere else. So i wont do without. They still have a rude problem. Thats not good business They are not the only Dispensary in town.

I used to love this place. I got good bud at awesome prices. We used to get really good grab bag for 15 bucks an 1/8th or awesome shake even cheaper. New management replaced grab bag for 25 bucks an 1/8th. The Staff is awesome, but Im going to take my business elsewhere.

I really hate leaving bad reviews for good places, but after my visit to Elements today I feel I must. First off I went in at about 10:45am today with the expectation of getting a great deal. I found an offer on Leafbuyer for 17.98/1/8 on select strains. Awesome deal because the select strains were the house strains which are really good. I was told a few days ago that they would be honoring this offer until Saturday. Well the girl behind the counter flatout told me that she wasnt going to honor their own deal. She gave no other reason other then she didnt see a note. No alternative no solution not even an apology. Oh well I guess I know now how important their customers are.

They make an effort to be affordable, fast, and kind. I truly appreciate that.

Called in today to see if they had their 10 dollar grams of concentrate deal going on. Was told yes. Upon arriving I was told they ran out and I could either buy the premium concentrate at regular price or come back later. I turned to leave and one of the Male bartenders laughed. I used to shop here frequently, and have brought many friends here aswell. I wont be coming back and will suggest my friends dont either.

They were closed in the middle of the day when I got there. Yea it was snowy but its colorado come on now.

Nasty, run down building that smells like cigarettes. The enternece makes you feel like your walking into a strip club. Walls with cracking paint, a parking lot with not very visible parking lanes, and then to top it off the prices are a little steep. This place is one that will make you feel really uncomfortable, awkward, and unwelcomed. I’d highly recommend looking at some other reputable, caring, and trustworthy dispensary’s around town. This HOUSE doesn’t make the cut when you think ‘Dispensary’

Honestly I was not impressed at all with the wax and “shatter” that I bought the other day. The two shatters had decent stability but were both dark in color and barely smelled like anything. Tasted like butane. Then the wax I got was literally poop soup (could barely hit without gagging). The live resin was decent at best.. I feel bad leaving this review, but I’ve never bought anything at a dispensary that I was this let down by. 3 stars is being nice I’d say. Hopefully just a bad batch or something temporary for them.

[rec] Deals dont really show up in Longmont and after looking around, Elements has quickly become my go-to spot that is well worth the drive (sure beats the Denver drive too). I dont know why Id go anywhere else. Consistently the best pricing on many things, not to mention the really nice deals that roll through.Ive had a different budtender almost every time and theyve each been really great and accomodating. Dude at the front desk wearing the hat is an idiot. All because I supposedly pulled into the parking lot a bit fast for his taste (trying to avoid being in the way of traffic), he called me a smartass. Then I told him he needed to learn to keep his mouth shut in a customer service position. He chased me outside and proceeded to call me rich boy and if he wasnt at work things would be different. Then proceeded to tell me that Im not welcome back (I guess because of his attitude), and then he flipped me off in front of other customers.Management: If youre reading this -- fire this guy. Youve just lost a customer of over a year who tips generously.

Been goin here for sometime but lately they are always out of the sativa party pack. Being a sativa smoker, it forces me to buy bud. Now I didnt realize it until it happened again today, but the party pack is 4g for $24 and the bud I had to get instead or the other pre-rolls are 2g for $24. Hmmm... Not feeling the love.

They dont except vertical ids, so after over a year of being a trusty customer, Im not allowed in the place. Terrapin doesnt have that silly rule and is an all around better place anyway, better weed and better people.

Was in the area and stopped on in. Super short wait time.. budtender was diligent...most of all...excellent pricing and deals. Nugs were weighed out upon ordering and not pre packaged. Its worth my outta town drive from now on. Thanks Elements.
