Wet rude customer service. I came in yesterday to return/exchange items I purchased that I don’t like. I called first and they said there will be no problem. I brought the items in they said I had to have a receipt I order to get in store credit or anything back. Of course I can’t find my receipts and they aren’t on my online portal so they wouldn’t take anything back. The girl at the front was very rude about it and the woman waking around “helping” people was rude as well. They also looked at me cross eyed when I asked if they had a product that I purchased at a different location.It’s too bad they are so rude it’s that weird Boulder attitude people seem to have these days.

I am so thankful to the employees and practicioners that work here. Their expertise, patience and genuine care for each person is a delightful experience. Thank you for doing what you all do!

Waited to get a covid vaccine shot for 40 mins and people working here forgot how to act with manners.

After finding out that the Pharmaca location on Pearl street permanently closed, I headed over to this one. Usually staff at all Pharmacas are really helpful and kind. First, I walked into the busiest Pharmaca ever. Felt very crowded, especially for Boulder going into the level red zone...Further, when I asked Mary at the front counter for help, she was very unhelpful and pointed me in the wrong direction. I also asked about why the Pearl street location closed and got a sassy remark. Needless to say, I would prefer not to go to this Pharmaca again. Very disappointed that the Pearl street location closed.

As good as a modern pharmacy gets in Colorado these days. Personal service and knowledgeable staff. Im a dedicated customer. Try going to a big pharmacy after and experience the groan.

Good little pharmacy, I really prefer these to the big chain stores. A good selection of items from hygiene to cold meds. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Its true most of the time the people working there are helpful and genuinely interested in your well being but the pharmacy portion is the worst place ever to get a prescription.We live a few blocks a way and rarely get prescriptions but when we do we find ourselves going there because of convenience. But every time we do we regret it because they take so long and the people behind the pharmacy counter are rude and could care less about your time. I just went there today. I gave them my prescription. He said it would be 20 minutes. I went and ran some errands, came back, and they were busy but no one came to the desk to help. There were five of us waiting and the could care less. Finally, someone came to the counter and after a few people and give more minutes it was my turn. Told them my name, they went away, came back and said they hadnt gotten to it yet, give them 20 more minutes. I said I will take my business to someone who cares, give me back my prescription. And there was no sorry, it was more like YES, we pissed off another customer. Lets celebrate!

Don’t expect to send a package at 8 AM because the post office employee was late and apparently is always late. I don’t know why they say it’s open at 8 AM if the employee is always late. There were two people waiting to send a package and neither of us could do it.

You can wait an hour for your scrip hoping the grumpy, frazzled staff at Wallgreens or Safeway to tell you its almost ready while you wait another 45 minutes for them to perform the extremely difficult task of counting 45 pills and putting them in a plastic bottle.Or go to Pharmaca where it takes 10 minutes and they do it with a smile and the whole place is beautiful and smells wonderful, has comfortable seats and free fresh hot tea.I will never fill at SadGreens or King Stoopids again!!!! 😁😊😁

Cute local store with convenient satellite post office. Three stars because the pharmacy is the only reason I have been to pharmaca and they have terrible customer service. Long wait times and incompetent staff. Simple issues like they forget to call you when your prescription is filled. But that becomes problematic when you dont have all day to devote to getting your script filled.Edit: terrible pharmacy. These pharmacists do the bare minimum, forget to call and filled pills that arent scored when I specifically needed them to be. Theyre unfriendly and unhelpful. Could not leave a worse review for them.

Pharmacy is horrific-- rude, never keep their time estimates and have made multiple mistakes... Store employees are incredibly knowledgable and sincerely interested to help you... feels like two separate businesses!

This reminds me of a successful version of the failed Elephant Pharm type of pharmacy that popped up a few years ago and died within six months. You can get TCM, herbs and regular abusable drugs here.

Extremely helpful! This was my first visit there. I have Lupus and fibromyalgia and im trying to get off Dr medications and switch over to more natural options. This is difficult when you can only read so much and do not know alot. The staff here was extremely friendly and knowledgable! I appreciate the help and will DEFINITELY be back!
