Bison Tactical was the only company I could find with a Forster reloading press in stock. I was skeptical because absolutely no one else had one.I looked at the Google reviews and they were very positive. I telephoned Bison Tactical to confirm they actually had the press in stock. They confirmed they did and said they had six of them.I ordered the press immediately and received a shipping notice within an hour. I was able to easily track the item on the US Postal Service website. I received the item 4 days later!The press was brand new in the box with all the accompanying parts and tools from the manufacturer.I highly recommend Bison Tactical and will gladly do business with them again in the future.

I had made an appointment and when I came in a young man with blonde hair said I shouldve picked a different day to come. He seemed annoyed I was there and seemed unwilling to help. When my consultation was over he turned away and didn’t say anything like “thanks for coming” or “have a good day”. Maybe you’ll have a better experience if someone else is working but I wont be recommending this shop. My experience was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Anywhere out of town is a much better choice.

Used their services as an FFL. He answered a lot of my questions over the phone as I was new to this process, very quick to get back to me over email. When I went to pick up my firearm the owner was extremely nice. I had a few questions including how to properly attach my sling which he was more than willing to help with. I was able to order a few items through him for a more than reasonable price that I wouldnt have been able to find online. I would definitely come back again.

I was looking for Berger bullets that every other site had on backorder except Bison. It was really late at night but I sent them a message on facebook to confirm the item was in stock fully expecting them to wait till the next day or longer to respond. Instead, I get a response within 15 minutes confirming the item was in stock and also tell me that they can fill the order first thing in the morning if I order now. I was very impressed and submitted the order. the next day I get a call from Bison making sure I was happy with the service and letting me know the order has been filled and shipped. All in all very impressed with the service.

I paid in advance for a repair. After two weeks of waiting, I called to see if the part for the repair was in. The owner told me that the gunsmith working for him had the part but was fired for theft. I paid a thief upfront for services that werent performed. The owner said the gunsmith told him that he was working with me directly but I have heard nothing. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Placed an order and was a little concerned with not getting an automatic reply email like any other online order but man did Bison Tactical change my opinion immediately! Within 48 hours I had a personal phone call from someone at Bison Tactical to let me know the order was out and when to expect it. It also sent me a Facebook notification which is great even though I only use Facebook for event planning. Hoping the product lives up to the customer service but if what I have experienced so far is any indication I will be placing another order very soon!
