Very nice staff!! I had a few things to sell and the young gentleman gave me a price. I was hoping for a bit more, and he said again that I could get more if I wanted to sell it online. Very professional. I took the price he offered because I didnt want the extra work for a few dollars more. I would definitely sell to them again!!

Great selection of snowboards, and especially snowboard boots. Decent selection of other snow gear too, but if you need used ski or snowboard boots definitely check this store out.They also had a decent collection of rock climbing shoes, although few in my size.

Love this place, people and selection. Sells both new and used sporting gear, equipment and apparel for great prices. They also buy used gear, I am constantly trading gear for credit with them.

Ive been coming to Play It Again Sports since I was a kid. Not this one specifically, just in general. It warms my heart to know theyre still around and still doing their thing. Their thing being able to sell and buy new and used sport equipment. Theyve got a little slice of everything here from golf and hockey to skiing and snowboarding gear. I got a hockey stick and a ton of tennis balls for less than $15! This place is simply the best. Buying new everything is for suckers. Except a jock strap. Buy that new. Dont be weird. What happens in a locker room stays in a locker room. Except crabs. Thatll come back to bite you. Aside from that, its hard to think of anything else to buy brand new and shiny.

I go for skate sharpening. Most hockey gear is catered toward youth/intermediate but the one dude with plugs sharpened skates pretty clean.

I absolutely recommend this store for just about anything relating to outdoors or sports. I did some price comparisons on my phone, and their prices were better than amazon. The products I purchased are great and the staff were very friendly!

Nothing but good experiences here. Fair prices, especially on bicycles. Some of the ski prices seem a little high, but there are some deals to be found too. The staff has always been helpful and attentive.

Tom and his staff were great. I snagged some used bike stuff at a great price. They also will buy gently used gear that is in season. You’ll get credit for the store or can walk out with cash. This is THE place to pick up gear for your kiddo that is exploring different sports.

Staff was knowledgeable about the questions I had for rock climbing shoes but I felt rushed despite the store not having other customers in it.Edited for response to owner~ came in to look at shoes, had questions about different types and such, what would work best for a beginner and it just felt overall the guy I spoke with wasnt interested in answering my questions versus getting back to chatting it up with coworkers.

The staff here goes above and beyond! Really interesting and varied selection of sporting equipment, a little bit of everything at awesome prices. Im a super amateur biker and had several questions about my old bike and possibly buying a new bike. Tom and Caleb were so knowledgeable and helpful! I cant recommend this place enough.

I was looking for an inexpensive electric treadmill because I wasnt sure how much I would use it. Got one for $150. So far so good! People were very friendly and helpful and put it in my truck for me. Got it home and it works great so far!

Good stuff for decent prices. Parking can usually be found nearby at least. Selection is just ok but if you make a trip or two youll probably get what you need.

Sold us some boots that ended up not working with our snowboard, so we went back and they gladly exchanged them for us. We even needed a screw for our bindings and they provided one for free. It is owned by some cool people and the atmosphere is exactly what youd except here in Boulder - rad. You should come here if you need any snow gear, protection, or sport equipment. 11/10.

Fully stocked used sporting goods store with everything you need. From rowing machines to bike trailers and more! Limited hiking and camping gear but plenty of sporting goods and fitness equipment. Boulder is a hub for outdoors and workout activities so prices are a but higher due to the demand. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

A unique store in Boulder area where one can buy used outdoor activity gear. They have a pretty good collection and if you are lucky might even find the right sizes shoes too.

The shop is not working during the working hours they published.

Their new inventory is marginal quality but to be expected from a place that caters to lower end of sporting goods. Sometimes a good used item passes through here. If you are on a restricted budget, definitely stop into this place.

I went into this store yesterday morning to find an inexpensive used soccer ball for my first graders at Creekside Elementary. Funding is low and the kids don’t have any balls to play with at recess! I mentioned this to the man running the register while paying. He told me to hold on a second and quickly returned with two brand new balls for me, free of charge, to bring for my class. I couldn’t believe it. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

What a great store! I observed the staff taking their time with each customer to explain in detail the equipment use, quality and options. With the busy holiday season, I never mind waiting a few minutes to get the help I need. They make me feel valued as a customer. Thank you to everyone who works there.

We get kids ski equipment from here. Reasonable price, good selections. Staff is always helpful. They also gave good price when I traded in my sons old boots and skis.

My daughter and I had such a great experience at Play it Again Sports in Boulder! Service was fantastic, and the manager made my daughters day by donating balls to her school. Everyone was kind and caring, and the store was well stocked and fun to browse. Wonderful store!

This store is well stocked, probably because it was in Boulder. They had everything for every kind of sport imaginable. I was either definitely bigger than the Arvada location or more dense.

Half great prices for fairly quality sports equipment, but half the same price as a sporting goods store, just less selection. At least check here before going to Dicks or wherever. Customer service is subpar.

The only way to go! I have two boys who are constantly trying new sports and new activities and until we know that they are really in love with the activity then why spend 100% retail? These guys at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable, all sorts of quality Gear with tons of life left. The location in Arvada is good as well Im a little partial because of the inline hockey and lacrosse gear. Both the boulder location and the Arvada location are great sources for everything from rollerblade Wheels to helmets! The staff is well mannered and professional. I highly recommend Play It Again Sports.

The Boulder PIAS is great for things like ski, xc ski, snowboard, bike, weights, skating, disc golf, hockey, and some climbing, backpack, and camping gear. It has Each PIAS is separately owned, so coupons/specials dont cross. They have a 7 day return with 20% restock fee to help. The staff is very helpful.

We live close, have shopped there for almost 15 years, and this place is pretty darned good. New stuff..sure. Used stuff,...loads. Nope: you dont get a heap of money for your trades; however, your stuff gets out of your closet without any Craigslist skank. You gear (my gear!) gets back into the system and perpetuates the great prices. YES: Great prices. Service can be great, medium, or low -- just like anywhere, right? Oh...they support local causes too, as in Little League etc.

Great deals as always, just wish they had more used bike selection. But may be my fault probably not the right season.

Terrible!! Took in a practically brand new pair of boots--only worn about 20 hrs-in 2 hr increments. Only gave me $30.00. Will NEVER take anything there again!
