I am not new to fitness equipment - have been a triathlete and a marathon runner for many years, have trained indoors and (obviously) outdoors. I have a small home gym and when I wanted to add a particular stationary bike to my gym I did some research and found Fitness Gallery.Easiest purchase ever.Phenomenal, prompt, helpful guys delivered my bike within ten days.FIVE STAR!

I bought a spin bike from Connor at Fitness Gallery in Boulder 11 months ago - after finding that I had outgrown it, I visited Connor to talk about their program to exchange cardio equipment- Connor quickly arranged a swap out for the Stages sc2 spin bike - I only owed the price difference plus tax.Zach from Delivery called shortly thereafter to arrange the swap - all went well. After receipt I was concerned about a few things about the bike — and here is the sign of a great company - Connor contacted Scott, the Service Manager, who arranged a day/time to pop by. Scott really knows his stuff - he quickly addressed my concerns and I’m thrilled with the results - this Stages spin bike is awesome and has really upped my exercise sessions. Connor, Boulder Store Manager, is very knowledgeable and friendly. I visited the store in April while shopping for an elliptical, and Connor recommended a True. I told him I was also considering NordicTrack. He warned me against NT, but unfortunately I didnt believe him. I bought one online and the whole experience was way worse than I could have imagined. So, if you are shopping around and considering NordicTrack - DONT!! Everything about NT is bad - its almost like a scam. Fortunately I got all my money back from NT (although it took six months to resolve), and this week I went back to see Connor and this time I listened to what he told me and bought a True.

The experience was wonderful and the team was patient and answered all of my questions while I took time to make a decision. I ended up with an elliptical machine that Im very happy with.

Fitness Gallery is a great resource for all your home fitness needs! The Denver location provided everything I needed to set up my home gym. They professionally installed it and provided flooring as well. I’ve stopped by the Boulder location several times too for a few things. Great experience all around!

I had been shopping around for a treadmill for a while and actually bought my True 550-HRC from Fitness Gallery (Denver) about 16 or so years ago. When I heard they opened a store in Boulder I decided to drop in and see if I could find what I was looking for. Carlos was able to explain every detail of the treadmill and help me focus in what would be best for my needs.There was no pressure and he even explained out delivery and setup would work and was so very gracious throughout the entire process - a true professional!Its easier when you are selling top quality equipment like True - its even better when you have someone like Carlos being the face of the company.

A very positive experience buying a treadmill over the phone. I worked with Connor who was great. He helped me figure out the right model and gave me plenty of space to do my own research online. He set up delivery immediately and he also helped me figure out I could install the treadmill myself (he was right but the base was very, very heavy). I purchased quite a bit of home fitness equipment last fall (Boulder Fitness gallery). It was a seamless experience. The equipment was top notch, the people pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I was going to set up an extensive fitness room in our house in Boulder. Unfortunately, COVID hit with a vengeance. My wife and I went to California (warmer) and dont plan on returning until late May. So all that equipment is is storage, and will be delivered/assembled in late spring. However, I was home for one day last month, and stopped by to talk to Conner about having a self contained unit delivered and assembled at our home in Palm Desert. No problem at all. He showed me my options. I choose what I wanted. He had it delivered to my home, and sent a very competent assembly person to put it all together. He stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Another seamless experience. Couldnt have been more pleasant.

I recently retired and have experienced some of the troubles with retired life style first hand. I needed to change some aspects of my new life in retirement due to a health concern. My Doctor suggested a recumbent bike for home exercise each day. My research led me to the Fitness Gallery, Boulder store. I began discussing the True model ES700 with Store Manager Connor Duey. Several calls were placed to Mr. Duey over the course of several days for information by either my wife or I. Mr. Duey really came across as a person who was committed to helping us select the proper equipment to meet our needs. We purchased the ES700 and had it delivered to our home. Unfortunately, there was a calibration issue for our needs within the pulse reader section. Mr. Duey was made aware of the concern and actually called the true factory on our behalf. He also called the owner of Fitness Gallery to discuss the issue on our behalf. The owner made a very satisfactory resolve offer to us through Mr. Duey. We are looking forward to many years of using the ES700. Based upon our actual experience with Connor Duey, the Fitness Gallery and True Equipment, I would highly recommend the Boulder store of the Fitness Gallery.

Trying to find quality fitness equipment during a global pandemic turned out to be a much harder task than anticipated. After making several phone calls & looking on Amazon, we decided to visit Fitness Gallerys newest location in Boulder where we we were greeted by Chris. Chris took the time to listen to what we were interested in, showed us many options and explained the good & bad of each piece of equipment. We made our selections & took what we could in our vehicle. Chris walked us out, explaining the process for pick up in the Denver warehouse, as we opted to not use the delivery & set up service. Within 10 minutes of leaving, Chris sent us an email thanking us for our business & detailing everything the we had spoken about. Pick up in Denver was smooth & easy. We are heading over from Severance again today to purchase a weight tree from Chris. Fitness Gallery 100% has an asset in Chris & he has made us into loyal Fitness Gallery customers for life.

The Palisade Stair Climber is AWESOME!Connor Duey is super fantastic, and really exhibits follow-through with excellent support. Glad to have connected with Connor.Delivery of the stair climber was a challenge - two lets say smaller guys who definitely needed help from us to get the machine from truck to gym.Service (separate repair issue) has so far been a let down, but at least Connor has stepped in to move things along.

Been working with Chase at Fitness Gallery for the past few months as I built my COVID19 home gym. Chase helped me dial in the right equipment and components to what I needed the most. Some of the equipment was on back order (no surprise given the high demand) but Chase kept me updated frequently which I appreciated. All installations went smoothly and I have been very pleased with the high quality of all the equipment. I’m already thinking of expanding and will go back to Fitness Gallery to do that!
