First time to an Insomnia shop... Yes, the place is a bit of a dive...very small... bathroom is functional. But the service and product - AWESOME!

The poor guy, even as late as it was, was extremely busy. The monster sundaes were awesome just for the price I had paid didnt get a lot of the sundae. The guy gets 5 stars for the excellent and friendly service. 4 stars for the price and portion size was a little high. Even got a single scoop of vanilla for our dog that she gobbled up.

My boyfriend and I were here last night, so we drove over here, expecting that they would be allowing just one person in at a time or something. Well unfortunately they’re only doing pickup and takeout orders, so we decided to order online and wait to grab our order since we were already there. But of course their website doesn’t let you just get like one cookie sandwich for pick up or something, which was a real bummer, so we had to order the 12 small cookies. It was still good, but I was super bummed I couldn’t just tell the workers what I wanted as I was already there, and wait outside or something. Though at least the workers seemed to work fast with our order since they knew we were already there.

They are card only. Seemed odd for an ice cream store to not allow cash. Don’t worry they have a tip jar tho! What we got we didn’t finish, overpriced and the cookies were lukewarm at best by the time we got them.

These guys are awesome!!! We ordered a 4-pack for delivery and my daughter received the box with only 3 cookies. I called Insomnia Cookies and they made it right immediately. Not only did they deliver the remaining cookie but gave my daughter a 6-pack for the trouble. This gesture was not necessary but really appreciate how the person I spoke with there wanted to “make it right.” A great business to deal with.

OH MY GOODNESS. I have been missing out. These cookies are heaven!! The peanut butter chip is 100/10 stars. And so is the peanut butter cup deluxe cookie. I can’t explain how perfectly baked they were and so warm when I picked them up. Open late & has an app!!! 🤤🤤🤤

The two times we ordered delivery, they dropped it off at wrong houses both times. And did nothing to make it right.

What started off as a normal order turned into a hugely disappointing experience and the loss of a repeat customer all because of customer service.Let me premise this with the statement of, I have worked 5 years in the serving industry where both restaurants had Togo ordering capabilities. Now I also understand that during this pandemic there has been a shift in how business operates and how they can currently function to stay open. That being said, the quality of customer and manager service should not deteriorate especially towards the customer.We placed an order at 9:40 on a Wed night. Simple enough of an order just one chillax pack with mint chocolate chip ice cream. After waiting about an hour their driver shows up with our cookies and nothing else. After noting to him we were missing our ice cream he said he was going to go back and get it. We called back to the store to inquire about the mint ice cream and got the response back, “we’ll get the ice cream” and hung up.Another 30 minutes go by and no ice cream. So I call back to the store and ask for a manager to get some clarification on why this simple order was such a huge problem for them to get right. His response was to blame the high order volume and minimal drivers available. Let me note here, when you have Togo orders, whether it’s busy or not you double check them before they get sent out plain and simple. That way mistakes like this leading to reviews like this could be potentially avoided. Anyways the manager said the best he could do was give us a refund on the ice cream. So we called the driver back to inquire about his arrival at our apartment and to inform him about the recent change of circumstances and he let us know the store told him “someone was supposed to come pick it up” so he left it there.The lack of oversight on the orders, the miscommunication between the staff and the rude communication towards us on behalf of the staff was grotesquely disappointing. I’m also disappointed in the manager on duty as well as they could have resolved this problem several times during this whole experience.

The chocolates, truffles, and sipping chocolate are all delicious of course. The real treats though are the cakes and pastries.

Bought a cookie cake here for a birthday, but the cookie was stuck to the cardboard piece underneath it so most of the cookie was inedible. Also, I ordered two flavors - snickerdoodle and white chocolate macadamia - and somehow there’s coconut in both of them? The person the cake is for is slightly allergic to coconut, but thankfully, they are not severely allergic. The whole thing was a mess. Really disappointed and will not be back.

Its really really great place for cookies that I have ever tried. They have very soft and special test of amazing cookies. I strongly recommend this place, and I so so so suggested the snickerdoodles one this is number one this is the best kind of cookie that they have. Ask them warm it up for you. It will be so nice.

Hours say they are open, guys inside, doors locked, not answering the phone.Multiple employees just strolling about with nothing better todo absolutely useless.

I’m a fairly regular guy here at this establishment I come in maybe three times a week every time I come in these guys are top notch they’re very nice and they help me out with my cookie dilemmas. The cookies are always soft and warm fresh as can be and leave you with a smile on your face

They are very friendly and the ice cream was good but not sure its worth the price.

I had the deluxe ice cream sandwich which was delicious and tasty, but the almost $10 price was a little steep for what I got. Then, they claimed that they didnt have a container to put it in. Since I was getting it to go, I had to get it between two paper plates and stuffed it in a paper bag. By the time I got it home the ice cream had melted a little and was leaking in the bag. For a $10 dish youd think they can afford to give you a container to adequately hold it until it was consumed. Still good though.

I go there around 1 or 2am and the ladies there are extremely friendly. I can have a conversation with them all night which makes you want to stay. The prices are a bit high for a cookie but thats what they are known for. I would say hold back on a little bit of sugar but again..... its a cookie. If you like a sugar rush then go for it. Each cookie, I have tried and they are great. The ice cream, I havent tried yet but its on my to try list.

Huge disappointment! Over an hour late and I had to call just to get that. Had placed the order online the night before. Then they didn’t deliver the entire order and I had to call back! Put me on hold several times in the three calls.

Order cookies last night...they arrived after 2 hrs. Called there customer service line after and hour. Woman was nice enough, said she sent over a coupon to make up for the wait. Opened my email this morning...and all that was in my inbox was a message saying my order was delayed and I should call customer service.For the amount being spent on convenience of the product this was unacceptable behavior. Would recommend to just go to a convenience or a grocery for ones munchies or late night snacks. $15+ for a few cookies hours later is not worth it. Sorry insomnia, good cookies, but some not so good service.

The cookies were really nothing special. Expensive for what taste like something I could get from a grocery store and make myself. I would actually prefer to do that instead of spending money here. The saving grace is the service. Friendly and accommodating.

Less than 30 min from clicking order to eating cookies. Showed up warm. I read reviews and I dont see any reason for the negative reviews of this place. Delivery guy was super friendly and the cookies are great. Plus the milk was cold. Will have this again

Cookies and ice cream werent bad, but its surprising that theyre still in business considering the lady working at the front. She was rude, confused, and had terrible communication skills. She made a simple transaction very frustrating.

I visited this location late one evening, around 9:00. The insomnia would indicate that they serve freshly baked goods into the wee hours but it doesnt appear that way. I purchased nearly 40.00 worth of cookies and they were stale, hard and far from edible. Maybe since I had not been drinking and could actually feel my mouth. This place is very over priced and overrated. I reached out to customer service whose rigid policy was merely to offer to me more stale cookies the next time I was nearby. I expressed to them on several occasions I wasnt nearby so the offer while seemingly helpful wasnt going to help me. They even declined to provide a gift card for the value of my purchase. Truly unsatisfactory. Expensive hard cookies and poor customer service.

A cookie/ ice cream shop open 24 hours deserves 4 stars on general principal. Street parking can be sketchy during work hours so be prepared to double park. EVERYTHING here is amazing but the selection is limited. Wish they expanded their ice cream selections but still my go to for late night cravings!

And they offered nothing to make it up.Meanwhile, their prices are ridiculous for the quality and quantity that you receive.0 stars.

Terrible customer service. Delivery order took over an hour to arrive and was incomplete. After another 45 minutes the order still wasn’t corrected and no compensation was offered other than refunding the item that did not arrive. Will not order from them again
