The only thing consistent with this franchise is that it is severely inconsistent. All the locations differ but this one takes the cake (or cookie) for pathetic cookie making. I took this photo right after receiving the cookies. It was an hour after open, 9 AM. Plenty of time to get it rolling and make decent cookies. Instead, both ladies had zero masks around even though Boulder County just reinforced the non-optional mandate for everyone including businesses. So when I saw this weak attempt at the galaxy chocolate cookie, I laughed. I paid four dollars for an oversized oreo cookie with 5 sprinkles and a half a teaspoon of pathetic chocolate syrup. I was too nice in person to ask them to remake it or return it. I figured that if they seriously didnt care about the law and the health of their community then they REALLY wouldnt care to make the situation right. Being in food service for three years as a store manager for Jersey Mikes Subs showed me just how little effort was put into these cookies. Id recommend to anyone to skip this location because any other location is probably going to be better. Extremely disappointed every time. Especially this morning when I was the only customer for miles in that shop. 0 out of 5 stars if possible. Would love if it was made up to me and to see that quality products would be made at this location but I have zero hope for that. Thanks.

I really want to like Crumbl but feel like all their cookies I got yesterday were undercooked. See photos of four different flavors with wet dough inside them. $15 is too much for poorly executed baked goods, but not enough to make special trip back to store for refund. Ended up throwing out :(

I love cookies. But I’m sort of like the food critic from the Disney Movie Ratatouille. I won’t eat a cookie unless I love it. These are sensational! Served warm they are lightly crisp at the edges and soft in the middle. Not to mention the peanut butter cookie is served with frosting and peanut brittle crumbles on top. I am swooning.

The people are always so friendly, the location is easy to access, and it is so clean! The self pay kiosks also let the employees focus on making our cookies perfect! I’m very impressed and now I know y’all are worth the media hype! Pink velvet is to die for!

Crumbl cookies are good, we order frequently for delivery. Today, we ordered for pickup since we were running errands. Not one person greeted my daughter or asked what she needed. In the meantime, several people arrived, ordered, and left. Even when there were no other customers, she was not approached, until someone finally came to ask if she was a delivery person. Wow... on top of that, our pickup order wasnt even ready. Not going to do it again.

Outstanding service!! We ordered a party pack to celebrate our CEOs birthday only to have it not delivered by Door Dash. A call to the Boulder store and 15 mins later, Taylor, the GM drove a fresh batch to Niwot.This is crazy great service, totally unexpected, and so appreciated!They were still hot! The first time I had Crumbl cookies I was blown away! They looked beautiful as I opened the box and tasted even better. I love how there is a new cookie flavor each week. It keeps me wanting to go back and try whats new. I have never had a bad cookie from here and I hope everyone else enjoys Crumbl as much as I do. They are truly one of a kind!!

The store is a mess! I’ve been to other crumbl locations coming from out of state and this was by far the worst. The cookies came out slow and messy. The staff was friendly but seemed confused and overwhelmed. Must be a management issue. Whoever is in charge needs to get this store together stat!

So many other better cookies places. Owner is rude and Ive heard terrible things from former employees. An owner should never be petty and bring personal drama in. Toxic. Won’t be buying here next time I go to Boulder.

This place just came to Colorado not too long ago and I swear Ive had their cookies of the week every week for the past month now. They are so delicious and I love the concept of it all. Delivered cookies and open til midnight you cant go wrong with that. The cookies are quite big as well and I love how the flavors change every week. Definitely has me wanting to go back for more each time.

Crumbl is the best. My family and I are addicted to these cookies, each week we look forward to sampling the new weekly favors. We have tried upwards of 20 flavors and haven’t found one we didn’t like. The cookies are huge and delicious. I will say that the centers of the cookies often seem a bit underbaked...so if you’re not a fan of soft, gooey cookies, you might want to consider this.

Crumbl should really consider changing their delivery length back to 20 miles. Because it’s currently 15 miles. So you need to be 15 miles or less away in order for them to deliver. Not 15.4 miles away, nope 15 or less. Which is surprising and really disappointing…. Seriously Crumbl…

I ordered 6 cookies and had extremely high hopes based on the reviews but the 3 chocolate chip cookies I ordered that were supposed to be served warm were quite cold upon pickup even though I arrived precisely at the time that they told me the cookies would be ready. My other three cookies were new flavors to me and all of them were undercooked and sloppily thrown together. Unfortunately, my first experience proved to really not be worth the $ spent :(

So I went here for the first time the other day and I had the cinnamon sugar cookie and it was super soft, as well as not too heavy feeling on the tummy. I also think it’s cool how they change the flavors they offer week to week, though I could also see how that would be frustrating if you fell in love with a flavor and didn’t want to wait for it!

Bring back the M&M cookie! Cookies are a bit pricey but, they are very good. I like that I can order on the kiosk and not have to speak to anyone. Staff was always been friendly and I enjoy coming to this location

I placed a crumbl cookie order for delivery. I was then contacted by the driver that they were out of a cookie and cookie cutter I ordered. So I picked a different one and waited for my order. When the driver arrived he was not wearing a mask and the box of cookies was absolutely disgusting. Food all over the box and it was not sealed. I would say this is a health and safety issue considering Covid-19. I contacted the manager at crumbl and they can’t refund me the full amount. What? . I would give this 0 stars if I could!

If youre willing to pay $$ for dessert, this is totally worth it. These are massive, thick, gooey cookies with all kinds of fun, novelty flavors that change seasonally. I found their COVID set up fairly good, the space had been usually been pretty empty due to high turnover with people passing through, and you order on a screen for less contact (hand sanitizer bottles are put out). Workers were all wearing masks and gloves.

I love crumbl! The chilled sugar is my all time favorite but they always have new flavors to try. Ordering online is also super easy!
