This place is fantastic. Service and product were amazing, and prices were definitely reasonable. The owner Alan helped me with great information on Kratom, a product I am new too, and gave me a good deal on amazing product. All the product on the website is available in store and the website is very clean and easy to navigate. This is the shop i’ll be returning to from now forth.

I absolutely love this place! The staff are super cool and friendly. Rocketman is such an authentic head shop and I dont shop anywhere else for pipes, band shirts, or kratom. Im an introvert and usually spend as little time in a store as possible, but Rocketman is the only place I find myself staying and chatting for a while.

Really cool merchandise, and an incredible variety of cbd products and Kratom. They sell hip clothes, jewelry, sunglasses and art. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I bought a silicone rig from them and when I brought it home it started to leak out of the bottom even though I secured it more than 3 times on the bottom where it detaches and it still leaked. Went to go return it or switch it out for a better one but the owner told me he couldn’t take it back and only give me a discount off of another one, no refund no exchange at all. He told me to get silicone glue to patch it up and it won’t leak, seems like he gets this issue often. Never goin again smh, didn’t know I was buying a cheap product now I know. One employees were super nice but the owner was WHACK

Hands down the best head shop I have been to. Alan and the staff are very knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. They have a wide variety of Kratom, CBD, shirts, incense, and glass to name a few of my favorites. Located in North Boulder off of Broadway next to La Choza and The Little Tibet restaurant.

These guys are the best in Colorado. Not in selection, but the people that work there and own the place around absolutely wonderful. Recently theyve added a TON of awesome Rigs and rig stems etc, great prices, great products, and theyll bend over backwards for you if they make a mistake ever, Ive only ever had a single issue, and they handled it promptly and hooked me up on top of that. Great guys, and their little dogs are the cutest, sweetest little things.Cannot recommend them enough. Theyre great people.

Spent some time north of boulder when I first moved here. Went to a few shops in the area. This one is my absolute favorite. Lots of local glass and products super helpful employees great prices and even better selection. There are several great shops. In boulder and to me this one is one of the faces for cheep cool unique glass and accessories. Definitely a must try.

Picked up a dab rig from there that’s great quality for a great price. The atmosphere reminds me of the old style of head shops, and the person working was super friendly and helpful. I’ll go back there again for sure.

Within the passed few months, Ive tried 5+ times to get to Rocketman, and EVERY TIME NO ONE was there. Ive been there at 11am, Noon, 1pm and 2pm. The only time Ive ever had any success entering the store, is in the evening after 4pm. If no one is going to be in the store during business hours, then they need to change their business hours to evening. Again today, at 2pm, Ive tried to get into the store and no one was there. This is the last straw, I will never bring my business to Rocketman again.

Love this shop. love the dudes who run it. best prices on all daily smoke accessories and tools. great glass selection. vaporizers, batteries, torches, etc. they have a pretty cool selection of apparel as well. my little brother and I go in there for papers, butane and other stuff we buy frequently. they have everything you need and more. also they carry some pretty great C.B.D. products. this shop is definitely one of the many perks of living in NOBO.

Came in at 5:10 pm because their website STATED they close at 9:00 pm. Guy was a dick and told me there was a sign on front door with closing time of 5:00pm. When I left I found the small hand written sign. Why would I look at the hours on door when I already checked the website. Your loss I spend lots of money on glass. Maybe you should fix the website hours before you act like a dick with customers
