Paddy was the best Verizon representative we have ever had. His professionalism and knowledge were much appreciated. In and out in 1.5 hours with 2 new phones and a thorough explanation of how to work the phones and how to easily back up and transfer the data. Thank you Paddy!
Went in to have the eSim activated on a new phone I purchased. The man who was trying to help me couldnt get it to work, so he told me to call customer service, which is closed on the weekends. I know that their customer service line isnt answered on weekends, so I specifically asked if the number he provided would be answered as it is a Saturday, he assured me that it would. The phone number was answered with the same message as the regular customer service line, telling me to call back during the week. I guess I should have asked for a physical sim card for the weekend, but Ill try the Verizon store in Superior to see if theyre capable of setting it up so Im not without service for the weekend.
Verizon customer for 11 years. Moved to Boulder 4 years and the coverage is horrible in North Boulder, nearly every call is dropped once or twice through the conversation. Have tried repeatedly to get Verizon to fix it. It is clear they could not care less. I pay $300/month for 4 phones. I have never been this disgusted with a business in my life. I am switching. Anything has to be an improvement over this pathetic company.
Megan was so helpful with my mom who was getting her first smart phone ever at the beginning of May 2021. Megan was patient and kind. She showed us many options, explained the options clearly, and helped my mom get comfortable with her new iPhone.
If you want to burn some time, this Verizon store is the place to go. Waited 15 minutes for an employee to check me in for a scheduled appointment to pick up a prepaid phone. If this business has a floor manager, I hope its their first week on the job. Bring back the old 29th St. store
My name is Jose and I Went today for a SIM card replacement for a new phone, a guy called BRETT assisted me in a very rude way, he asked me for my ID and my phone number, I showed my passport and he did not want to help me justifying that I was a foreigner id, I asked him if there was another way like do it online, he said no in any way, I was about to cancel my subscription with Verizon, in addition to the terrible customer service, he made me feel discriminated for being a foreigner. So horrible people avoid to go to this place. I ended going to a different branch office (Superior, Co) with two ladies they were very helpful.

Came in without an appointment and we were still treated like we had one. Sure it took a while to get served, but my daughter had to switch me to her account after first removing me from another account. But once that was accomplished I received the best service. The store manager I believe was the person who helped my on Memorial Day and he helped me with my new iPhone and the Otterbox. Also later at home the rep assisted me with the backup of my iCloud on the old phone and then it was a bit long however. Once that was accomplished I was able to follow the instructions and I just love my new iPhone 12.Just a hint though on charging cables... My Macbook Pro does not have a port that allows for the new charging cable for use as a charging dock. But that is not the fault of the staff or Verizon, just an FYI.
I am so impressed by the staff at this Verizon location. I had a problem and tried to address it by calling the Verizon help number. The help line kept telling me that what I wanted was not possible, when I knew that it was. They said they would elevate it to a manager and get back to me in 24 hours. They did not get back to me so I called. They told me that they could elevate it to a manager and get back to me and I said that this had already happened. Then they told me the request was denied and there was nothing else they could do. So I went into the store, and the staff (several people helped me, I do not remember all of the names but Danielle was one) said THEY would call in. They called and found out from the notes in the record that the request had been put in the record but never looked at. They were told it would be reviewed in 24 hours. They told the folks on the phone that this was not acceptable and that we have to do better for this customer. They stayed working on this for over an hour until the request was approved. I was ready to leave Verizon for another carrier, but the staff at this store restored my faith!
Tyler is one of their best customer service agents at this location! He is always willing to help me, make sure my bill is correct, understood and best deal. I love coming to this location because it’s quiet, clean and agents are polite. Thank you Tyler for helping me with my new iPhone launch at 6 am!!! Above and beyond.

I am from Dallas TX and was in Boulder and needed to find a Verizon store near me. This location was right around the corner from me but I saw the ratings and almost drove 10 miles out of my way to a location with better ratings but my husband talked me in to giving them a shot. From the minute we arrived and were greeted outside by the general manager Christian, to us purchasing a new phone and switching from AT&T with associate Peace and Ryan, we had the best experience. This team was so patient, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all questions without ever us making us feel like we were asking stupid questions and if we didnt understand they would repeat themselves and continue to explain. This is one of the best experience I have ever had and I cannot say enough good things about this team. We left very happy customers!
We went there to fix our phones which werent receiving calls, texts or voicemails. Mothers were worried and dentists were confused. Did we die?No, we just have Verizon and the problems actually got worse after we visited the store, which was necessary after the tech support reset all of our settings and we were locked out of stuff which was annoying and scary. No service for husbands phone, fully new features I dont recognize on mine ( including Facebook, eww). I wanted to buy a new iPhone, as I believe that is the reason for my phone failure.....fact, I wasnt even shown any new phones and it was an oddly silent visit with a seemingly upset employee. Is everything supposed to be online now. If yes, why have open stores? Just tell us online only instead of wasting time with silence and weird store vibes.I just want a new phone that receives calls and I wonder if all the hype regarding T Mobile is true. Should I just change providers? My phone works great as a Google search engine but I need to receive calls and texts, please. My mom was super worried for four days.....we are near many fires and need our phones to work as actual telephones. I dont think this was an unreasonable request.
I was dealing with a phone problem for over two months. I was super frustrated and just wanted it to be over. Ryan listened to my problem and offered a solution which let me walk out of the store with two working phones right then and there. I was one very happy customer! Phone wouldnt charge, took it into them, they found the issue was some dirt build up in the port, cleaned it and got it working again in 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful the whole time.
The staff at Verizon at all the locations I have visited (Boulder, Longmont, Wheatridge, Co) are always very friendly and helpful addressing my questions, problems, and needs. However, EVERY time I try to call Verizon locally or the 800 number either I cant get through or I have to wait 1.5 hours. Very discerning for a telephone co. - infuriating too. Dont call.
In this store, Id give them a 5 for being friendly, and helpful with a problem with my phone. As for the verizon call center/tech support Id give them 0 stars for the insane amount of time dealing with automated menus, being hung up on for asking a question, and being given the run around of referring my problem to various phone numbers.But the store people? Pretty good experience. Problem still ongoing however.

So I came in on a Sunday trying to finance the Apple Watch to my account. Turns out there was a freeze because my old roommate who I added ooh my line hadn’t paid off a previous balance. Ryan, my sale consultant helped me get the correct number to get that fixed. Unfortunately finance was closed and I had to call Monday. I did and no matter many times I called I could not get anyone to help me. I’ve spent two hours on the phone teething to get this figured out. Irritated I went back to this Verizon a store and talked with Ryan. Explained the situation and he was more than happy to help. He himself spent an hour and a half on the phone for me trying to help get this problem solved. Finance was even difficult for the corporate store. I finally got it figured out on Wednesday within ten minutes. I went tin Thursday to meet with Ryan because he went above and beyond for the customer service he provided. Thank you Ryan for helping me deal with the crazy people on the phone to take me money.

I just had one of the best experiences in a phone store with a man named Peace. He took time to explain all of the products that I was interested in -- and truly HEARD what my needs were for both business & personal use. He helped me choose the right phone with these needs in mind and then took his time to set it up for me. He also had patience when this did not go as planned (my cloud storage was full). There was a bit of a line in the store, and I kept apologizing for taking so much time -- but he was calm and kind. 5-star service for sure. Thank you, Peace!
My family came into the store and were prepared to buy a iPhone XS and worker talked us out of it in a very deceiving way. We ended up getting an iPhone SE 2nd generation. Once we got the phone set up the camera quality was horrible and unbelievably color changing to grey and dark brown tones. I feel taken advantage of and now Im stuck with a phone we didnt want with horrible quality. YOU SUCK:(
I came in with a crisis. I switched my SIM card over to a new phone, and then I couldnt call/text any of my contacts. I went into the store and they told me the phone i switched my card over to was blacklisted for never being paid off (it was a gift from my dad) and said to contact verizon over the phone because they could not help me.They were about to close and I had to use the phone at their store to talk to verizon myself. I was actually crying in the store because I had no way of contacting others with my phone due to my predicament. Their employees actually ignored me at this point. I guess they did not empathize with me.The employees at this store seemed to prioritize their shift ending over a customer/human being in need. I came in for their help, and I did not think I was asking too much. I wish they had at least called Verizon for me and took the time to make sure I was able to talk to others before I left the store. It is scary to be a young woman on a bike alone at night with no way of contacting others.

I hate to say it... I need my phone. It makes me sad to say it but doing things without a phone in 2019 is pretty hard.My phone was not working correctly, to the point of hard reset and finally... Dead.I hate going to the Verizon store, hate it. As I entered the store I noticed how expensive everything is. I was dreading paying off my current phone and buying a new one. My hero!!!!!! Tyler!!!!! Tyler was thoughtful, smart, and a great communicator. He worked with me to get my phone replaced, at next to no cost and helped get the replacement phone up and running.Thank you Tyler, for taking a horrible day and working hard to make it a good memory.Good people working hard to make the world better. Might be an overstatement, but man that could have been a really bad day.
I am happy to report that this time I had a good experience at the Verizon Boulder store. Tyler was great! I ordered a new phone online. Went in to pick it up. Amazingly, the store wasnt crowded. I had my phone in a few minutes. I think they expected me to just walk out the door, but I asked for help setting it up. Tyler said it was simple and he didnt usually do that, but he doesnt the time to do it and helped my pick a case and screen protector, even installed the screen protector. Ive had miserable experiences in the store before and was dreading going back. Thanks, Tyler, for making this so pleasant and easy!

Brett didn’t even give me the time of day after I walked in, I told him I was looking to upgrade my phone and spend money today in order to get the new phone, but made me call Verizon while INSIDE the Verizon store. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes while actually inside the Verizon store I ended up leaving.I ended up going to target down the street. The electronic department was so much nicer, able to process my upgrade, plan changes, and was able to give me a way better experience than Brett “tried” to do.
If you were looking for unbelievable customer service that is real, genuine, and spot on - look no further than PADDY. This sales person is hands-down the best experience Ive had in retail in ages! I am a tough cookie to please when Im spending hundreds of dollars on a purchase. I expect a lot, and settle for nothing but the best or I will walk out. PADDY met all of my expectations and set new ones for me. I first saw PADDY working with another customer the first time I came to the 29th St. Mall Verizon store in Boulder. I was very impressed with the way he dealt with that customer. So much so, that I returned to purchase my new iPhone and asked specifically for PADDY. Even after an unfortunate experience with the supposed store manager Mack, I stayed in the store until PADDY was available, and he spent an hour and a half setting up my new iPhone. PADDY went above and beyond any of my best expectations, and was genuine and very focused on making sure all my questions were answered. Do yourself a favor if you were planning on purchasing your next phone from Verizon, and ask for PADDY. You will not be disappointed.
What a joke of a store. I called the store to ask for help on upgrading a device, and the gentleman said Im not sure if youve paid off your phone on your plan, but if you log on and look at the cost of the device and divide it by 24, thats your monthly cost. Why in the world, if I call the store to specifically ask for help in the process, would this guy completely disregard the question I asked. Is he unable to look up my account and help with this? Why is he getting paid? This will likely fall on deaf ears as Verizon is a trash company to begin with, but this is where Im at.
Our family has stayed with Verizon for a lot of years because of the customer service. Whereever Ive been in the country, the local Verizon store has almost always been very helpful (Im looking at you NYC).So of course it makes sense that the Boulder location is especially friendly and helpful. Ive had to go a few times in the last days and Tyler & Christian who helped me could not have been better. They took care of my problem quickly and easily with no hassle. Two thumbs way up.
I had a great experience, I was in and out within 5 minutes. Katie (I think that was her name) was super helpful and answered all my questions! I went at 7 pm on Wednesday so just choose wisely when to go.
I had an excellent experience at this store that exceeded my expectations. Josh helped me with a very complicated transaction without a hitch. He didnt try to upsell me while deciding on an iPhone for my husband and picking a family plan for us, which I very much appreciate. I walked out extremely happy! We will be saving at least $60 / month by switching from T-mobile to Verizon, my husband will have a new iPhone for his birthday, and on top of that I got a free replacement for my elderly iPhone. Josh was efficient, knowledgeable, problem solving, and entertaining on top of that!
As I stand here watching people who came in long after me be helped I cant help but wonder if these associates work on commission. My purchase today is small therefore I appear to be utterly unimportant. While waiting I found what Im looking for on best buys website. Ill have it tomorrow which is how long I imagine Id be waiting here before getting service. Avoid this place if you value your time and happiness.
What amazing customer service. Not sure if its always this way, but there were more reps than customers in the store when I was there on a Tuesday after work. I had the opportunity to visit the store on two separate occasions over the past month. The first was to discuss how to move a current Sprint customer to my Verizon account while keeping their number and to look at device options. Wendy Roberts helped us and was wonderful. She very clearly and concisely explained the process and our options. She went out of her way to explain how waiting few weeks for the most recent Apple release would likely result in a lower price if we were looking at an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus. She gave us her card with her mobile number and told us to keep in touch via voice or text for updates.During the next couple of weeks we reached out via text a handful of times and received nearly immediate response from Wendy with the latest info. Last week was the day we had been waiting for when Wendy reached out to us letting us know the device cost for a 7 Plus had dropped.Once in the store, Wendy continued her amazing customer service. It was the end of a very long day for her when we arrived for our 7:30 appointment. She was friendly, helpful, and engaged and it was clear she wanted us to have a great experience. She had done quite a bit of preparation prior to our arrival. In 30 minutes we were out the door with phone, case and screen protector - as well as some cool new wireless headphones for me - with all the data transferred to the new device, the old device traded in and the service switched from Sprint to Verizon.I cannot possibly recommend Wendy Roberts more enthusiastically. Its seldom I take the time to write a review. It really takes an extraordinary experience to motivate me to share my opinion. Wendy did just that and I am grateful she was at this Verizon store to help us.
I went to the store to get help porting a number from a different carrier, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me, instead making call a number to port my phone myself, only to sit on hold for 30 mins and find out that office was closed and have the automated system hang up on me. After I got of the phone, and asked an employee for help, they said, there was nothing they knew that could help and basically blew me off. Poor excuse for customer service. The employees at the old location were much better.
The staff is here is far too friendly and accommodating to deserve a rating in the mid 2s. added a line to my account, had some issues, but they resolved all of them quickly.
I came in for help with my prepaid service for adding a line 35 min before close. The manager got me a specialist that really knows what he is doing and got everything set up for me: adding a 3rd line with my current family plan with a new phone number and SIM card, all in 20 min. It doesn’t sound like a hard task but other two authorized dealers were able to help me. Visiting this direct Verizon store saves me so much time and frustration.
Great experience that was quick and easy! We went in to get my wife’s phone upgraded and accounts combine. Both employees were very friendly and helpful. Don’t really understand how this store has this low rating. I’ve been going to this store for awhile and have never had a bad experience. A+++
My girlfriend has 4 different stories of being aggressively hit on and made to feel uncomfortable by employees here, including one where the guy shared her phone number in an employee group chat. I dont know whats going on at this location but if a manager or HR person reads these reviews please spare me the generic response and actually talk to your staff about how they treat female customers. This is grossly unacceptable.

This isnt for the store specifically so much as Verizon generally. I was a loyal customer for 14 years. I finally switched to Sprint due to repeated poor customer service - the final straw was a promo that essentially punished existing loyal customers in favor of new customers that they absolutely refused to bend on in any way. Then to add insult to injury, because I cancelled my service three days after the billing cycle, they charged me for an entire month of service and refused to pro-rate it. Absolutely unacceptable.
After being a long term Verizon customer, I will most likely be switching providers next month. They have completely gouged their customer support system. I added 40 dollars to my account to pay my bill and my phone decided to take 20 dollars of it and buy 3G of data that I did not need. When trying to solve the issue I received no response online.... Then I called and spent 27 minutes on hold.... So essentially I got NO ANSWER. Then when I went into the Verizon store the woman checked me in and proceeded to stare out the window. When I asked if she could help me as she was literally doing NOTHING she said she could not and I had to wait for 6 people that were ahead of me. EVERY SOUL IN THE STORE WAS BEING HELPED. As a musician who plays to at least 10k people a month, I will be speaking about this to each and every crowd I encounter as it speaks directly to several problems our country is facing... One big one being PUTTING PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE! I am disgusted, angry and feel cheated. They still owe me 20 dollars.
I purchased a $900 phone from this store and they did not have it in stock so they shipped it to me. Due to incongruity between my old phone and the new one, I brought both phones in to have information and service I pay for transferred to the new phone I bought through them. Brett, an associate, said he couldnt help me and I should download an app. The app would not start up service and he seemed distracted and was unwilling to help me. Pretty abismal customer service, they definitely need more training in helping customers.
The only reason for the four stars is Verizon the Corporation... The employees here have always been Helpful and courteous, and honest.
My friend and I stopped in today to get her phone issues fixed. Luckily we Marquis he went ABOVE AND BEYOND.The store provided us with outstanding customer service definitely recommending friends and family!!! I’m not one to write reviews, but Marquis definitely deserved it for being so patient with us!
We received the absolute best customer service here, Daniel and Phil were amazing! We walked in with our old broken phone and needed help setting up the new one, no problem at all for them. They brought over the appropriate cases and screen saver we would need to save us time and double checked that everything worked properly. After receiving no help whatsoever in another Verizon location we are delighted with their service here and will use this location exclusively in the future.
I have been using Verizon for a couple years now and have been super impressed with their customer service. Often when I go into stores however reps tend to be pushy or dismissive. But not here. Patty and his team were very helpful as I struggled to figure out devices and plan after I lost my phone last week. Thank you for going above and beyond guys!
My wife and I went into the store yesterday to switch back to Verizon after a terrible two years with AT@T. Before heading in I took a glance at some reviews and was terrified by all the one stars. Well we were most pleasantly surprised by the amazing level of customer service from Phillip the manager and Derek, the sales associate who helped us. When we arrived Phillip was honest about the waiting time of around 45 minutes. Derek was very professional and attentive of our needs as customers. He priced everything out for us and wasnt too pushy at all with trying to sell us more then what we came in to buy. Highly recommend this Verizon store location!
Fantastic service. I was there late on a Monday night, and was the last one served before they locked the doors. Sarah greeted me as I walked in, had everything I needed to switch services to a new-to-me phone, and got it done fast. She was very pleasant and calm, even after a full day. Glad I got there when it wasnt crowded!

I absolutely am appalled by the way this company treats its clients. I am a local doctor and I have 5 lines. We returned an Iphone 6+ back in December 2014 and we still do not have a credit to the account. They said they will not return the phone AND we have to pay the 750.00 (Price of the phone)! Well...they THINK thats the deal. They continually just say, they will look into it and call us back within 2 hours to let us know when the credit may be applied. But alas. No phone calls, after 4 managers and 8 months! My company has spent at least 30 hours on the phone this year trying to get it fixed. AND TO TOP IT OFF, THEY KEEP SHUTTING OFF OUR SERVICE because the In Review paperwork doesnt get marked in the computer. So so so so sad. (ATTN: ANYONE THINKING OF STARTING A CELL PHONE BUSINESS...THERE IS A HUGE HOLE IN THE MARKETPLACE FOR A COMPANY THAT IS FAIR AND RUN LIKE A REAL BUSINESS!!) Dr. J

Wendy Roberts was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. It is nice to find people like that, and she did a great job answering my questions about changes to my plan, choosing a phone, and even saving money on my account. Nice job!
Horribly understaffed. There is always a very long wait. No seating. No restroom. But. Apple is the same. So maybe this is the new thing? Employ a skeleton crew and force customers to use online resources? On a good note at least Verizon has the best coverage in Boulder so you can make calls while you wait....
Just created a new family plan here. . For 4 line family plan, Verizon has reasonable price, more data and high signal quality. Find Dom in store when you need help. Dom is very helpful and he works with high efficiency. Check with your company if you have any employee discount. Verizon can help you apply it immediately.
It could not have been worse, three managers on staff and they won’t help me buy a phone because they need to stay open for technical issues if people came in, store was empty. I now see why they have a 2.3 rating. They should fire the managers and start over with customer service people
I rarely take the time to leave positive reviews. Todays visit to Verizon warranted a few extra minutes of my time. I did not go in with high expectations because of prior dealings with Verizon. Within seconds I was approached by a smiling staff and within a minute or two he had answered all my questions and fixed the problem without a hard sell and without being condencending. Very pleased and surprised. Sorry I didnt catch his name but after being on the verge of leaving Verizon Ill continue as a customer.
Ive never been treated so poorly. I have a prepaid S8+ which according to the manager is not a real service he could do anything about, and I was left to sit on the phone for several hours in their back room. I was hung up on by Verizon support while I was on a very long hold with them, and I waved the manager over hoping he would redial the number for me, but he just said I was on mute and to continue holding. He honestly left me sitting there when they had clearly hung up. Another employee was kind enough to redial the number with his employee digits. When the manger passed by again I pulled him aside and showed him the phone while I was on hold and told him that was very disrespectful thing to do, and he didnt even apologize, just replied he that got back from maternity leave and wasnt familiar with their own work phone (keep in mind this is a male, he may have meant paternity leave but I doubt it). When I finally got fed up and left the store he didnt even bother to say sorry and you could tell he was doing his best to avoid having to talk to me - so very rude. If youre curious about what I was on the phone for long story short I paid $115 for one month of unlimited data and my phone still cannot access said data. The terrible treatment by the manager today in person, was not something I needed after being hung up on five times and spending 11am to 4pm on the phone with Verizon. Heres more details about that if you want it: A week ago I purchased two months of the $50 dollar plan (making a total of $100 with a $50 balance left for the following month). I called yesterday to ask and see if it was possible to upgrade the plan to the unlimited $75 dollar plan and the women I spoke with told me I absolutely could and that she could even pull the $25 from the remaining $50 balance I had on the account. Today however in the store I find that they couldnt do that after I paid. The lady kept asking me to pay the additional $25 because she could not break it from the $50 in my balance because that was for next month. I agreed but asking her if I paid it will it be applied to this month and I can keep the $50 in my balance and she said yes, turns out that was not true because she took out the whole amount hence paying $125 for the $75 dollar plan. I was so mad and she said all she could do is refund $10 dollars but not the $50. I was completely scammed here, and on top of that my data still does not work!!!

I went in today and worked with Wendi. We have a complicated plan because we are tied to things with my husbands company but she was willing to help me with all of it regardless. I felt like she was truly there to help me and not to just take my money. I was so so impressed! Probably the best service we have ever received in a Verizon store!
Marquise was extremely professional, polite, and charming and he fixed my malfunctioning SIM card free of charge. Top notch experience.
So, after seeing all of he reviews, I was hesitant to go to this store. My phone wasnt up for an upgrade, but there was no way I could keep it with how slow it had gotten. I walked in and was greater kindly. I immediately got assistance from an employee and we started talking. He mentioned my limitations but was willing to talk to his manager to work with me. I got a new phone at no extra cost with a caveat to buy $200 worth of stuff from the store. Easy to do. I was in and out quickly and painlessly overall. Very surprised and happy.
My rating is based 3 criteria, Time 2 Wait, Ability to Listen, and Professionalism -1st off the the Wait is Terrible - I would actually say the store, as well as the company receives zero stars. Which it very very poor! Presumably, there is a metric on wait times and actual closing business. Whoever wrote that metric, must not care about social media, or customer service.2nd the Ability to Listen is Fair - I wouldnt say they dont listen, but the sales team focuses on sales, and obviously sales numbers really rely on the extras they can pack on top of the base sale. Thats where the sales team loses the listening skill, as they really want to close the deals. Too bad, in such a competitive market getting the customers base order should be priority.3rd the level of professionalism is High, strictly Im rating this on what I perceive is the sales goals driven by a faceless corporate character. The individuals are comely and intelligent - from a sales manager point of view - here is where they shine, I want individuals that not only want to close the deal, but know their talking points, and are confident in their product.My sales person was Jenna M., she made eye contact, knew her product and knew her talking points. I was very impressed with her ability to move past the initial sales goals and begin closing a total package. I would encourage Verizon to focus more on their customers and less on their sales, you as a company are a service provider not a big box store. Act like it. The only positive thing in my walk away is that your sales staff seems knowledgeable and friendly, they cover for such a poor corporate culture.
Ask anyone in Boulder if they enjoyed their experience at their local Verizon store. Youll quickly discover that not only do these slimey employees treat you like youre sub human, but theyre esteemed professionals when it comes to lying through their teeth in order to satisfy their heavily commissioned quotas.They do not care whatsoever about your needs and will do anything to sell you unneeded services and products in a desperate attempt take as much of your money away from you as possible. It is utterly staggering that these salespeople are able get away with what they do. BEWARE.Avoid this place like the plague, if you must use Verizons service, then I would strongly suggest you seek much more friendly assistance at an agent that sells Verizon service such as Car Toys, Target or Best Buy. The less money and commission these snakes get, the better. Be warned.
I damaged my iPhone 7 in January. I went to my local Verizon store in Boulder. I worked with a gentleman named, Harris. I upgraded to an iPhoneXR bundled with the HUM. Since then, I have had a couple of follow ups to clear up 1) billing discrepancies and errors 2) problems with the HUM hardware.There was a bit of back and forth to fully get the issues resolved, but Harris was always respectful and went out of his way to ensure that I was getting the best value possible. He also walked me through the more confusing areas of the bill. They promptly provided credits where applicable.I also worked with one of the managers, Phil. He also was very helpful and courteous. I appreciate you guys and the positive attitudes you seem to bring to work everyday!
My husband and I were fortunate to have Daniel wait on us, as we were upgrading each of our phones. He was prompt, informed, helpful, answered all of our questions, and was pleasant and smiling through our entire visit. We were in the store on a Sunday afternoon and thankfully it wasnt too crowded. Appreciate the great service!

I went in real quick to grab one of those USB-C to headphone jack things that are 3 inches long and you lose every 4-6 weeks, you know the ones. And I walk in and this guy Tyler greets me at the door to check me in and I tell him what Im looking for and immediatly he goes we dont have any in store. Upon seeing the disappointment come across my face, he says actually hold on one second and then proceeded to RUN OUT TO HIS CAR GO GET HIS!!!! Comes back in the store and just hands it to me and says here you go man just take it no worries TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! Thank you Tyler, youve made my rides to and from work for the next 4-6 weeks much more enjoyable 💯
Yesterday I made an appointment for today at 5. Just checked in, and the rep I spoke to yesterday made my appointment for Friday at 5. Was supposed to be Thursday at 5... So now Im sitting with a 45 min wait to be helped because of their mistake.I wont even go into my other issues, but needless to say, yourenot a customer, you are not even a blip on their radar. I own my own business, and I accommodate my clients needs. with Verizon, I apparently need to accommodate their needs. And then pay them.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience yesterday. I went around 11:30am to upgrade my iPhone. Told the saleslady, Wendy, I was in a hurry and she quickly and competently got everything upgraded and transferred over in under a half hour. And, I paid way less than I was expecting. Some of the reviews say the people had long wait times. If you call ahead, you can make an appointment that moves you to the front of the line.
I recently came in to replace my LG G4 under warranty and pick up a new case. Wendy helped me and made the whole process very quick and painless. The other thing that was really nice is that she did not try to upsale me on anything and actually listened to what I needed. This is a rare quality in a sales person and I very much appreciate that.
Oh, Danielle.... please find new work. You weren’t only NOT friendly, you barely make any contact with the customer and in the end, ran off. Is sitting on a stool so miserable? Just so everyone knows...Verizon stores dont hire any techs. They cant help you if you have an account issue or billing or basically anything that isnt buying a product from them.They are good at calling Verizon 1800 service for you...so if you cant pick up the phone and call the 1800 service...head on down to this store.One star is because they were nice people... but as a store for a company like Verizon...i expected some help and received none.
Came at busy time and had to wait 20 minutes but when it was my turn, help was fast, easy and helpful.
After being met by a rude and abrasive staff person, Tyler stepped in and saved the day. We had a hard day prior to coming to the store with a family member in the ER and had spent hours on the phone with Asurion and AppleCare as no matter what we did, we couldn’t remove Find my IPhone. Tyler was kind, patient and quite persistent with Asurion.He made a really awful day much better!
My daughter and I ordered new phones from Verizon to be delivered via FedEx, to two different addresses. Hers was thrown into a snow bank at the end of her driveway and was not discovered for over 24 hours. When she tried to activated it, she ran into problems and called tech support for assistance. I too called My Verizon to trouble shoot. To make a long story somewhat shorter, In the end, they suggested that she take her phone to the nearest store for assistance, which just so happens to be the store in Boulder. The tech person from My Verizon was very helpful when I spoke with her, and said she would document everything in our account to make it easier when my daughter went into a store for assistance. I told her that we are refusing the phone because, #1. My daughter never signed for it and #2. It sat in a deep freeze snow bank over night, didnt activate properly and I didnt want problems to arise later, even if they were able to activate. The sales person at the store was unbelievably rude and arrogant. He told my daughter that she was lucky the phone even made it to her house, and that 50% of deliveries are lost. He said she was one of the lucky ones!! He told her that her phone was fine, she just needed to take her old sim card out of her old phone and put that in her new phone! The tech person at My Verizon specifically said not to do this! He scoffed at that and said she doesnt know what she is talking about. Hmmm, he is a sales person. She is a technical support person. What an arrogant know-it-all. He refused to replace the phone without a $50 restocking fee. She had the phone for one day!!!!! A phone that was tossed into a snow bank, and not even signed for. Wow!! Way to go Tyler!! I read most of the reviews for this store and am not surprised. Boulder, if youre smart you will get rid of these arrogant, worthless employees. My question to you Verizon, is what are you going to do about my daughters poor treatment at your store?? Not to mention, I am insisting that her phone be replaced without any additional cost. We dont need some sappy apology, we need you to put action to your words and make things right! We have wasted so much time dealing with this . . . time we will never get back. And yes we also filed a complaint to FedEx.
Walked in with no wait, which is now understood based on the lack of ability of the reps. I came in with a phone malfunction due to an automatic update. Nothing they could do and really didnt care. Understood. Dean was helping me, he was a gem, let me tell ya. Proceeded to only care to sell me a phone, I paid 200 for him to sell me something he didnt have in stock, give zero f#%$*$%s then happily tell me to take much business elsewhere. Been with the company 10+ years, customer service has really gone down. Everyone in the store was too busy watching videos on their phone to help anyone, non the less make eye contact enough to make a genuine sale. It was a sad display.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. We visited the store and were placed on a wait list as the 7th customer. After an hour of watching people leave the store due to the wait, I asked how much progress we had made... We were up to number 5 on the list. So, in an hour the staff was able to process two customers. The manager was unapologetic and smirked. I will never visit this location again.
We have been to this store three times now with the same issue and have never experienced such horrible service. The rep we spoke to was completely uninvolved and dismissive, offering no productive or helpful advice even when asked direct questions. It was absolutely infuriating! We were treated like a nuisance; he obviously had better things to do. Maybe you hate your job, but dont act like as ass to the people who need your help! Seriously questioning my continued use of Verizon.
We didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes for a rep to find us. Andrea was really helpful & knowledgeable - she helped us pick out phones & a plan. We were in & out in less than 30 minutes. This was a busy Saturday afternoon too.If you go - ask for Andrea, shes awesome.
Waited patiently in line just to buy a screen protector for my phone. Watched 4 people, who came in after me, being helped before the staff told me, it was my turn. All that just to find out that they didnt have it. 30 minutes of my time- a complete waste. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. If Im ever treated like that by any Verizon people ever again, I will not pay them another dollar. A bunch of dumb, arrogant kids who dont understand what customer service is.
Third time coming in here. Waited hours on first two and left. Third time was told by the guy helping me that he couldn’t answer my question and I should go call the online number. I think I will stick with at&t at this point

Multiple awful experiences in this store. If the employee I worked with on two separate occasions was either friendly or competent, I would have been fine. But rudeness and incompetence equals the kind of behavior only corporations operating in a near Monopoly can get away with. Next time I need to go to a Verizon store, Ill drive to the next town over.

I am not a Verizon customer but went here last night with my boyfriend to upgrade his phone. We were greeted and checked in and then were not spoken to the rest of the time we were there. We wandered around for about 15 minutes with no other associates telling us they would be right over or even acknowledge we were there. The decor was also very stark and the way the cases were displayed was nice but some were hard to take down to look at and there were no prices on them. The layout was odd and there was not enough information on the signs below the phones. It is a small store and to be ignored is unacceptable. We took our business elsewhere and would not recommend or return to this store.
