I brought car in for a road trip inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed new tires because they dry cracked. I thought thats funny, theyre fairly new tires and its my everyday driver. After I left, I went to where I purchased the tires and they said they werent dry cracked and I had a good 4/32 of tread left and a good season and a half left on them.This isnt the first time Super Rupair tried to hustle me on tires. When I first purchased the car, it handled terribly and they said my tires were cupped and needed replaced. I took the car for another opinion and they said the tires had over 50 psi of pressure and theyve never been balanced. They balanced the tires and it handled great and I had the tires for another 2 years.Beware of Super Rupair when they tell you need new tires, go somewhere else for a second opinion. Im done with these guys, Ive spend thousands of dollars with them over the last 15 years and who knows how much they ripped me for unnecessary repairs.

My car was squeaking and I thought it was the wheel bearings, super repair took a look and called me about an hour after dropping it off to inform me it was the brakes. They asked permission to do the repairs and were upfront and honest about the price. I appreciated the great service!

As a woman, sometimes car repair places give off a creepy vibe and/or make me feel like Im being taken advantage of, but not this place. Everyone was really friendly and professional. If you drop off your car, its close to the north-south bus route and very bike friendly for getting home.

I have had zero issues with it after having open heart surgery performed on it. They were able to save me some money in the process, and I will forever be grateful for their loaner car service. Sold me an absolute lemon. Worst car I have ever owned. I chose to buy a car from here rather than another place because of the quality their salesmen preached. They assured us that they inspect ever car they acquire and repair anything they find wrong before reselling. Apparently they dont look very hard. In less than 5 months I found myself in a constant state of repairs and issues with this car. I suppose it was naive of me to believe what they were selling. This was my first solo car purchase and I thought I was making a good decision with Super Rupair and making a worthwhile investment. A truly sobering experience and an absolute nightmare. I moved to another state shortly after purchase. If I thought the car could make the drive, I would drop that heap of junk off in their parking lot.

As usual these guys are the best. Took care of a high mileage maintenance service quickly and professionally. Prices are reasonable and their Multipoint Inspection Report is clear and concise. Over the years I have received much better service from Super Rupair than when I was taking our previous Subaru to the dealer for service.

Even if I were to move out of the state, I would probably still bring my Subaru here to get it worked on.I’ve been a customer of theirs for almost a decade, and there is just a consistent pattern of integrity in the way they do business.I cannot recommend them enough.

Great prices and used parts and friendly service.

I was really happy to have a local shop to have my subaru serviced at, but my experience was not good. I had my car in for an oil change and they told me the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. I scheduled the service appointment two weeks out but in the meantime had a friend who works on cars check it out with me. My radiator was completely dry. I kept my appointment and asked the service tech to show me where they see issues and they could not point them out to me but told me they would have ran a test on it. I asked to see the records on the testing and they could not find them. They lost far more business than they would have gained by replacing my radiator. Several months later, I have had my car serviced at other shops and my radiator is in great condition. I had also paid them to replace the tubes that carry the windshield washer fluid and they did, well, they are leaking again and degrading which means they were not replaced but possibly temporarily repaired somehow. The fluid spilled all over under my hood and is now corroding the area around my battery. I wish they could see that being honest would bring them more business. I will not bring my cars in again.

The customer service was very good, prompt & Hassel free. My repair evaluation, quote & repair was reasonable, and I enjoyed getting a health check sent to my smartphone - the service mgr. was great, and emailed my credit card to me that I left there. I did have to pull my rubber floor mats out and empty the dirt & fill my power steering fluid that was overlooked, but by mentioning this I hope it helps them to be aware of keeping their standards high - which is why I recommend them & will use them again!

My car needed an oil change as well as a new front axle, bumper repair, a/c repair, and light changes - all done within one afternoon and for a good, honest price which was exactly the same as the quote.Aaron was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. They do A-Z inspection before its placed on the lot and that info is also available on the website. I have had consistently good service with Super Rupair. They can get very busy but they always provide timely service once you have an appointment!

They didnt complete all the work requested. The loaner cars check engine light came on and it had other safety issues like poor quality windshield wipers that failed during rain and snow. This isnt the first time. Ive had similar experiences here but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I purchased an alternator from them that kept failing and they kept fixing. I like to support locally owned businesses but not with this track record.

Best Subaru repair shop in the area hands down 💯

I got the roadtrip inspection and they missed most of the things that were obviously wrong and miss diagnosed a tie rod malfunction that was potentially dangerous. They want your money above the service and they will get it if you take your vehicle to them. The people at the front desk do not communicate well enough to the mechanics and information is lost and misinterpreted.

These guys went out of their way to be helpful--even when it was hard to troubleshoot the problem. This shop employs highly-trained staff, and they were very honest. Its hard for me to remember to do reviews, but their service was so excellent that I made sure I took time to write this.

Patrick and the shop went above and beyond the call of duty! A great business that makes your problems theirs and sets their prices as if the money came out of their pockets. I called a couple days earlier, very friendly, professional & cordial. When I had my tires mounted with the white lettering facing inside, they flipped them the way I wanted at no extra cost (even though the fault was no ones)! Will be back for much much more! I recently brought my Subaru Forester XT in for an estimate on what I could get for it because I had an appointment at a different dealership the following day. Kirby gave me an honest review and suggested I go to that dealership armed with this information. Based on Kirby and his staffs honesty, I made my decision and sold him my Forester. I then went over to see Bart at the car sales lot and he was fantastic too. I ended up buying my next car from them. These guys are top notch and I couldnt be happier with my decision.

I had some pretty major work done: Head gasket (my second in 130k miles, yay Subaru), timing belt, rear main seal, and a few other things. They were extremely easy to work with and let me know what was happening with the repairs every step of the way. For all that work, my car was only in the shop for 2 days, and the cost was 100% fair. I suppose these folks are a bunch of legends.

I do most of my own maintenance and repairs but Ive taken my Outback to Super Rupair for some of the larger things its needed over the years. Ive had consistently very good service and work performed on the car. The service writers really know what theyre talking about and I like how they have such a big inventory of used parts available.

Excellent service and recommendations! Clean, spacious, facility with nice seating area. Good prices and extensive Subaru parts that you cannot easily get elsewhere.

These guy are the best! However, for the best you pay a little more in labor compared to other places. All their work is fantastic and I think it is worth it if you plan one keeping your car long term. Parts prices are either on par or less then other places I have found when researching.

My fiance and I had a great experience buying a car from here. Tom was great, he listened to our needs, and didnt pressure us into buying a car at all. The process felt very comfortable and we felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again!

The guys at Blue Spruce were really great to work with. I did not purchase a vehicle from them, the one I looked at in the morning was sold later that afternoon (as is the game with used car shopping). But I emailed to make sure it was sold that next morning and they confirmed it. Eric called me 20 minutes later and said they had another car that was the same model I wanted that they had just gotten in. I wound up not purchasing that car, there were a few things I did not like about it for personal preference reasons. They are really casual and put you at ease.

Great experience. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle for a couple of hours. (I dont know if this is typical) They handled all of the financing. There was no pressure to up-sell me anything. They are not a dealer, so no additional fees that dealers charge.They were great. I highly recommend them.

Firestones estimate was $2500 more than Super Rupairs for my transmission repair.You know a place is good when your friends learn you have a Subaru and tell you to call Super Rupair next time you need a repair :)Also, I should add Ive been with them 3 years now and nothing theyve touched has ever needed fixing. Super Rupair was honest and.hlepful when I needed to replace an engine that had blown. They prepared the replacement engine. Set it in the truck and when we returned the old engine were helpful in supplying a couple of ground straps that had broken on the old engine. Great service and very knowledgable.
