I am super impressed with Colorado Coach. First of all, Corey provided an estimate on the body work that was needed, and though adjustments to that estimate were made, it was done in the most professional way. He was on point with his communication from start to finish. They needed to order an additional part after I had dropped off my vehicle, and clearly they were not dawdling in this process. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my vehicle up! It was detailed in and out and it looks brand spanking new! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing auto body work, and I will certainly use them in the future for other services. Disregard if this business is under new management since last 2 years but highly recommend avoiding this place.They will provide estimates on the spot to attract business as other repair shops will require booking 2-3 weeks in advance to even get to estimate. But at least other shops know how to manage their schedule and repair times.After consultation my car was scheduled for repair 4-5 weeks down the line. Car was dropped off at scheduled time and they did not touch it for weeks because they were missing parts (they had weeks to get those ready). So in the mean time insurance only covers courtesy car for time of actual repair and i was left having to pick up those costs myself with them not owning to their delays when car was drivable and i could have dropped it off when actually needed. As i was dropping my car also ran into another upset customer who had gone through the same thing and was gonna involve her lawyer. Repair job wasnt even up to par with the level of quality you would expect from a VW certified shop (this certification means nothing), they left a scuff mark on my immaculate paint job (car 2 months old), alignment of part (hatch door) if off (frankly i even suspect part is not OEM like it should have been).I was so mad, and this experience was such an ordeal and nightmare that i never wanted to have to deal with them and step foot in that place again now that i finally got my car back. Only leaving feedback now cause enough time has passed. Dont be fooled by the conveniency of the instant estimates...

There were some issues with a fender/bumper repair that required me to go back to the shop and have things corrected. Giving 4/5 because the owner responded very quickly and they took care of the correction in a timely manner. Overall I think this is a good body shop and would recommend them still.

I just had some work done on my F150. Im always a little worried about having body work done, but the team at Colorado Coach Auto Body exceeded all my expectations.I worked with Corey who provided me a very comprehensive estimate, explained all the details and provided valuable recommendations.I also had them do the ceramic paint treatment, WOW, the finish is absolutely incredible. The gentleman (I think his name was Juan) who did the treatment blew me away with his attention to detail.I couldnt be happier with the experience.

Caught my Audi TT bumper on a curb and brought it to these guys for an insurance claim. (Bumper cover alone was like 1500 dollars). Brought it to them because they are Audi certified and use only Audi parts. I thought that only the bumper cover was damaged so to save time I asked if they could order the bumper cover and paint it so I can still have my car while some of the work is being done. They said they could do that which was awesome! I brought them the insurance check to get things started. They called when it was painted and I brought it in. They did end up finding some more things wrong with it after the cover was off and they handled all of it with my insurance company. Got the car back and couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They did point out a place where the cover didn’t sit flush do to a previous fender repair but it is hardly noticeable. The car was cleaned inside and out when they were done which was amazing and even the headlights had some oxidation on them that I was putting off doing and they went ahead and buffed them out!! Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend, and Tom was a great help with communicating to me and making sure it was done right! Thank you guys! Hopefully I don’t hurt my car again but if I do this is where I’m going!

I recently noticed discolorations and slight peeling in the paint on my car. I had no idea what the cause was or what needed to be done because I was worried about rust. I got an inspection and estimate right on the spot at Colorado Coach. Didnt get the name of the man who looked at the car but he was incredibly honest and straight with me. Apparently the clear coat was worn off by the sun. He told me what a paint job would entail and roughly what it would cost. He also told me that it would only be a cosmetic fix that I neednt worry about rust because the paint wasnt affected. Since my car is old and has 150 k miles on it, I only want it to go a few more years and dont need to worry about rust, his advice was not to do anything. Thanks if I ever need auto body repair in the future I will come here!

Everyone at this location is great to work with. I was rear-ended and Colorado Coach worked directly with me and the insurance company to get my car fixed and in working order. They quality checked everything and called me regularly with any updates. Im very happy with the result!

What caring, honest people work here! I locked my keys in my car and the tool that the firefighters used to jimmy it open bent my door frame a little. Subaru couldn’t help me other than replacing the whole door and recommended I go to Colorado Coach Autobody. It took them less than five minutes to bend it back and didn’t charge me! I will definitely be going back to them when anything needs to be done on my car in the future, as I would be more than happy to give them my business, in return for the kindness I experienced today.

Very flexible in all aspects of my appointment!

I got one edge of the front bumper on my Silverado caught on a post while crawling in reverse; the corner got bent forward about an inch. Basically not noticeable, but just enough for a plastic panel between it and the grill to easily snap out if one pushed it in place. Picking the truck up after supposedly 4 hours of labor on it, the bumper was exactly in the same position, and the panel popped off again during my 2 mile (smooth road) drive back home. They had done absolutely nothing whatsoever to fix it. Their representative (Tom) tried the excuse that the truck frame was damaged (it has never been in any accident), he then wanted me to talk to their manager (Mark), who supposedly was right there. I insisted instead on a full refund, and did actually get it. When I then asked to talk to Mark, he was suddenly unavailable. As far as I can tell, this place cannot be trusted whatsoever. It surprises me how blatant their attempt was on cheating on a claimed repair work.

I have used this shop many times since 1984 when we moved here. We used them for personal and business. Thank you Colorado Coach for being good, reliable and honest. They don’t even mind when you call and ask dumb questions, lol A credit to the Boulder, CO. auto body business and more !!

These guys are great. My 4 runner was hit in the front end. It is a pearl white with metallic in the paint so it very hard to match the color. Matt the body tech and Greg the painter did an amazing job making it look new again.

I don’t review things as a policy, but I have to break my own rule for Colorado Coach. In my estimation, Colorado Coach cuts every corner possible and is a classic example of a body shop that takes advantage of most people’s lack of knowledge on automobiles.If you don’t care about your money all that much, and enjoy speaking with the bitter-gargoyle type, this might be the place for you.

I am so glad I was referred to this place for work on my Lexus. The staff was very professional and they took extracare to make sure that they got the paint matched perfectly, plus the car came back clean inside and out! I will never use another shop for car repairs after having such a wonderful experience here.

I dont recommend this place, even for getting an estimate. They will wildly inflate your repair costs with things that arent even broken, and wont return your phone calls to give you the estimate. I brought my car in for an estimate in late December, didnt hear back by the end of the first week in January, so gave them a call and left a message to call me back. Two weeks later, still nothing. I called again and the woman I talked to was very rude on the phone and acted like shed never heard of getting an estimate there before until I gave her my name and car info. Was FINALLY given my estimate and suffice to say, because of this experience I will not be trusting my car to be repaired by their body shop. They wasted a month of my time and my car is just as broken as before.

Brought my BMW in for a front bumper repaint and a rear bumper replacement. Sean, my contact there, was very, very helpful and informative throughout the whole process and was able to get my car back to me a couple days earlier than expected. He even personally buffed out a few scratches for me that werent related to the repairs! Great guy. The color match was spot-on and all the panel gaps were to factory spec. Not the cheapest in town but if you want quality body work with no corners cut, this is your shop. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Ive made the mistake once of choosing a shop with the cheaper estimate and I shall never make that mistake again. Colorado Coach for the win!

This USED to be a pretty good auto body repair shop. The service from the front desk is just plain rude. I was dropping off my car for repairs and the staff responses to my questions were so bad I cancelled my rental car and grabbed my keys and left to have my car repaierd at another shop a week later. There is a reason they are currently rated 63% F by google reviews. Take your car elsewhere.

My car came back looking great, but the service here is pretty mediocre; theyre not the friendliest people Ive ever met. After getting my car back Im now getting phone calls from a company calling on behalf of Colorado Coach for feedback, who Ive asked twice now to stop calling. If I had to do it all over again Id probably go elsewhere.

Coach Auto Body fixed my truck on Christmas Eve for $100. Everyone else wanted to do it two weeks AFTER new years for $300! At first I thought Coach must not be very busy because they werent very good, but I was wrong. Theyre busy, they just actually get the work done in a timely manner. I dropped my truck off the night before and they were working on it first thing in the morning, a little confusion over a missing piece (which I had hid under a seat by accident) kept the truck there until the early afternoon, but the service was timely and efficient. Ive been looking for a mechanic in town with the same sort of work ethic and customer service to no avail. Everyone I worked with at Coach was friendly and helpful and, even though it was Christmas Eve and they definitely didnt want to be there, they were understanding and even empathetic that I was missing my vehicle. My only complaint is that they dont have a mechanic shop! But if you need body work done on your vehicle this is the place to go.

I needed to get my car repaired after a friend backed into it while in his driveway. The left-rear door, wheel arch, and wheel needed to be repaired. I also had an unrelated ding in the hood that I wanted to get fixed at the same time.I called Gebhardt BMW to see who they recommended. They recommended Colorado Coach Auto Body. I worried about many of the negative reviews on Google and Yelp, but I figured the BMW dealer knows best, so I should take their advice. I regret that decision.When I got my car back I was appalled at what I saw. While the dent had been filled and painted it was still there! Somebody took the time to sand, fill, paint, clear, and polish the car and not ever bother to level the filler with the rest of the door! The wheel arch also wasnt level with the door. And while the color match was good, the paint or clear had vertical streaks in it. The hood looked fine except it was covered in holograms (this occurs when you do a half-assed polishing job on a dark car).So I sent the car back to be redone. Its better, but I can still see the damage. They also failed to finish polishing the drivers door (also had to be painted to get the color match) so theres a big dull patch now on what was an undamaged body panel. The whole left side of the car is now duller than the factory paint. Ill be paying somebody else to try to fix that. Not sure itll be possible.According to Colorado Coachs website they ... we are committed to repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition.Nope.

My experience. Ive had my car for 7 years with no issues. After I had my car wrecked and fixed, Ive been having nothing but nagging little issues. Paint is already chipping from front bumper in less than a year of repairs. The front right light keeps bouncing around over every bump I hit. Ive already been in once to have that light fixed. They were clueless on what the problem was and had to take it to VW dealership to figure it out. The light still bounces around and sure it will cause it to burnout soon. Remember Ive had this car for 7 years and never once had any headlight issues. These are xenon lights which arent cheap. Ive never had any paint chip off my bumper as well. I use my car to make income and now will have to back these guys that will cost me money. The headlight was a used light they find from one of their venders. They will assure they are as good as new. My experience is they are used for a reason and junk. All Im saying if you have to get your car fixed please research.Update: someone from here seen my review, contacted me and said he wanted to help me out if I was willing to change my review. Said he would even come to my house so Im not inconvenienced. He had to go vacation first...well about 3 weeks later, nothing. Hate driving my car especially at night now watching my right light beam bounce around.

They fixed the damage to my car that they said they would and in great time. They did good job. The only complaint I would have is that even though I have a nice new bumper, I also have a nice new scratch on my tailgate. I told the service manager about the scratch and instead of offering to fix the damage, he told me to go buy some touch up paint from the dealer myself and then they would fix it for me. Really? There was no apology or concern whatsoever for the scratch they caused to my car. I will now just touch it up myself. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.

Had a very bad experience at this shop. The actual cost of the relatively minor repair was almost 3 times the original estimate. The communication between myself and the shop relating to the significantly delayed completion date was terrible. The shop would not keep me posted on any updates even after having the car more than 3 times the length of time originally scheduled, which adversely impacted the turning in of my rental car. Would not use again.

Ive taken my Audi into Colorado Coach a total of three times since 2005. My first two experiences were great, which is why I trusted them a third time in 2009. Sadly, this last experience has been less than stellar. They were nice enough, but their customer service was lacking. First, they didnt explain that it may take them a long time to receive parts for my car. It would have been nice to know, since I didnt have infinite rental car coverage. I called each week to check on the status of the repair and I always felt like they werent staying on top of what was going on. After my rental coverage ran out and the car was still in the shop, I spoke with the manager about how I felt. He explained things and offered to cover the remainder of the rental car fees until the car was repaired, which I appreciated. After a little over three weeks, my car was finally ready. However, when I got there, I noticed that during the repair, they had damaged one of the speakers in the door and that the clear coat had been oversprayed and dried with a drip mark. I told Colorado Coach this and they told me that they would order a new speaker cover and when they replaced it, they would also buff out the oversprayed clear coat. I figured that it might take a while to receive the speaker cover, but after they hadnt called for two months, I decided it was time to check with them again. They told me that the part is no longer available (yet it took two months to determine this). I ended up having to call the insurance company to ensure that everything will be taken care of. Its been three months now and Im still dealing with this place. Maybe theyre just overbooked or something, because everyone that works there seems nice enough. Hopefully, I wont be in anymore accidents :-) but if I am, I dont think I would return here.

I had two unfortunate Audi repairs which these guys handled professionally. Even when there was a miscommunication the first time they fixed it and covered the rental. Second one, not my fault got fixed fast and professional as well. If you have an Audi it’s the place to go.

Ive been working with Danette at Colorado Coach for years, theyve repaired several of my vehicles, they repair it correctly the first time around.

Terrible attitude, I dont feel I was respected while I getting a estimate from them, and also, the price of the estimate is the highest compare to the other body shop on the town.
