My son and I dropped into Michaels to look for a birthday card. They didnt have any birthday cards. But they have a lot of art supplies, artificial flowers, paints, cardstock, jewelry making supplies, decor for your back patio, holiday items. Also, color by number, baskets, bins, decor for the inside of your home. They often have sales in the decor, like all bins 20% off or something. Also, go to the website to find deals. Today, their website says $9.99 Same Day Delivery and Free In-Store and Curbside Pickup. A button popped up, offering 25% off. So take a little time before you head out to Michaels and see what savings there are on the website. Search for coupon codes!

Incredibly clean and well organized.The staff helped me several times with my questions. All of them were cheerful, efficient, very knowledgeable which is huge. Give them a raise!This is a great store to go to!

I always joke that this store keeps taking my money away 😂 they carry relevant products and have a very clean store. Things never seem to be out of place and their sales are great. A little inside tip *If you purchase online and get store pick up you can save some 💰*. Their staff seems to enjoy their work there and are very helpful to locate items for you. As an artist and art hobbyist this store is a gem. 10/10

I love Michaels but it is impossible to find people to help you. How do you have a store that size with almost no employees? They also lock up the knitting needles, they said they had a lot of theft but maybe if they had more employees it wouldnt happen as much.

Nice and newish store

I take my kids here to get kids craft supplies, but then I inevitably end up feeling like the kid in a candy store myself. I love making art, and all through the store I see things that inspire me to want to take on new projects. Its dangerous. As Michaels stores go, this is a good one. Clean, bright, well stocked with a vast array of craft supplies, from silk screening stuff to canvas to wood burning kits and wood to yarn to fabric paint to scrap booking, etc. If you have an aversion to Joannes because its always kinda dingy, meet your new craft store.

Has tons of cool art and hobby stuff

Every single time I come to thisMichaels theres not a single employee walking around willing to help. The only employee I have saw was at check out. There were three other customers walking around trying to find help and no one was around and all three of us left so they just lost business.

Absolutely love this place! just the best, for art supplies, sewing and knitting supplies and more. I especially love that you can create a custom frame, with several styles to choose from! just the best for those who enjoy crafts!

Seems pretty small compared to other Michaels, but they had a friendly staff that helped me find what I needed.

My mom placed an online order and was given a 40% off coupon. She asked me to pick it up for her because I was going to be in Boulder the following day. She had pre-paid for the item online so all I should have had to do was pick it up. When I get there they tell me that it is in her name and she didnt list me as the one picking up so the manager Katrina would not allow me to take the item. Well, my mom still needed the item so I proceeded to just buy the item with cash. The manager Katrina refused to even give me the 40% coupon price and was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not care about my problem and it seemed like she absolutely hated her job. I went ahead and paid regular price and then as a slap in the face they gave me a 40% off coupon for next purchase. Dont worry folks, I dont appreciate the poor customer service and its time consumers just stop using businesses that dont appreciate their customers. I will never shop there again as its so much easier to order online. I hope the 7 bucks was worth it.

Good craft store with a ton of variety! There is almost always a 50% off coupon online so be sure to check. Not the best selection of fine art materials, but great for general crafts.

This Michaels as well as all of the other Michaels was well stocked, clean, and the staff was friendly.

Friendly people working there

The staff was great helping me pick out picture frames, making sure I had the correct size and everything else I needed. Also, Im in a wheelchair and they helped carry the frames to the counter and then out to my car which made things really easy and stress free.

Living in different states, mostly the east coast, I have always been a customer of Michaels for as long I can remember and I get most of my art related materials and stuff from here and I wish they would still give coupons like they used to before. This branch is nice except with the occasional employees that arent helpful or nice. To be fair they have had great deals and discounts at this branch on items from time to time and I still prefer shopping at Michaels than anywhere else for my artistic needs. I would recommend this place anytime! 😎

Great craft store however difficult to find what youre looking for if you dont know where it should be. Not enough people to ask for help. Long line slow cashiers.

Good for your crafting needs. Go to Jo-Anns for fabric. Store is a bit of a jumbled mess and would be well served by a make over. The selection is good, the prices are fair and the employees are friendly.

The manager wouldn’t make a cash return after I was mischarged for an item. I paid cash for it, realized it was the wrong cost and immediately (literally 30 seconds) came back in to ask for the correct cost to be honored. The cashier was very helpful and asked for a price check which confirmed that I was mischarged, but the manager wouldn’t walk up the front to override the return in cash. Very silly. The difference was made up in store credit but this felt unnecessary stingy and/or lazy on the managers part. I won’t be back in again.

No air conditioning every time I go. Unpleasant shopping experience while your clothes stick to you. Id rather shop local and be comfortable. Also all the managers are so RUDE. Its really unbelievable!

Has everything I need for any craft project I am working on. Great sales and clearance. Dont forget the coupons!! They always have some online, through e-mails or on your receipt.

The last few times I’ve stopped here the line has been at least five people deep and there’s only one person working. Come early in the morning — or avoid!

A smaller Michaels store, so a slightly smaller selection and more things are out of stock than the bigger stores Ive stopped at. Employees are always friendly and willing to help.

Michaels in Boulder. The alcohol inks are locked up and she had to take it up to the front of the store. Weird. 2 the cashier didnt even ask about my rewards I had to ask her about that. The cashier just seemed put out. Hope it wasnt the color of my skin that they had to walk the alcohol in up to the front!
