Super disappointed with the final product. There are gaps, chips/cracks, and color mismatches on the spots that were filled. If they can’t make it right then they shouldn’t sell the product in the first place.Probably should be 1 star, but I think the installers really did try their best to work with an awful product.

Great place with a very well rounded collection of pre-finished and unfinished solid and engineered hardwood floors. Sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They do not sell retail, but work with your designated licensed contractor directly and supply your chosen hardwoods to them directly.

Been working with this company since they opened. Great customer service,quality materials. Definitely would recommend this place only if you are looking for hardwood related materials or supplies.

Everything the professional floor mechanic needs to achieve superior results. And to the people that are pissed about the return policy....After 2 weeks your flooring has acclimated to your environment. If your environment is different than the next persons their floor has a very high chance of a failure. I am a professional flooring mechanic with over 24 years in the field. I have never seen any hardwood distributor with a different policy. Hire a professional and you wouldnt have had enough extra to return.

Terrible customer service. I tried to return some wood finish (unopened, with receipt), and was told that since it had been more than 30 days since my purchase, they would not give me a refund. 30 day return policy? This is not indicated on the receipt, and there are no signs in the store indicating this policy. They still sell the product at the same price as when I bought it 6 weeks ago- there is no good reason to refuse the return. They clearly just dont care about customer service. Shop somewhere else.

Too bad, the person from the office told my husband that back the workers would put the floor he ordered in his car and when he went back to pick it up they just put it outside on a forklift and the tube would have to put everything on the car.
