Ordered all vegetarian options, loved the food, the service and the location. Best to get a reservation beforehand to avoid waiting for long during dinner time.

We were stopping through Boston and decided to eat at Pasta Beach. The waiter was very knowledgable and helpful with food suggestions. If you like sweet wines, the Peach Miscoto is the wine to try! I loved each and everyone of our dishes! 10/10 on flavor! I wish we could visit more!

Ordered pasta with Tagliatelle Bolognese and the portion was just right. The flavor was ok, but not outstanding. The other meals that we got, pepperoni pizza, spaghetti carbonara and cannelloni nettuno had big portions as well, and the flavors of the pasta dishes were delicious as well. Great little place, with seating at the bar or on the floor, able to hold conversation with your table, and was not overly loud.

This place was amazing. I went with my mom basically by accident a few weeks ago (March 8). We didnt want to sit in Boston rush hour (or move our car from the garage), so we decided to kill some time by going to dinner. Pasta Beach happened to be around the corner from the aquarium so we walked over.I got the pasta bolognese. Ever since I went to Italy, Ive been trying to explain what this phenomenal bolognese tasted like that I got in Rome. I took a bite, and I literally said This is it. This is what it tasted like. I forgot to send my compliments to the chef, so hopefully this will do and someone lets them know that I was totally blown away. 🤩Needless to say, I sought out the Providence location which is closer to home because of our experience here. Bravo!

Amazing pasta with very rich red sauce and excellent bread. Worth the time and we plan to eat there again.

The way Italian is supposed to taste.Seriously. The menu is in Italian with English subtitles. I had the mushroom pasta dish and it was perfect. Just the right amount of cream, not thick and cakey. The portion was the right size, and I ate the entire serving and resisted the urge to lick the plate clean. The pasta was a nice dense fettuccini and you could tell it was freshly made. Dont overlook this Italian place. Make sure you come and check it out. I am from out of town, and I may come back to Boston just to come here again.

Consistently great service and good food. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the hostess. Our waiter Daniel was superb. The Calabrese pizza was spicy and delicious. I filled up on the yummy bread that I could only eat 2 slices. My boyfriend got the prosciutto and asparagus tagliatelle which was good, too.Great service and good food. We used a Gilt City voucher for a beer, wine, or cocktail and a pasta or pizza per person. Since some restaurants put restrictions, we asked first and to our delight, there were none. The Blood Orange Mojito hit the spot! Pasta portions were plentiful. Our pizza came with a good amount of prosciutto too. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had other waitstaff that helped clear plates and wrap up our leftovers. The entire wait staff was accommodating. We were too stuffed to get desert but plan to go back.

Excellent, made in house pasta. Food was very fresh. The service was warm, professional, and attentive. I dined with a group of 7 and had no problem being accommodated even on short notice. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality is great.

Great place! Very friendly staff, our food came out quick and our waiter was very attentive even though it was busy. Marinara was to die for. Prices are good for what you are getting, a little expensive but definitely worth it. I will definitely go again, my only advice is make a reservation!

The food was delicious, the environment was nice on the eyes and the server we had was very nice and tried to meet our needs the best that he could. Prices were high for us (being from a country town in Pennsylvania) but I would imagine that the prices were on par for Boston. The serving sizes were good to the point that we shared 1 pizza to 4 of us and we were all full.

I had the ravioli stuffed with spinach and feta it was excellent, smaller then expected portion. The others at my table ordered a pizza and the middle was soggy. When I order a pizza I want to be able to eat it without using a knife and fork. Initially our server was great she brought out bread and drinks right away. When we finished our meal we were waiting 15 minutes for our waitress to bring us our check, she never came. We had to get someone else to do it.

Stopped in here for a bite before a harbor cruise and I doubt Ill give it another shot. We sat at the counter because we were hoping for a quick experience. First we were ignored by the wait staff until we asked the hostess if someone could take our order. I got a pizza and my fiance ordered pasta. My pizza was soggy to the point where the only way I could eat it was too roll it up, and believe me when I say that I know how to taco a pizza. My fiance wasnt able to eat with me because they got her order wrong (even though she clearly pointed to it while ordering) and the kitchen took quite a while in pushing out the correction. Bonus points for not offering to comp/discount anything. Oh, and the wine was overpriced, but you should be expecting that in Boston.

Spaghetti ale vongole with the white sauce is absolutely delicious ! Pizzas are good. Interior is chic but also Its kinda dark in there which isnt convenient to read the menu... Good selection of wine. Our waiter was really nice.

The food is good. Love the Margarita Pizza. Wine and cocktails are just decent when they are made correctly. The service is weak. The waiter seem overwhelmed with tables inside and having tables on the patio. No manger seem to be present.

Food is decent but the staff seemed totally confused and disorganizee. They forgot to bring out our appetizers and brought our main course first. When we let them know, they took back the main course and brought our appetizers which were cold by then. Then they did not wait for us to finish the appetizers and brought out the same main course again which was cold. It was a disappointing experience.

The food was great and the restaurant employees were amazing. I figured a place that had wicked good reviews would be expensive but it wasnt at all. I think almost all plates were under $20 and they are generous with the portions. If you have kids they only have sauced noodles or buttered noodles as an option. What we did was buy an adult plate and split it. My kids who are the normal picky eaters couldnt stop eating which says something. All in all, if you are near South Station visit this place. You will like it

Anytime I crave pasta, Im sure to stop by this place. The food is amazing and the portions are generous. I love the atmosphere is well; its by the harbor.

This is a hidden gem, no question. The food is undeniably authentic Italian, the service is very good and not pretentious, and the prices are probably half of what they should be. Yes, its off the beaten path but thats a big part of what makes it such a great spot.

Cute restaurant. Nice decor. About 10 tables inside and about 6 tables outside. I had the margarita pizza. The crust was great! Its a in-house made dough crust. My cousin got the lasagna and she loves it. Our waiter was attentive! They have a lot of dessert options! There were about 8+ options. Such as, profiteroles, creme brulee, an apple tart, a gelato that they pour an expresso sauce over right before you eat it so you have an authentic version of coffee ice cream. etc. More options than most restaurants which I love!

We just happened to wander into this restaurant - what a great find! Grilled vegetables were delicious and a meal in itself - pasta was cooked just right and sauce had a tasty punch to it. There were so many items on the menu - I look forward to returning to check them out!

Been to this place with colleagues after seeing some positive reviews but was disappointed . The food was not at all good. The pasta was dry and there was no salt in it. The bread was not fresh and it was little hard to eat. Wouldn’t recommend as there are some nice restaurants around!

Delicious food, friendly staff. The high ceilings make it a bit noisy, but nothing out of the ordinary for a popular place. After you’re full, take a walk along the waterfront - perfect evening closer.

Gave me diarrhea.. I ordered the pizza with artichoke, pepperoni, capers, olives and ham. My friend ordered the eggplant ravioli. Her dish was cold. My pizza was very soggy. There was one really nice server; the others looked bored or uninterested. About 45 mins after leaving, I got diarrhea. The food came out fast, but I would not return.

Quaint little spot on Atlantic Ave. Serves up authentic Italian dishes as the owners are from Italy so dont expect a Caesar salad on the menu. Large portions of pasta and fresh pizzas make this a great weeknight dinner spot. Finish off your meal with a homemade Tiramisu. Yum!

Lots of variety, like 20 different pasta dishes. Some of the dishes knocked our socks off and some were so bland that the people in our party didnt finish their meal. Carbonara was amazing, the Bolognese was worse than jarred sauce.

Went on a Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m. Nice atmosphere, however they did not have a soup that was listed on the menu and also did not offer decaf coffee. My caprese salad appetizer was delicious.

A downtown Boston staple that is excellent for any kind of outing from appetizers through a multicourse dinner with paired wines from the start to finish. Pasta courses are offered as entrees and as smaller appetizer/2nd course options. Wide variety of cheeses to start and great wine list.

Chef or su chef was preparing my food and eating while he was putting my cheese and meat app together. Then before he put food in window for pick up to table he took another bite of food and put his fingers in his mouth touching his lips and tongue then adjusted some of the cheese on my plate with the same fingers. I refused the plate and left. Any chef that eats while prepping food should be the dish washer. Not the cook.

As a single diner, I was virtually ignored by my server. I ordered the spaghetti al vongole in white sauce. The sauce was well seasoned but the spaghetti had virtually no salt. Today I went out to lunch here at pasta beach, and I ordered pasto gnochiis. When I tasted them, they tasted like they were frozen, store bought, and the pesto sauce was bland, probably also store bought. For appetizers, the bread was good, but the olive oil was very bitter.

The quality and flavorings of each of the many items I have tried are excellent. All of their pastas always come out al Dente. The service is sometimes spotty and the ambiance is lacking and therefore only rates 4 stars

They came out swinging, but finished striking out. Weve also had a couple of entrees that were delicious as well. Rumor has it everything was imported from Italy to get this restaurant opened - from the pizza oven and appliances to the kitchen staff. My only gripe is that the service has started to slip the past couple times we were in. It would be a shame if they continue to go down that path, as the restaurant has great food and is close to home.

I went for lunch today and I must say that I was very very disappointed with service. After taking our order the food finally arrived 45 minutes later (just a sandwich and a pizza)...no apology for the delay. The waitress finally cam over to ask if we need anything else...I requested some Parmesan cheese for the pizza...after waiting so long for the food I decided to dig in...after i finished my pizza (the Parmesan cheese never arrived....nor did a refill for the coke I ordered)...I actually put a timer on to see how long I would wait to get the check (8 minutes)...I was actually wondering if the waitress quit or something...As I was just going to leave some cash for the meal the waitress reappeared to sit another group of people...I told her I am going inside to pay which she said nothing but follow me. She made no eye contact, no apology, and just slid me the check. I never ever write reviews but this service was so terrible and think everyone should beware of this.
