Beautiful showroom inside the Boston Design Center, and Eileen was a dream to work with. My needs were slightly tricky because I wanted the option of blacking out the room completely at night, and letting a good amount of natural light in during the day while still having some privacy. I knew I wanted Hunter Douglas shades, and she was able to come up with a solution for my master bedroom window that ended up looking absolutely gorgeous. Installation was a breeze and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again if I decide to update any other rooms!

We had a great experience with Boston Shade. We had a very tricky skylight and large window, both of which hang over a large open stairwell without any real access. Eileen helped us through the various options, helped us pick a shade color, took measurements and had them installed -- all without ever meeting face-to-face! (We were too busy to meet, so Eileen was helpful enough to send us samples in the mail, show us things online, etc.) The whole process was very smooth. The resulting shades are beautiful and work very well (battery operated). Id definitely recommend Boston Shade.

Large remote shades are gorgeous. Details were well attended. We even added a matching shade after the project was complete and it was completed professionally and on time. Eileen Cummins was a great project manager. She even checked in regularly to make sure things were going as promised!

I recently had electric shades purchased and installed in my condominium. The seven individual units presented itself with several large windows that provide a large viewing stage that faces west. Prior to the project...our hand operated shades were in the down position most of the day to avoid sun damage in the afternoon. The new shades include a timer and make life easier...I can go out and not think about our shade positioning.I decided the time was right for electric shades. The electrical team were also visitors to the condo as we had some complicated wiring issues, in addition the installation and technology team were so professional and efficient.The Boston Shade Company listened to my needs. They were a team that bounced the project requirements and potential problems off each other to readily prepare. I would like to share my experience withe Boston Shade Company.I have been working with them for a few years now, adding shadesand changing shades as our lifestyle settles in and our preferences change.Honestly, any company can do that. The staff was very helpful in providing samples and helping me pick out shade features & fabrics. Eileen came over to take measurements, and provided me with temporary shades. The installation team was on time, and did an expert job!
