Was shopping here at the downtown crossing location for my father and the staff was amazing!! Very helpful. Only bad experience I had was the heat. They had no ac and I couldn’t bare to stay inside the store. When I asked the employees if their air was working they informed me it was broken. Definitely not fair for those employees in this heat! It’s 95 outside and it was like 112 inside their store. Ridiculous. Thank you to the staff for being accommodating but I don’t think till their air is fixed.

Buyer beware. I was told that I had put too much wear on a pair of shoes for them to sell just doing a handful of laps around the store in them. Given the fact that the same employee had told me to get 2 sizes and return the pair that didnt fit as well, Id be surprised if they would have taken the other pair back. Slimy character.

Absolutely fantastic source of shoes, socks, accessories, and mens wear. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who are more interested in finding the right match, fit, or look for you than they are in padding out the bill, which is a rarity in this kind of store. The building is currently under construction (Winter 2019), but they are very much open.

Love their shoes. Had a great in store experience with Alwyn Mcleod. Dont usually go in the city but may visit again due to the great customer service.

I have to say that this was the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely knowledgable and did not pressure you into a sale. They even went above and beyond and shipped my old shoes home so that I could walk out of the store in a brand new pair!

Horrible customer service and a store that doesn’t stand behind it’s products. They’ve really downgraded the quality of the store management.Used to recommend people go there and ask for staff by name but no more. Can’t rely on them gettjng great service. This epitomizes why people choose to buy from Zappos and the store fronts are closing.J&M quality - not what it used to be.

This is my favorite place to shop my husbands winter/summer wardrobe.The staff is super friendly and welcoming,Sergey the store manager always makes my visit a great experience.He has great taste and he knows his product well.

I wish I had this experience everytime I went clothes shopping. Ive been comng here for a while, the staff is the best there is. Always showing me the newest items that arrive that they know ill like. Ever since i started coming here its as if i have my own personal clothing assistant. Highly recommend this shop, its hard to find clothing salesman these days that either dont leave you alone or pressure you. Love the friendly environment, ill be stopping in again in August. Thanks guys

Good selection of accessories, especially for a small location. Larger items Ive typically gone to Mens Wearhouse instead though.
