Staffs are very friendly at Copley Place, we are able to purchase a perfect 1 carat engagement ring Because of Maria. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about diamond and Jewerly, very friendly and caring, I feel so comfortable to pick out my dream ring with her assistant. I asboutly will come back for the wedding band with Maria, and definately recommond her to my friends & families.
Even though I didnt look like someone who can afford to shop there I got a very welcoming kind and good service! 5 stars!
Suggest this Tiffany Co. branch at Prudential Center Boston to improve its product quality and warranty policy. The LVMH executives should be able to help this store to focus drill-down and increase services and sales. The Prudential Center Tiffanys household item warranty is about K-Mart (remember that store brand?) level. Suggest try hard to improve return policy to achieve Wal-Mart level of service. This Boston Prudential Center store were prejudicial, hesitant, and difficult to establish trusting communication to get a simple repair/replacement service done, I felt I was back at some high school lunch room again. Are the regional HR being effective to support customer experience?
This store has the best Tiffany customer service of all the different store I have been to (Singapore, Melbourne, Brisbane, Seattle, Nee York). The staff are friendly and helpful. The store has a good ranged compared to the ones in Australia. Just calculate your state tax if you are travelling and shopping in USA. Thank you ! Am sure to be back
First of all, I know there are COVID regulations in every store right now, but none of the luxury store has such condescending attitude when informing their customers about their regulations. When my friend and I were at the door, a man came out of the door and gestured to stop us from entering. My friend was walking in front of me, didnt see his gesture, and took literally one step into the door. The man immediately yelled Miss! Miss I will have to ask you to step outside! as if she has just stolen something from the store. Once my friend stepped outside, very embarrassed, the man asked Why are you here today in a very cold and condescending tone. When we answered just browsing, he frowned at us and said Yes but what do you want to see? Well this is a jewelry store, what do you expect? Or is it that you only take customers who have crystal clear shopping ideas in mind? I understand that he needs to set us up with a sales assistant and it would be the best for us to stay in one area of the store right now, but 1. There was no other customer in the store at that time so literally every sales assistant was available, and 2. There are a million friendly and respectful ways that he could have used to talk to us, but he chose none of them.In addition, he never actually informed us about any of the COVID policy other than asking us to use the sanitizer upon entrance. No one told us that we are not allowed to touch anything in the store right now, so my friend and I experienced another very awkward moment when we reached for a handbag out on display.I have purchased multiple pieces from this store in the past. Those shopping experiences had always been alright, but the way we were treated today really annoyed me. For luxury store, the service is a part of the product, since you are really selling the things to make your customers feel special. I will need to reconsider whether shopping at Tiffanys still brings me the joy that matches their price.

The staff who helped me was arrogant and reluctant to show me what I wanted to take a look at. The attitude kept even I made a purchase. (I was polite and didnβt have many requests.)

The tiffanys experience is, as always, excellent. It is no different at this location. Having come from New York and shopped at Tiffanys there, I was expecting this to be far worse. Instead, I was very happy with the service, quality, and ambience of this location!
Terrible branch, despite its reputation as a brand.The manager specifically made this experience horrible.I visited the branch with two of my friends, and the manager made it very apparent to us that we were not welcome, just because we were students.We had first wandered into the diamonds section, where a sales associate politely pointed us to the more commercial end items.All other associates were busy, and the manager came to help us out.After about 20 minutes of waiting and telling us to wait right there, he was finally available to see us.It was clear that he wanted to cater to the higher end buyers, and was rude with passive aggressive questions like Have you ever worn silver before? You cant go in the shower with it like stainless steel you are probably used to despite my purchase records at different Tiffany locations previously. He was in a extreme hurry to rush us out of the store, as if our presence devalued his branch somehow.I have never been so disrespected at a store before, especially when making a purchase, and it was eye opening to see such discrimination happen. Would not recommend, 0/10.
I had to wait a lifetime for somebody to assist me. They seemed to be running low on staff members for all the people that came into the store.I already knew what I was buying so the person that took care of me was very efficient, nice, quick and helpful. Id rate it higher if it wasnt for the long wait (15 to 20 minutes) before somebody came over to help.
Wonderful store. Helpful staff & beautiful products. Staff on site speaks a variety of languages, including French and Mandarin Chinese.

I walked in 6 minutes before they were closing, knowing exactly what I wanted and they gave me nasty looks as if I was ruining their night. It was very unwelcoming and I will be driving to Natick instead.
We went back here 18 yrs after buying engagement ring here and we were most warmly welcomed by Wayne, he graciously looked up our original purchase and cleaned the ring while we waited. Wayne is true genteman and this is a great store.
Super rude sales associate, was looking for rings and he gave me this attitude like I cant afford to shop there just because I was not looking for diamond rings. Had zero patient and be like no you are not supposed to wear rings in shower, I dont know what you are looking for. I actually wanted to have a purchase there, but no thanks. I rather go to another branch instead letting him to serve and according to other reviews dont even bother to talk to the manager.
For customer service inquiries like buying a replacement for a lost earring or having pieces sent out for repairs, this is not the best location. The staff seem rushed or maybe not as well-trained, sometimes making small errors or not bothering to look into all options, which is in stark contrast to other locations I have gone to both in MA and elsewhere on the East Coast.

Felt very judged by the older lady when I asked her if they had a certain necklace they had on the T&Co website. She told me that was too cheap to be in stores. I didnt know customer service was about judging people based on the price of their purchase. Rude.
