Terrible service, the seller put the wrong charm in the box and even placed a charm with double the price telling me it was another value. Service without any empathy with the customer, they only look at you as a wallet wanting to get as much money as possible. I absolutely do not recommend anyone

Really good customer service. I bought a bracelet online final sale but it ended up not fitting my wrist at all and I was so disappointed. They were really helpful in allowing me to exchange for a different style that fit. Very grateful!

Having been to all Pandora stores in the Boston area, Id come back to this particular branch next time. Mel the manager was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had two rings that were super tarnished. Not only did she get them as sparkling as they could be again, she asked me how I was storing them and taught me tricks on keeping them shiny. Thanks Mel!

This location was nice but the service was horrendous. I was helped by Sonia and I was embarrassed by her behavior. She seemed extremely entitled. I was disappointed that this company would allow such representation. Too bad since I love Pandora and it’s product; I will continue to shop online.
