Although what is the most impeccable is the choice of their staff members.I walked there needing to get a piercing fixed and I found the most lovely piercer: Morgan.Morgan irradiates the room with her passion and makes even the scariest client feel comfortable. This was my first piercing experience. The overall vibe and level of professionalism was refreshing. They even checked up on me periodically to make sure the healing process was going smoothly. I had SUCH a wonderful experience for my belly button piercing. Morgan did my piercing & was so friendly- talking me through everything & really making sure the piercing would be to my liking. Also the studio is very clean and covid-safe! Will definitely be returning again for any other piercings I get in the future! :)

I do not leave reviews of places, ever. But WOW did I have such a wonderful time here. Super friendly, priced very fairly, and most importantly at the moment, super-super COVID aware and safe. I added two cartilage piercings, and they were some of the smoothest I have ever had. Morgan was literally stellar and I will not get pierced anywhere else as long as I live here.

I went in for a few ear piercings and saw Kent who was super professional and awesome. The check-in was a little extensive due to new Covid19 protocols, which is to be expected. My piercings are placed perfectly- Kent was detail oriented and thorough. I was walked through the entire experience which made me feel at ease. You can tell that they care about safety and have integrity in what they do. Worth the price.

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and got a confirmation email. I showed up at the appointment and the door was locked. I buzzed in and called and no one answered. Since then I have called multiple times and no one has returned my calls. I had to pay for an Uber ride there and back. I am extremely disappointment and feel scammed.

Got pierced by Morgan the other day. She re-did my nipnops after my previous piercings had been closed for about 11 years. She was funny, comforting, and respectful. Would certainly go back and get pierced here again. Clean facilities and you can tell they are taking COVID very seriously!

Definitely the best place in the Boston area with consistently good service. The people at the shop are extremely friendly, kind and patient. Besides hospitality the quality of the piercings is also phenomenal. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service and they have a really lovely selection of jewelry. If youre thinking about going here Id definitely call in advance to make an appointment because they can get busy at times.

This place is amazing. Good selection of jewelry, immaculate and sterile studio, and very accommodating. Elizabeth is amazing, a mega professional, she explained everything and put me completely at ease. I’ve been to several places previously for piercings & I gotta say I regret not knowing about this place sooner. Elizabeth was very professional & super knowledgeable. Unlike the other places I’ve been to, she walked me through the entire process describing what to expect at every step. Honestly this place is very thorough in every way that i can think of & if you are a first timer I highly recommend it, top tier experience overall.

Nice piercing parlor. Professional, clean, fair prices. You cant bring your own jewelry but there is lots to choose from. One suggestion, I would give customers a print out with after care instructions and perhaps give a little demonstration how to open and close the jewelry because some types (like the pull and twist ones) are not intuitive at all.

Went for a standard lobe piercing years after my previous holes had closed up. The experience was clean, fast, and about as pain free as possible. It was far superior to the gun and the results are quite a bit better. I highly recommend.

Called in to set an appointment and the secretary wasnt as knowledgeable as she should have been on specifics of what piercings could be done in this shop. However the piercing artist was very professional and very helpful in explaining why certain piercings just arent safe. So Im glad I still got pierced (septum) even though it wasnt what I originally came in for it was quick, sterile, mostly painless (because Im a baby when it comes to piercings) and he made me feel comfortable. Not to mention he has some pretty sick art. Will be coming again.

Got my nose pierced here twice by Matt and he is the best, period. I removed the nose stud too soon after the first piercing and left it open for a few hours and the piercing closed (my fault). I went back to Matt to re-pierce my nose and he did a perfect job once again. I had no issues with infections or bumps both times. Matt also lets you know how to take care of your fresh piercing. If I ever need to get a piercing again, I will definitely go back to Ancient Arts Body Piercing.

The woman who pierced my daith was suuuper nice however I couldn’t really understand what she was saying sometimes. That could be on me though because I can’t hear anything lol

I loved how clean and educated he was it felt great at the time, but reality hit when he couldnt put my nose ring in, the back piece came off the same day it was loose, then to top it off my sister and I called previous to coming and were told her septum and my nose are 30$ each we literally end up paying 65 for her septum and 80 FOR MY NOSE. I thought God himself should have came down to pierce me. I wouldnt. Be as upset if I got what I paid for AND if he told us the CORRECT PRICES and not prices just to get us in the door.

My last nipple piercing was botched (Im going to leave my review for that shop after ii write this one!) but anywhoo so after doing some research I found this place. Let me start with the customer service. I called and ii felt listened to. ii didnt get someone on the other end of the line rushing me off or annoyed by my lack of piercing knowledge. Still! I was scared because of my previous experience else where. I went today to get my piercing done and believe me when ii tell you that im sold. Please dont go anywhere else. My left nipple was re pierced and she helped take out the right botched piercing (so it can heal properly) and ill be back in a month to re pierce that one for sure.

I got ear pierced and earrings here, one of earrings broken in two days, and I try to fix it by myself, and it broken again. I feel really bad about it, and they close it, so I cannot fix the problem. I really hope they should refund some money, cuz, I need spend money on other store to fix it and my ear pierced again.
