I got a tattoo done today by an artist named Tech. I’m extremely satisfied with his service as he was able to capture and execute the tattoo in excellent detail. The overall atmosphere of the shop was comforting and I felt at home as soon as I walk in the door. I’m definitely going back for additional tattoos and piercing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking professional experienced tattoo and piercing artists!!!

Do not go here. The first red flag was that the artist was 15 minutes late to the appointment. I wanted a very, very simple dragon fly tattoo. The artist, Eric, added shading and shadows that I did not want or ask for, and the head is lopsided. I expressed my concern, and said it wasnt what I wanted at all. His response was that the 3D shading made it look amazing. He told me I didnt like it because I thought it was too big, which is not the case at all.Later I realized that he did NOT ever look at my license, or have me fill out any paperwork whatsoever. Im really hoping this review will help others avoid a terrible experience.The black and white photo is what I showed him I was looking for. The other photo is unfortunately what I got. I encourage anyone reading this thinking about going here, to find a reputable shop with actual artists.

I am always pleased to support a black owned business but it is easy to support any business when you leave satisfied every time! I have had 3 tattoos done there so far and I love each and every one of them, no “ragrets” lol. I will 100% be returning. If you’re not willing to pay what you would be willing to pay at any other professional tattoo shop don’t make negative judgments because they charge their value; all new materials every session, seasoned tattoo artists, and friendly close knit small shops vibes.

Had gone for two of my piercings so far. My most recent was the septum and I love it. My piercer was Maya and she was nice and professional as well as everyone else there.

I had called for a walk-in appointment and they were able to fit me in on the same day. I got my belly pierced with Mya and she was very professional and ensured that she told me everything about aftercare. Smooth and easy process, would come back again!

Very professional. Made me feel comfortable as I was getting my nipples pierced. Kept making sure to check on me and make sure I was feeling ok during the process. Quick and easy. Great piercer. My artist and everyone else there made me and all of my friends feel super comfortable the whole time we were there (we called an hour before and asked if we could do walk ins, and they let four of us in which was so nice of them). It was good vibes the whole time and our group left more than satisfied with our total of 3 tattoos and one nose piercing. It was genuinely a great experience, shoutout to our artist teck !

I got a new tattoo yesterday and I was extremely satisfied. Eric was my artist and he crafted my tribal design to fit around my other tattoo. Eric was professional and knew what I wanted. I will definitely go back to Boston Ink to have another tattoo done.

I called them last minute as I had a sudden issue with an old piercing. They were very accommodating in scheduling me at a convenient time and very prompt as well. I went and was greeted by the receptionist and she was very welcoming and informative about the services they provide and about their waiver as well. Erick performed my piercing and he was very professional, attentive and concise as well as my situation was a bit complicated. He guided me through my piercing and put me at ease. After the piercing he instructed me on the after care and gave me minor pointers as well. My experience here was over all superb and I will be returning for additional services in the near future.

This was my first tattoo and they were very helpful with what I wanted. Cool vibes.

I got a piercing, the way the piercing jewelry was displayed to me was unprofessional and unsanitary. The staff touched all the jewelry with bare unwashed hands. Not a big selection on jewelry at all.The place smells strongly like garbage, and the place didn’t look too clean. I had an appointment and waited about twenty five minutes for the piercing person to enter the studio. The person looked to be high from marijuana but I gave the benefit of the doubt. I was also filmed on a old school video recorder during the procedure which was awkward to me. The piercing came out okay but too many other things in the environment didn’t sit well with me. I’ve never been to a professional piercing place and have these things happen.

I got my septum pierced here. I chose this location because it was rated so high. I did my research and everyone recommended to choose carefully as this piercing can be easy if done correctly, but also easy to mess up. I couldnt be happier with the experience! I cant say enough great things. The piercing itself didnt hurt, and the artist was careful about ensuring it was placed correctly. The whole process was very fluid, and he didnt increase my anxiety by drawing it out. They were accommodating considering my boyfriend decided to get a last minute piercing as well. We were probably in the room for all of 5 minutes, and most of that was due to me asking questions. Highly highly recommend!Parking is difficult though.

Had a great experience at Boston Ink! It started with a friendly greeting from shop manager, Raheem. He gave me all the technical run down and helped me pick the jewelry for my nose piercing. I was a little nervous about the piercing - I’m a pain wimp! But shop owner Erik kept me laughing with his fun stories and great humor so the pain was easier to shake off. It’s the day after the piercing and my nose is healing nicely using the recommended after care process. I’ll definitely return to the shop, next time for some tattoo work!

Sweetest people I have ever experienced. I came in after having surgery because my doctors had to take out my nose ring and filled the hole with an IV tube so it wouldn’t close. I called and they took me in immediately. They fixed my nose ring, got the IV out, and put it back in. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely come back. I can’t thank them enough!
