The customer service is actually abusive. I went in to purchase a foundation and was very unsure of my color, instead of them suggesting getting a sample they pressured me in getting a certain color. I had to switch the color twice and the third time I wanted to return it all together because it made me break out long term. Instead of giving me a refund or store credit, I was yelled at and lied to by the sales associate Kiana. She would not give me any store credit or refund for the item I was not satisfied with. She was rude and blamed me for their product not working...? My friend had the same experience with another associate there.

Fabulous!! Finally a clean beauty store.. They take the hard to recycle make-up products and give you a discount for recycling!! The customer service is fantastic..This store is awesome for us environmentally friendly folks who care about the planet and our future!! Thx u for coming to Boston and Newbury St.

I LOVE CREDO ON NEWBURY! My coworker and I stopped in to shop the 20% off Friends & Family sale this past weekend. We both were looking for new skincare routines and were introduced to so many fantastic brands with beautiful products. The lovely and extremely knowledgeable store manager, Natalie, helped us pick out products that were perfectly suited for us. My skin has been inflamed and irritated from wearing a mask 40 hours a week and I was in search for some clean products to help my sad skin. Natalie was focused on finding the perfect product that had the most optimal ingredients for my skin. Natalie also helped me understand more about the ingredients in the products that she was recommending and how they would help my skin. I am absolutely blown away by their product knowledge and kindness. So much so, we went back the next day for cosmetics! I am absolutely loving all of my new clean goodies! I cant wait to come back into the shop to recycle my old products! Thank you Natalie and Hayley!

I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to all of my friends who love to shop for beauty products! I found this Beauty shop on the site easy to access and easy to navigate. There is a wide range of products by several leading beauty companies and all at very reasonable prices.

I’m OBSESSED with Natalie and Hayley!!!!!!! They listened to my needs and produced THE ABSOLUTE BEST skin care routine for me! I loved my new stuff so much, I came back the next day to buy more stuff. Their suggestions were just so good for me, I bought almost everything they showed me. I went in with a friend both times, we have really different skin care needs, and while Natalie was showing me product targeted for me, she kept my friend engaged and vice versa. It was just such a great experience, this is my new favorite store. They really go above and beyond for their customers.

Just recently found this spot and I’m so glad I did! I love their philosophy of clean ingredients and supporting vegan brands. I walked in and was kindly greeted by a few employees. None were pushy and even persuaded out of buying me extra things that they felt I didn’t need. They also provided me with a free sample, without asking. Really love their store and their rewards system. Will definitely be going there again and again!

Stopped in last week which was my first experience shopping at Credo. The selection was wonderful but alas, my presence was not once acknowledged by the sales person working there. In fairness, there were 3 other people in the store but to not even say hello or welcome in the 10 minutes I was there is inexcusable. Will shop Credo online or at Follain where I am treated like a valued customer.

My favorite place to buy non-toxic and cruelty free self care products. The staff are really friendly and know their stuff, theyll help you find the product thats best for your skin and recommend things within your budget. Theyll give you free samples if you want to try something out, which is especially nice because some of the products they carry are pretty expensive.

Hayley was soooo sweet and helpful! She walked me through the steps to help address my skin concerns and gave me samples to test as well.

Love this store. So happy it’s finally in Boston. I’ve been using their clean and gentle products for almost 3 years. It’s made a HUGE difference in how my skin looks and feels!

I simply cannot say enough nice things about Credo BUT I simply cannot say enough great things about Christiani P. He is so patient and extremely knowledgeable. He really listens to your concerns and needs and matches you to the best product for you. He has helped match me with incredible Lily Lolo foundation and the Marie Veronique gentle night serum. I always walk out of Credo Boston feeling more educated and empowered thanks to Christiani! Thanks!!!
