I had an appointment for state inspection and it took for more than 4 hours. After 1.5 hour waiting, they said my car needed to replace the tires. I saw many people without appointments came after me and left before me. I don’t understand why it took so long for my car.

Did not get service done here because I spoke with a “service advisor” on the phone who had a terrible way of speaking to customers. After the call, I decided that this place is not worth my business.

Unprofessional and corrupt as far as I could tell-horrible to deal with and did more harm than good-no idea how they’re still in business -if they ever respond to any of their terrible reviews-I’m sure you’ll see how horrible they are-please avoid

I haven’t had bad services before anywhere like that.I brought my car to there for oil change it took almost two hours before I asked them should I get appointment or not I thought they might have been busy but they said we can do now and then to oil change takes two hours.They don’t take care you good there I asked many times but there is nothing changed they did not do fast.If you are looking for good and fast services don’t go to there.

Worst experience ever! I had a Toyota recall service which should be done within 3 hours. It took them almost an entire day.
