Impeccable service. Kudos to the employees at this location for their excellent customer service and the manager on dutys problem solving skills. I wish I remembered her name. She was wonderful
My package never arrive on time and unprofessionally. I have problems with everytime I order something online. Manager and sale representatives always have attitude. I hate that my package I have to be delivering through them.

Came in holding a few boxes. Both counter workers acknowledge me and one followed up with are shipping or dropping off. I was dropping off so she paused what she was doing to direct me to a place to leave the box. She then thanked me for the use of FedEx services. I was in an out with a smile.
Just went to this location to ship a package that my wife had set up the shipping for. When the guy in front of me was finished I handed my box along with the printout of the shipping label to Tasha. She was so friendly and nicely told me that my package was actually supposed to be shipped USPS. Then she taped up my box and taped my shipping label on to the box! Awesome! Little things are a big deal! Tasha is exactly the reason people like me will come back to this location.
Every month I have a 36x54 calendar printed for work. I go to the Shreveport location and have never had any problems. Im in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Today I walked into this store because its more convenient expecting it to be quick like any other month. WRONG. There were two ladies working and the one looked busy on the computer so I went to the next counter. I explained to what looked like the manager what I needed and sent my file to the appropriate email. Another customer came in, was helped and back out the door. The employee went to check on the machine and she said it was warming. I understand that, okay, no big deal. Well then another customer came in, was helped and also out the door on his way. At this point its been about 20 minutes and still nothing from the printer. Another customer comes in and the first employee attempts to help her but doesnt know how to get the copier working. The manager comes to assist and gets her out the the door as well. She can see Im getting impatient and proceeds to tell me the machine is being slow with the process request and I can go & she could call me when the print is ready. After 35 minutes I left with no print and very little patients. This has never happened before at the Shreveport location and I will be returning there for my calendar in December. Convenient location or not! Very unhappy with my experience.
These may be some of the most helpful individuals I have ever come across in a retail setting. Always pleasant no matter what time we come in.
I went to ship some turtle beach headphones which way less than 1 pound. I used a priority United States Postal Service box. After pressing on the box with her finger the young overweight female clerk told me that my package did not have enough packing materials inside the box but I could buy packing material from her to fill out the box for $3.99 so she could send it. The headphones would not move in the box when shaking, I used two large paper bags in a very small box. After she stated this I asked how many pounds of pressure do I need to use with packing material so that the amount of packing material is adequate. She looked at me confused and could not answer me.Again She used her 2 fingers and poked The box. She asked if she could open my box. I stated OK. She proceeded to cut my box with her blade and tore about half of one of the panels at the end that close the box.I asked her to stop and I opened the box myself since she was opening the package like a two-year-old on Christmas! She looked inside and found the headphones that weigh probably 4 ounces. Looked up again and stated that I need to pay $3.99 extra so that I can ship the package. I told her no thank you and I would I could do it again myself at home.I couldve gone to the other FedEx across town but instead I went home used 1 inch thick styrofoam to package the headphones went back to the same FedEx store and was greeted The other Clerk who promptly took my package put it on the scale and gave me good service.he did not push on the box shake it or evaluated in anyway as I was usually acustomed to when I have mailed multiple packages before and even the same headphones that I sent to turtle Beach three months earlier.So Buyer beware when you go to FedEx at least this location! They will probably make you buy a new box and packing materials in order to make more money on your shipping. I will never use this location again and I suggest other people do the same.
Tried to ship computer monitor back to BH store. This FedEx store didnt accept because the monitor was in original package, they told they need to repack it. I mentioned that I received it in original package and FedEx delivered it to me, but that didnt help.
Friendly and very considerate! They are very prompt. They literally saved Christmas!
