If you have any doubts about who to buy a home from, look no further!! My fiance and I recently bought our home from Cole at Regional Homes and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. We were on their lot maybe 45 minutes before finding our dream home, tons to choose from and great price/quality! Cole has been there through every step (big and small) and answered every single question and concern weve had. This was our first time purchasing and home and I had no idea how much actually went into it. I will be sending all my friends and family their way!

This place,... OMG, NASTY, GROSS, NO, DISGUSTING AND NASTY!!! The sales staff were so unprofessional. The homes on display were not only extremely cheap looking, but were NASTY!!! Most of the homes we went in had POOH in the toilets!!! How long has it been since someone actually inspected these homes after people walk through them?? We would definitely NOT recommend this establishment to anyone, EVER!!!

Been in the process of buying a home from these people since March 2021. They said it would take 8-12 weeks for the home to be built. After waiting and waiting, they then told us it would be July. Just got a call from them last week saying the price for the house is going up despite them telling us our price would stay the same, regardless of price increases and now theyre saying September before the house is here. So disappointed in these people. We had such high hopes.

I am unable to give NEGATIVE STARS so all I can give is 1. This place is horrible and truly disgusting. In SEVERAL of the model homes, which we learned are the actual home you receive, there was poo in the toilets. How long has it been since they walked through and checked out the homes they are selling??

I highly recommend Farr’s manufactured homes in Bossier. I recently purchased a New double wide from here. The staff is very kind and will do anything to help you. My recommendation if you’re looking for a Sell Representative I recommend Shawn Powell, Shawn is probably the most chill and non pressure sales person I have ever had dealings with and very knowledgeable about his job. I appreciate all that he done to make my home buying experience hassle free and easy.

I visited Farrs Manufactured Homes in Bossier and was thoroughly impressed with the selection of homes they have. The salesman Shawn Powell was very knowledgeable and patient with answering my abundance of questions- after all a home is a big purchase and I like to make sure I have all of the information. He was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process with ease. I definitely recommend visiting this location and allowing Shawn to show you how a sales person can make such a purchase enjoyable!!

Im pretty sure they have no idea what they are doing or at least they dont care. They didnt connect the water, electricity or the air between the two pieces of our double-wide. We have been dealing with them for months and still are unable to move into the house and dont want to take responsibility for any of the problems in the house. I will be happy when they are done and we dont have to deal with them anymore. Our salesperson Shawn, knows very little for someone who says he has been selling for 5 years.

The people in this establishment treated me like family! They made realistic recommendations and were wonderful.

Once my new home was delivered and we moved in it took steve gross homes 8 months to come change the jets on the top of my butane stove never changing anything in my oven. After month and months of begging finally 2 weeks ago they called a local appliance company. The local guy called steve gross homes from my phone in front of me and explained this was NOT an warranty issue. This stove can not be fixed its a fire hazard. I gave them a week with no reply. I called them today and scott says its not thier fault!! Frigidaire warranty says its not warranty cause it was never set right to start with!! Mr Steve Gross you will be getting this resolved. Ill see you in a few days with my picket signs letting others know how you do business
