I do not even give them a half of a star. My experience with this place sucks! They never respond back to you. I have been trying 3 months now to talk to Mr. Tim about some thing he verbally told me he would take care of, here we are 3 months and he still hasn’t took care of it. Contacted him multiple times and I get told “I will call the workers” ya right. Not how you treat your customers.. wouldn’t recommend this place..

So this is how they shimmed the door on a new doublewide. This is what brewers sells, can see light thru the door frame from outside. Service was poor as well. Took over a year for factory to finish all the mistakes and brewers wouldnt handle it theirselves, they had factory send guys from west texas to fix it.

Kelvin was friendly and homes were nice.

Very poor service after the sale. Repair crew does not fix anything correctly. I fixed my issues and called Jessup for the rest. First time home buyers need to be aware.

Dont buy from Brewer. They will not complete repairs to new homes in a timely matter. They only offer a year warranty and then blame you for their product being defective. Go down the road to Tilleys homes. Better quality, the have better service, and the prices are a lot better. I will be promptly filing a complaint with the BBB. I honestly dont care if im past my warranty time frame, buyers just need to be aware of their shady practices. Worst mistake of my life is buying a home from Brewer Homes. I wish I could give a -5 stars.

Never buy anything from these people. We made that mistake 3 years ago. They sold us our home and told us to live in it for 30 days and make a list of everything that needed fixed and they would come and fix it. Made the list emailed it to them. Never heard from them so called and was told they were waiting for the parts to come in. Its been 3 years I hope they get the parts soon..

This is by far the best place to purchase your new home. We worked with Skip Thibodeaux and he made every step of the process easy. We were able to customize our home and colors and after pricing at other places Brewers had the best deals hands down. I bought a house from Brewers almost two months ago. It still is not underpinned. I didn’t get any steps until two days ago to move in. There are too many issues with the contractors work to list. The team there is busy selling houses not satisfying customers. If I had it to do over again I would never buy from them. If I could give them zero stars I would. Don’t buy from Brewers.

We shopped all over the state for a home. Nathan was by far the most informative person we had the pleasure of meeting. Thankfully we decided to make the trip to Brewers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing business with them. The service and attention to detail were top notch.

I drove about an hour to look at houses. I stopped first at Tillys and was completely ignored by everyone there. I left and when down to Brewers and was greeted by several people. I was able to browse without pressure. I found exactly what I wanted. My home was delivered and setup last week and I couldnt be happier about my experience.

Great people. They helped us so much and walked us through the entire process and explained everything in detail. Delivery and set up was a breeze and we are loving our new beautiful home. Thank you Brewers!

The so called everyone is approved deal is a LIE! My Mom took $9500 up there on 2/22/19 and supposedly got approved only to be questioned about where the money came from and who was gonna live in the house. Ridiculous! And they ask why was she moving after 20 or more years at her residence. None of ya business for 1 thing, and because she can! I do not recommend these people. Kelvin was the only one that made us feel welcome. The rest of the rednecks didnt even greet us.

Having worked in and been involved in the mobile home business for 33 years, I can honestly say Brewer Quality Homes is one top notch sales and service center. The fact they have been in the industry for 41 years speaks volumes in itself. They truly care about their customers and follow up with service completion after the sale. If I were in the market for a home Brewer Quality Homes would be my choice no doubt.

We drove from 2 hours away to make a second visit to Brewers to visit the home we wanted once more and fill out an application. We did all of the paperwork required for an application and left a deposit so the house could not be sold during the time we were working on financing. Five days later we were not told, but noticed on the loan approval that the price had increased from the number we had previously been told. They had no explanation for this other than thats as low as we can go.

Me and my daughter bought a 2018 Mobile home here in August of 2019.. It came without blinds. Skip our salesmen promised to put blinds in it. He constantly made excuses as to why he didn’t have the blinds, So Nate the GM said he would take care of the blinds. Here it is December and still no blinds. Skip and Nate even blocked both of us on their cell phones. All they did was lie, as blinds weren’t the only thing our salesman Skip promised. I have numerous texts from Skip and Nate saying we would be getting the blinds. I wish I could post them here. Get everything written on paper when you buy from them. I would not recommend Brewers to a dog. Worst experience we have ever had in any purchase. Go to Tilleys or Clayton.

I purchased the first house I walked into. I didn’t even think I would qualify so they must have worked pretty hard to get me approved. Sending my family next.

Do not go there, the office staff is nice but, sales and finance people could care less. I walked in the office was handed keys and told to go to the lot. Came back the secretary did my info. She tried to have Nathan the sales manager meet with me. He could have cared less. Called for a week never ever spoke with him. Definitely go somewhere else!!!

Got some of the most experienced and best salesman in the business! They have some of the best sales on some good quality homes! Go see them for a great experience!

I cant say anything good at this point. We started this process at the end of April 2015. I have been told more dates of delivery than I can recall. My yard and foundation is trash n THANK YOU MCGREW, there seems to be only one company that can deliver homes. One part of the team has no idea what the next part is doing. We have been told just whatever they think we want to hear and still we are homeless. I will look for a platform to an announce this to anyone that will listen. They treat your property disrespectful once they get their money they seem to be content.what should be a joyous time has been NOTHING BUT STRESS. We owe it all to BREWERS OF Bossier. I am sadden to think of how many young first time home buyers could have been deceived and misled by this company. If I had not been FORCED to pay for this house before they would start any process....I would walk away from my 10000.00 dollar deposit and go to the next KABCO distributors. We ask for our check To be put in Escrow, they refused leaving us with little or no protection against this kind of treatment. We are so sad and frustrated and beat up to this point we just dont know what to do. PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS ....GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE.

Mana Culbertson I totally agree with you. My sister and I bought a home from them almost two years ago. Two things we told the salesman were deal breakers and watch him write them on the order form and when we didnt get them we were told one of them wasnt on the order form and the other one we were told Kabco didnt do that. We should not have accepted delivery but we would probably have been out our deposit also which we surely could not have afforded. When the house was delivered the only reason we knew about it being delivered is because our brother lives down the street and saw it being delivered. That was July 22, 2014. We called Brewers and of course got the run around. After three weeks of it just sitting on our lot we called to see why nothing was being done so they finally got started on it. Well we finally moved in in November even though they had still not completed what they should have. We went back and forth for a year and finally signed their papers because we just couldnt fight with them anymore. There were so many, many, many little things that were wrong with our house and even though they did a few things there are still many, many, many things they should have fixed. Brewers would say Kabco should fix that and Kabco would say Brewers should fix that. And dont even get me started on the contractor they use. We have the crappiest a/c unit and the septic system sprinklers smell awful. We were told all new systems do that just give them a few months. 1 1/2 years later still smells. Our outside faucets dont work. There were so many problems with the electric wiring it really scares me. I could go on and on. I am finally posting thus review because I want to warn all of our flood victims that may be looking for a manufactured home. Please, everyone, beware.
