We got a bad of dog food here and halfway through the bag all of the food was moldy. We regularly buy this brand from the grocery store and have never had this issue before.

I curbside picked-up an online order I placed. I am extremely disappointed that your store representative brought out my order WITHOUT a mask- not even wearing a mask below the nose- no mask at all. Besides this huge disappointment and risk to my safety, I saw multiple people- customers and employees alike- enter and exit the store without a mask.This is dangerous and illegal behavior. I will not be shopping here again and telling everyone I know about my experience.

Nice job. Needed flame retardant safety wear on a Saturday for Monday. I never even thought to check tractor supply, but someone told me to. Do I did, and not only did they have some, but they also had a selection. And reasonably priced!!

I love tractor supply!!! They have all kinds of things from boots and clothing to pet food (4 health is the best) to great items for decorating. I am there at least one a week for dog food.

Went to buy a dog kennel and it was advertised with a roof kit but once I purchased I learned the kit wasnt included I asked a manager about the mix up and they gave me the roof kit free for bringing it to their attention. This place has great customer service and fair pricing. At least 100.00 cheaper than home depot on large outdoor kennels. Will return many times.

I was looking for a jobsite metal storage box. Tractor supply had just what I needed.

OK in a pinch, as in nothing else is open but if you need feed for the farm stay away. You will have to. load it yourself using shopping carts while a bunch of employee stand around read their own posters. Another place where a chain cannot compete with local own service.

This is a very quick and easy place to buy dog food and other pet items. They carry a large selection and even some brands that big box pet stores dont carry.

Always good service here and usually have some good deals on materials to fix fences and other odds and ends around the house

Terrible customer service. I travel to several states for work and visit Tractor Supply stores in several of those states due to the convenience and the they have most of the items I need for my job. I have now been to the store in Bossier three times and all three times the customer service is bad. I know the last two times was from the same lady but Im unsure of the first. The last two times I have simply asked for her to check and see if they have an item in stock and both times she has told me to go in the back employee section and ask them. I ask the question because I have been to tractor supply stores before and was unable to find what I was looking for but when search online and see they was showing it in stock and having to get an employee to help me find it. I will continue to shop at Tractor Supply, but not this one and it stinks because its close to four of my locations. Im unsure the name of the lady but I feel she needs to be moved somewhere else in the store where she has no public interaction. Im sure Im not the only person that she has treated this way.

Picked up 2 port-a-cool machines, 1 from the Shreveport store and 1 from the Bossier and neither one of them worked.😡

I love getting Equine pine(for cat litter) for an amazing price.

We are here every other week with our Hobby Farm needs. From bunny food to dog food, they have it. When in season you can pick out chickens and ducks. Tractor parts and wheels too.

Tractor Supply usuaaly has what I am looking for from truck and tractor maintenance to DIY tools and farmand garden supplies. Some of their vehicle maintenance products (oil filters and additives) are usually cheaper than the chain store auto parts places

We went in 3 mins before they closed in a hurry and the employee was so nice!! She told us to take our time getting what we needed so we didnt forget anything that she didnt mind staying over a couple mins!!
