Great I found what I needed and checked myself out quick.

Got what I needed at a fair price, then picked up flowers to plant, which I always need, I didnt have to wait in line. Good trip altogether.

Always friendly w great service. And always helpful. But hugely disappointed in their vast selection of their over half dead full priced plants...

Anything you could need for home improvement all in one place. Chances are Id you cant find the tool you need here, you arent a contractor.

My shopping experience was good. I have never done a self checkout. A young man helped me through the checkout.

The service desk was very nice and called someone to help us find pole saw chains. The guy that helped us was very nice and professional. I didnt catch his name though.

Found everything we needed. There were plenty of people to guide us on the way. Couldnt go to a normal checkout though. We were sent to self check out with several sheets of lattice and an entire cart of planter wall blocks. Thankfully, the watcher at the self check out was able to help us. One of the workers helped us load the items into the back of my truck. Thank you so much since it was just my mom and me!

I love my Bossier City Home Depot. I always receive great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Today we had issues finding something on a particular Isle according to the Bossier City store website, the man did not stop until he found it. He called a supervisor and it had been temporarily moved to make a few changes. Awesomeness.....my go to for so many things. Happy holidays everyone.

Great customer service, clean store and they are usually stocked with everything

I sent my father to pick up a backpack blower on his own, and they said it was pickup ready. Luckily, I went with him, and we quickly realized that they didn’t have it in stock. What made it even worse was the employees were about to charge me $390 for a leaf blower than I didn’t order and only cost $200. When I told them this wasn’t what I ordered and that it wasn’t a back pack blower, they said yes it was, calling me a liar. Finally some lady showed up and told me we don’t have them. I also had a 15% off coupon that I can no longer use.

Im giving this a 3rd star over a 2 star it probably should get because its still better than Lowes. As a contractor I frequent both box stores (plus all other local materials suppliers) regularly. Hone depot employees (much like Lowes) dont seem to like their job much and are not particularly knowledgeable with the basics of the industry. If you are forced to use the box stores because the locals are closed for the night/weekend, then I recommend using the same store so you can learn to find things yourself, because you will not likely find anyone to help (even when you have customer service page someone) you find anything.

I work for a remodeling company. My boss spends thousands of dollars here. So Im always at home depot every day. Always the best quality friendly service every time. The best prices too.

No one to help with locked items. Unable to find staff to assist in unlocking tool coral. Had start yelling help really loud before anyone could assist after numerous instore pages.

Nice store, but pretty hard to find what you need when looking and they have the wrong tickets on size & price on the lumber slots or no price at all.

The only downside to this place is they dont keep Military information information their computers, so I cant get my military discount being a vet without my DD214. So I now have to shop at the competition...

Sad bought lawn mower didnt work waiting 3 weeks no prevail

It’s not that the employee’s won’t help there is just not enough of them, and the Mane reason is Corp. H D doesn’t won’t to pay minimum much less a (living wage.) So they are scraping, the bottom of the people pool with low wages, and they can’t pass the back check ground because of their bad behavior, or drug test with their nasty habits. When you go to Walmart who pushes your damn buggy? I am a customer, I am a Woman, if you need help bring your mussels with you!!!! L. D. G. Shopper

I ordered a palate of stepping stones. went to pickup and the order was too heavy. I called to purchase delivery service, as after checking it was less trouble than renting a trailer. The customer service rep informed me i had to cancel my purchase and re-order with delivery service.If the home depot system cannot make a simple adjustment such as this, they truly are technologically behind.The cashier then cancelled my order without my consent. Unfortunately Im not rich enough to purchase another order without the money I spent, so now, in addition to waiting the 10 days for delivery, I also have to wait for my money to be reposted to my account.In addition to being rude, the cashier expressed no remorse for cancelling my order.As such, Ill be spending my money with Lowes or Walmart, as Home Depot apparently could care less about my money.

They need to train their garden centre employees on customer service and relations better. Dont allow employees with chips on their shoulder to be working in the garden centre around a lot of people.

Although I was able to find some of the things I needed, the most important item that I was looking for isnt sold at this store. Seriously? Why do you NOT sell firewood? Plenty of people have fireplaces and fire pits. This is ridiculous.

I have battered spouse syndrome when it comes to this store, no matter how badly they treat me each time, and they do treat me badly, I keep going back. Today I broke the cycle..I went to buy 2000k dollars worth of DeWalt drills, I was promptly did.issed and ignored...so Im in Lowes checkout now. Last time I let Depot abuse me. Fah-q

If you’re in the lumber dept I’m pretty sure you could be laying on the floor pinned under a stack of wood and still nobody would help you.The cashiers are exceptional however. Thus the stars. Maybe the cashiers should be teaching the lumber employees on how to handle business.

I.ordered 1 pc. They received a box of 10. Curbside delivery was NOT working. After receiving my order and.carrying it to parking lot, I had to return the 9 items that I did not order! So much for online shopping @ Home Depot....

I had a very large order that included 15 bags of Concrete, I ask the little short lady at register 2 to call me she help to help me load the concrete because I have lower back problems all she said the help was on a forklift I waited 15 mins so I ask her again she said she would call them when she got around to it. 10 more mins past I just loaded by myself this store has went to hell

I had an oven ordered out of a Home Depot in New Mexico and had it delivered to me in Louisiana on 8/16/19. After delivery, I noticed I had ordered the wrong oven (ordered electric instead of gas). I called the store in Bossier City and explained the situation. They told me it was no problem and to bring it in for a return. I loaded the oven up and attempted to return it to the Bossier City Home Depot on 8/19/19. Upon arrival I requested help unloading the box and was given a blank stare and a “let me see”. After waiting a few minutes, another customer offered help and I took it because it seemed no Home Depot employee was coming (and never did). After getting the oven inside we went through the process of returning the unit. The first lady I spoke to seemed nice but had to switch computers multiple times for some reason. After that, she then told me to go see Cynthia. As soon as I walked up, I was told I could not return it and I would have to return it in New Mexico because it is a big ticket item. After I told her it didn’t make any sense for me not to be able to return it at another Home Depot, she then tried to help. After she attempted to help, she told me the same thing that I couldn’t return it here and it would have to go back to New Mexico. I expressed my frustration with her on the issue because it made no sense to have to return it to New Mexico when I am in Louisiana. She then called the manager and was given two other methods of trying to return the oven. After first being told she couldn’t help me, she then tried 3 other ways of helping me. After all of this, she told me there was no way to return it because of the big ticket item and to call the store I ordered it from. I could not find anything in the return policy about a “big ticket item” or that I could not return it to another store. No help was offered to load the oven back into the truck and no information was given on what to do next. Thankfully, another customer was walking in and offered to help me load it back into my truck. I called the Alamogordo store in New Mexico and spoke with Howard. He was incredible and helped me right away with the issue. He told me that it made no sense why I couldn’t return it in Louisiana, but he would handle it on his end. He scheduled a reverse pick up from my home and full refund of the oven. It wasn’t even the fact that Bossier City couldn’t help, it was that a guy 700 miles away was more helpful over the phone than a rude, unhelpful employee in my own state.
