Amazing!! We had our daughter‘s fourth birthday there. So pleased with the overall experience. Really nice staff especially, Nikki the manager. Everything was perfect! Our family had a wonderful time.

Bossier SweetFrog used to be an enjoyable place to go. We recently went and they werent even playing Christian music that we are so used to hearing at SweetFrog. Reeses candywas really stale.

Went there for the first time this week. The yogurt was very good & had numerous toppings to pick from. I only wish they had a chart that told the sugars & carbohydrates like others do. Service was amazing & never had a problem getting a receipt!!! Will be back & soon ;)

Love the product but wasnt happy when my daughter asked for a sample after we paid and was told no cause already got hers. Yet if asked before could have had multiple samples to fill up on and then not want to buy as much. Felt was ridiculous to say to a paying/paid customer that would be coming back but now will not offer this place as a sweet treat choice for her again. And if she picks next time we will for sure load up on free samples before! Crazy

Good frozen yogurt. Not too much variety as far as flavors but the yogurt is good. Toppings are always plentiful and the staff is nice.

I give this place one star. Why? Because I didn’t even get to try them. Drove all the way there from Jefferson texas on a Sunday night. Their website says they are open till 10:00pm. And after a 40 minute drive found out they were closed. Couldn’t even answer their phone. Needless to say, when I got there I tried to explain and they didn’t care. They were rude and ignored me.The least they could have said sorry and maybe gave a coupon for my trouble. I’m from Washington state so I will be going home soon and I will go to my regular place. SweetSpot. As for my friends who never had froyo before will never be back.

You get small sample cups and they have a non-dairy option!i think they should have allergy warnings on the topping bar but other than that it was great.cheaper than other froyo places and i love the frogs

I love their froyo and toppings! The only complaint I have is that theres always at least one machine down so the variety is limited.

I used to go here all the time, even though it cost me $9.54 for a cup of yogurt each trip. HOWEVER, it has gone downhill recently. During my last two visits I saw one employee drop a stack of yogurt cups on the floor by the trash can, many of them landing top down on the floor, and then put them right back up in the stack for people to grab from; on the other visit both my strawberries and kiwis were spoiled. Not one to stop shopping somewhere without giving the management a chance to rectify a problem, I asked for and received the managers number. I called her, and- far from apologizing and assuring me that she would look into the issues or correct them- she implied it was MY fault for not paying better attention to the fruit I was grabbing, and that she hasnt heard anyone else complain about dropped cups, so she wasnt going to take any action. NOT the type of place I would trust to eat from anymore, especially for the price.

I had no idea we had a frozen yogurt place in Bossier! WOW! Im going to give it a try and if its good, it will save me a lot of time driving to TCBY on Youree.
