Kimberlie made our experience at Layoco. She was so helpful and friendly. I rarely do reviews, but I was so impressed by her work ethic that it was a must. The sweet treats were just as fabulous!

I gave this place 1 star because as soon as I came in the young lady told me not to make a mess that she just cleaned up. I had to eat my ice cream outside because she had all the chairs stacked. My 1-1/2 grand daughter bumped into the wet floor sign and the young lady said Jesus! With a disrespectful amount of disgust in her tone. Kids like ice cream but undoubtedly the employee does not and should find employment elsewhere where kids do not make an appearance. She stayed on the phone the whole time I was in there. It was my first and last time. I recommend that you take an extra couple of mins and drive down to cold stone where the employees are friendly and smart enough to know that without customers they dont have their job.

This place is a joke. I was told it was better than Orange Leaf and Sweet Frog but it is not. the owner is a stupid fat idiot who over prices flavored water and calls it yogurt. I was wondering why everyone just always walks by this place and never goes in. Now I know why.

My fiancee and I enjoy sampling the variety of flavors at layoco. Lots(20+?) of different toppings to choose from as well.

98% of the time workers are cleaning machines and closing down up to an hour early. The chocolate is typically out, machine down, or some other excuse.. Fruit is not always fresh. Some chocolate toppings you can tell have went from melted to cold and are white and chalky looking. One worker is usually too busy on her phone than to pay attention. I used to find myself there once to twice a week at least with my family, but lately I have found myself driving the extra 5 minutes down the road to go to sweet frog. I am not a fan of bad reviews, I just hope the owner can see the downfalls and improve them to what Layoco used to be.
