Katie made my experience absolutely marvelous, with her Outstanding Customer Service, all my questions were answered and explained very well, I had her to quote me a price on several pair of glasses, and she didnt bat an eye, took her time and gave me each quote, yes I will return for service and I will recommend others to JCPENNEY Optical, for all their eyeglass or contact needs...

The optomologist on staff rushed my exam, then the secretary tried to sell me the most expensive lens. My perscription was 100% wrong, and when i went to get a refund I found another woman complaining about her glasses! DONT go here for service!
