Manager is very rude and doesnt know her job. They called me to tell me that i have to schedule my son for a check up. I called to schedule and the manager told me its my option for the check up. She did not even know what was needed for my child with the computer right in front of her. I asked for someone else she told me how about i find another office because she knows what she is doing. I am most definitely going to contact the owners of this location she does not know her job!

I have to say, I was surprised by how nice everyone were after reading a few reviews. The whole staff were nice and not at all rude. The doctor was funny and we shared a great conversation before the exam. He was very knowledgeable as well as giving really good advise when it comes to contact vs glasses. Also, the lady (I forgot her name) who had my file and was sitting in the glasses section, was EXTREMELY patient as I was so undecided on contact lenses or glasses. She didnt rush me at all, and made sure they placed an order for my contact lenses asap! I liked them so much, I scheduled an appointment for me son. I would recommend them if you can get past the reviews and come see for yourself.

This doctor and staff were very nice as well as professional.I felt they were very thorough addressing my problem. . I have never had a bad experience .Nor have I ever witnessed the staff being rude to patients.

The staff is evil and incompetent. Out of every appointment I had, something went wrong. My prescription was wrong, and they had the nerve to blame me for their mistake. The quality of the eyeglasses are terrible and it takes months for them to come in. They will break within a couple of months, so you can come back and waste more money. No one here seems to want to do the job that they are paid to do. There is an older woman (who I think is a medical assistant) who is extremely rude. I came in for a contacts appointment one day and she would not stop harassing me. When I addressed her about her harassment, she threatened to call the police and tried to snatch the lenses from my hands!! This situation caused me a lot of distress. Why would anyone treat a PATIENT this way? These people have no business working in healthcare. This clinic needs to be shut down. I would rather go blind, then come back here again.

Doctor Au told my roommate that she has slight glaucoma. You cant slightly have glaucoma thats like saying youre slightly pregnant. He told my roommate about my appointment when he wasnt told he could discuss my report. He said my optic nerves arent damaged and everything else looked fine. He said I have glaucoma. I asked him if I really have glaucoma or is he just going off the sightly high eye pressure (that I had my whole life). He then said he cant say I have glaucoma, but he thinks I have glaucoma. He said my glasses are as strong as I will be able to get. However, he referred me to LSU Eye Clinic to get my eyes checked and to get better glasses. He is a waste of time. If you dont have any eye problems or dont mind him telling anyone about your business, you should see him. If you have any issues with your eyes and want HIPAA followed, you should see someone else.

First off Ive read into the couple of reviews posted. But my experience was totally different from others. I honestly think the way he talks is him just bring himself. I know he may come off harsh to some,but i still agree he could work on it. He wasnt mean to me harsh,rude or rushing me. He took care of me. He prescribed me my glasses and eyes drops,im just waiting on pick up. As far as staff they was nice all of them very friendly. So i honestly recommend whoever to make a visit. GOD BLESS!!

This is by far the worst eye doctor and clinic I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse (if you can even call her that) to the doctor are rude, disrespectful, condescending, and have zero bedside manner. Each and every time I have taken my child I have regretted it terribly. I will not be coming back. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone else. In fact, I would be more likely to caution them against it!

They didnt call and tell me my glass was ready then from me only have then two week they broke so I havent had my glass for a month and when I do take them up there she have the nerves say she not going fix my glass rude ass people and think some one suppose to kiss they was

Horrible. The staff are beyond rude. They wouldnt even let my 5year old and I be in the same exam room. You better hope your glasses dont break because you are screwed. We wont be going back.

Great doctor... Horrible Staff... The staff was very unprofessional. If he only knew what people are saying about his office. The talk in bossier city is that his office is great if he could get a new staff!!!

The whole process was so rushed to the point that my eye prescription was wrong. Usually to verify that the right prescription the optometrist will usually switch the lenses back and forth. Im nearsighted so I didnt even realize it was wrong until I put on the trial lenses. I voiced it to the staff that my eye prescription hadnt been that low in about 10 years. They didnt really seem to care.

The staff is rude! My child had an exam this morning he was having trouble focusing, so they said they couldnt continue with the exam! They said they already spent too much time on him!! Like really it was maybe 15 minutes that was spent on him!
