The sales man was very rude and would not honor the price 2 weeks ago. I bought a bed but when it arrived all they had me do was sign saying they delivered it. They never went over the paperwork saying it was a plush bed. There was nothing on the bed stating which mattress it was. It was a 2100.00 Queen size bed. The first thing my friend said was this is the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. I told him the same thing when it was delivered. I had the bed for 4 days. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t just me who thought it felt like a rock. The girl helping in the store remember me and knew for medical reasons I needed a very soft bed. Within those four days I had a open bed sore.The previous salesman had written down the brand of the bed and the price. Green (previous salesman) said he would honor the price until I get what I need. At the time the bed was on sale for the price of the next smallest size. In this instance, a Queen for a twin. The bed I originally bought was not on sale but I didn’t think I could afford anymore.The salesman refused to honor the price from 2 weeks ago. It took time for delivery and for me to sleep on it. The new salesman said, “the bed I purchased has been on sale for 3 weeks. I took pictures of each bed and price but he didn’t care.I have bought every bed I’ve ever owned from Mattress Firm. He refused to look up my name and only pulled it from my cell number which just showed the bed I just purchased. I have had several home phone numbers and cell numbers but he wouldn’t look them up. It seems very strange because when they pulled it up by my name it shows every bed purchased.So much for guaranteeing the price. It was about 250.00 less. Then they change you a new 90.00 delivery fee plus a 10% restocking fee for laying on it from Thursday night to Saturday night.I have never come across a rude person at Mattress Firm which is why I keep going back to them. I could have bought the bed from another store with free delivery but figured I would go back with the place I never had a problem with!They just lost a very good Tempur-Pedicure customer over there own low price guarantee.

I believe our sales rep was Reese. Walked in looking for a no frills full size for our child and got exactly what we needed. They had one in stock along with the box spring and was out the door in 15-20 minutes. Reese made us feel comfortable and was not pushy at all. It’ll be a while before we need mattresses again, but will definitely come back when the need arises.

The Mattress Firm in Bossier City is amazing. We went to the one in Shreveport first and the guy was very rude and when he asked what our budget was and we told him, he huffed at us and walked away. I then called the Mattress Firm in Bossier City and told them what happened; Mr.Green was the gentlemen who spoke to me and apologized on behalf of the terrible customer service we received at the Shreveport store and asked us to come on over to the Bossier store and he would give us a great deal within our budget. We were able to get a fantastic mattress within our price range and we also spent enough to get a free adjustable base! We love our new adjustable bed. My husband has serious back pains and since we switched mattress and frame it has be tolerable. Our salesman gave us a very detailed walk through of the frame and how the Zero G will help his back. It was amazing to feel the difference in our weight distribution.

I can give a 1 bc the salesmen we worked with was helpful. Everything else has been terrible!! We went in store and chose a mattress on the 2nd. We paid in full! We were promised delivery in 2 weeks...which we were happy about but ok no big deal. “Delivery” day comes and the truck shows up with no mattress. We call the business immediately and they said oh it might be delivered in 14 more business days. So that would be a total of 4 weeks without a mattress. So we asked for a full refund on the 14th. It is not the 2nd, a full month later, and still NO refund! UNACCEPTABLE!! You are holding over $2000!! Very disappointed! Will never return! Will never recommend!!!

Do not recommend as they do not stand behind their products or warranties.I have had my mattress a few years and it is so uncomfortable and full of holes. While sleeping on the mattress we can feel the springs popping and breaking. Wish we would have purchased a mattress from a company that stands by their products and warranty.
