The other reviews are right -- Mr Johnny is terrific. I didnt meet him in person, only over the phone when I called from 2 hours away to inquire about a waterbed heater before making the drive up. He contacted the second store and asked them to put it aside for me without ever once wanting a deposit or a promise Id be there. At the second store we met a great young man by the name of Beau who had our heater right at the checkout along with a complimentary bottle of water conditioner. He also provided us with directions to our next destination.Two very nice guys who turned a sour day into a good one.Thank you both. :)

The Bedroom Sleep Shop will be our go to store for anything involving our wonderful bed we received from their store. Johnny was very easy to deal with and spent plenty of time helping us find the perfect bed for us. He was never pushy or just trying to make the sale. Beau delivered our bed and went above & beyond to ensure that we were pleased with our purchase. You can search and price compare (as Johnny suggested and we did) but if you want assurance and reliability, The Bedroom Sleep Shop is THE place to shop.

I had just moved down to Louisiana from Michigan and it was on a Friday and I called several mattress stores and most of them their delivery people weren’t able to do the weekend. Johnny actually decided that he would wait till the shop closed and pick up the mattress himself!!! Just to deliver it to me personally! I cannot recommend Johnny enough!! If you want the best customer service and speedy service, Johnny is your guy!

We went to four other stores and were defeated by pushy sales people, too high prices, and lack of interest in what we really needed. We went to see Mr Johnny at the Bossier location and he was wonderful! He guided us, never pushy, and we found exactly what we needed within our price range. He definitely won us over! I had one of the best service experiences of my life at Bedroom Sleep Shops. The service was AMAZING and they didnt try to push the most expensive bed on me like a competitor I visited before coming here. They let us lay on every bed, explained all of the features, played with our baby, and got us a bed delivered FAST! Their prices were also better than the competitors we checked out. They treated us more like family, and I will never buy a bed anywhere else. LOVE these guys, and you will, too. Going anywhere else is a mistake.

So disappointed! I have bought my last 5 beds there. Two kings, one queen, one full and a twin. I purchased the twin a week ago today. I bought the floor model kid white bed to go with it. It has a little crack on the wood so the owner Johnny offered me a discount. It wasnt much but hey it was a something. He was nice and delivered it that day. He was telling me about his fishing trip so he was a little hurried and didnt give me a computer receipt just a credit card one. I was not home when the bed was delivered but they didnt take it apart so there were some scuffs on the bed and the wall. So long story short a week has gone by and the bed is just a cheap bed. Not the mattress but the bed. It shakes so bad. If you roll over it feels like an earthquake. So I called Johnny and told him the situation he said he would call me back. Ok nice enough then his evil twin called me back. He was rude etc. he said I tested the bed, beat him up on price (he offered the discount and said that he needed the floor space for a king) and that he only made $50.00 on the deal At one point I had to ask why he was yelling at me (he claims he is hard of hearing ok but obviously not hard of yelling) Then he said let me talk to you husband and tell him how to tighten it, I explained he already looked at it and said it was a cheap bed and that it was never going to be good. I just want to return it. He said I could bring it back for a 15% restock fee. OK what ever then he said no you know what you keep that be I hope you enjoy it and HUNG UP ON ME! OK this is the owner. This is a $200.00 bed. Not going to break either one of us. But..... I was horrified. I mean take the crappy bed back. I was keeping the mattress. Hey I might of even looked for another bed if given the option. beyond Rude. Maybe he was having a bad day? IDK really I dont Care. You can not talk to customers like that. Not Only that you can not dictate OK Ill return this bed because I have a better profit margin then I do on this one. And if you are peeved by a low profit margin that you offered be glad you can now pawn that piece of crap on someone else. Needless to say If you buy from there be darn sure you are 100% happy because returns are not an option.
