Our alternator died on the way home to Texas from Florida. Integrity Imports was the only car shop we found who would help us get it fixed that day, so we could make it home. He got us all fixed up within about 2 hrs, and we were back on the road again. We are so grateful for his willingness to help and his great work on our car. We highly recommend this place not only for the professional and great repair work but also for his kindness. Its a great shop with a wonderful owner!

I had bad surging issues with my Toyota Tundra of which I could not find a solution. I didnt want to go back to dealer because of extremely inflated labor costs so I looked for someone experienced with foreign auto and Integrity imports took my truck on appointment due to a number of people ahead of me. It was about three weeks but I got my Truck fixed in less than twenty four hours and the Labor charge was fair and commensurate to the work done. My Toyota drives great now and I am not holding up traffic going up on ramps to the Interstate.

I brought my 4runner to Todd based on a friend’s recommendation. The job was for brakes and flush/fluid replacement of the rear-diff, transmission. Not only was he honest and thorough, he also called me if there was more work needed. He also told me when he didn’t think work needed to be done and save me money. Todd is very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Im from TN and was in town for a few days. My check engine light came on. Todd was able to quickly determine that the problem was covered under a factory bulletin and was honest enough to refer me to the dealer to have it fixed there under the warranty. Driving into Bossier City on our way home to San Antonio, our a/c was blowing 110. Good luck found us at Integrity Imports. Owner/Operator Todd took on the job immediately and had our a/c blowing colder than ever in an hour. No nonsense about Well, I can get you in tomorrow or Parts are gonna cost you. He performed several advanced maintenance items and that was it. He may not be able to fit everyone in immediately, but Im sure he will try. Todd is honest, understandable, and vastly knowledgable.

Great service! I broke down on my way from Utah to Florida and had no where in town to get my Subaru fixed.. the Subaru dealer told me they could fit me in sometime next week but that they were too busy to look at my car.. I called Todd at Integrity Imports and he told me he was very busy but that he was willing to fit me so that I could get back on the road.. I own a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant and needed to have some routine maintenance performed on my car. In the past, I had taken my car to the local dealership, but got real tired of paying the dealership prices. I looked up auto repair shops in my local phone book and found Integrity Imports. When I called, the owner answered the phone right away and quoted me a price for replacing my timing and drive belts, which was around $120.00 less then the local Mitsubishi dealer. After meeting with the owner, Todd Clark, I was very impressed and decided to let him repair my Galant. My repairs were finished on time and for the exact amount I was quoted on the phone. No Surprises! What a relief... compared to past experiences I have had when getting my car repaired.Back in May of 2008, my check engine light came on and I called Todd about the light. He told me to bring my car by and he would check it out. As it turned out, my gas cap was worn out creating a vacuum leak and I just needed to replace the cap. The diagnostic test took less than 10 minutes and I wasnt even charged.In closing, the professional service and quality of work I receive at Integrity Imports has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service work on their car or truck.

Weve been using Integrity Imports for many years, even before Todd owned it. The previous owner was a great guy, an excellent mechanic, and always trustworthy and reliable so; when he left, we felt pretty let down. It didnt take long to find out we were every bit as well off with Todd. Hes saved us a bunch over the years and has always taken care of our problems expertly and expeditiously. We always buy either Toyotas or Hondas because they are the best vehicles we can get that Integrity Imports will work on. Integrity is an appropriate name or this business.

I think my timing belt just went out on my Mitsubishi gallant 2002 so after reading this ...guess where Im taking my vehicle......? Thats right Im taking my car to Mr.Todd . the prices sound right and after speaking to him on the phone it sounds like hes got a great attitude and knows about imported cars ....specially galants which he claims he has owned a few of them.
