Horrible. They over price everything. $300 for just a battery. Then charge us $36 just to move the car 5 feet. I highly recommend you find anywhere else but this place. They will rip you off.

We pulled in to Bossier City and lost our brake capability. Turns out, one of our brake lines had split. Brand new Coachman too!?But the next morning Cars etc accepted our plea and took us in the next morning. They were super Nice and professional! They were able to fix the brake line and have us back out on the road within two hours.We were unable to find any mobile technicians and had to risk driving the RV there but we’re very careful and made it there safely. The people that own the shop our RVers themselves and open the shop because they had trouble finding good repair technicians. They did not try to take advantage of us at all.The price for the repair was completely fair and reasonable. I could not recommend this business hire if you are in need of a repair.

Friendly folks. Had my generator serviced here. They gave me good information I was sorely lacking as a first time generator owner.

Took our RV here to have some vent damage repaired and it was done in quick time frame— since this is our first one we had lots of questions and Scott was very helpful and took time to help us!

Cars, Etc. was highly recommended to me, and Im happy to say that I was very happy with my experience. My vehicle was looked at in a timely fashion, and the work was completed quickly. The price was very reasonable and the total was actually less than the estimate! I would go back to this establishment at any time if needed.

Took my 2005 Nissan Armada here because of a bad misfire. I have my own diagnostics tool and I told them the code I was getting. A few hours later they called me and told me all 4 ignition coils on the driver side are bad and they quoted me around 700 to replace them. I knew for a fact that they were okay and the show called mechanic would have known they were okay had he simply swapped one coil in the driver side with a coil from the passenger side. I had to pay a little over 100 just for them to tell me my ride was giving a code for misfire like I didnt already know that. Luckily I was able to find the real issue and fix the problem myself. Sucks I cant trust this shop as I was going to put another vehicle in for repair after picking up the Nissan.The guys in the front office seemed nice but apparently the mechanic needs a little more experience or something.

Honest, trustworthy, thorough, competent, and professional - this business rocks! Exceptional work on both RVs and cars/trucks - theyre the best in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
