In heading back home to Texas from Mississippi, I had a blowout on I-20. After calling numerous shops I found on maps, I finally found this Discount Tire about 40 minutes away. The tire price was reasonable. My problem is I told them I wanted to keep one of the good tires and dispose the other one. They tired to keep the tire I wanted and then charge me for 2 disposable tires. I purchased 4 new valve caps and they somehow lost one smh.

Took car in for tire balance however the tire technician showed me that one wheel was bent. It was good to know and will take rim to have it repaired. Assist Store Manager offered to sale me 2 new wheels but thats not what I want. Additionally, I told him I wouldnt just buy 2 new rims then have mismatch wheels on car.

Stopped there this afternoon for a rapidly deflating rear tire. The guy at the desk took my information and said he would go take a look at it. He came back 2 minutes later and informed me both my front tires are worn. When I advised him it was the rear tire, he said it was worn as well and he can only replace them. The car has 13k miles on it with basically new Pirelli tires in perfect shape. Took it down the road to a quick lube who plugged the hole that was dead center of the rear tire and didnt even charge me. I hate being lied to and will never give you business. I tried to give zero stars, wouldnt let me

Had a bad experience. The manager Aaron is a horrible manager and very dishonest and shady to customers. He also made me feel insulted when he tried to make it seem like I didn’t know my own vehicle.

Hitting up the casinos as we were traveling. However, I had this vibration that was raining on our parade. Swung in this location and they hooked me up by getting me 20 minutes before my appointment. They found a tire with another screw that my local place missed.

Wowsa! While too-many other businesses are using COVID as an excuse to deliver diminished services, this Discount Tire on Viking Drive is impressively excellent. Its a shame that we customers are quick to complain but slow to praise, which is why I am writing this while still in the parking lot to ensure that I do not forget. I came in with a flat tire and two front tires needing to be rebalanced. I left 35 minutes later with those services completed for FREE. Everyone I spoke to was kind, courteous, and helpful. Well done guys!

Bought new tires and wheels for my vehicle through them and had the best customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable and caring. I watched them do their work and they kept cleaning the wheels to make sure presentation was great for me. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I am done with this store. I bought 4 brand new tires in February 2020. Today, the back right tire is bald and charged my wife for a replacement telling her that the car is too blame. This is easily determined to be a defective tire, but because they feel they can take advantage of a woman, I am out $214. Great management practices there. You have lost my business forever and all of my family.

Very satisfied with overall experience. Stopped at Sam’s Club first to review tires and prices, HORRIBLE customer service there and they could not recommend any tires .Drove to Discount Tire worked with Matt, absolutely 100% helpful. Walked out to vehicle reviewed my tires made recommendations. I purchased 4 new tires with 60,000 mile warranty. By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying tires. I ordered my tires online, upon arrival I was notified that one of my tires had gotten lost in transit. They could have easily said not our fault, sorry. They didn’t. They (Rusty) went above and beyond to make things right, really right! Couldn’t be more happy and will be a Discount Tire customers for life.

Needed a valve stem replaced on single tire. Not only did they complete it while I waited but the guy that met me in the lobby (Lakota) did the work. Excellent shopping experience - very professional staff. Ill be back.

First off, wife and I showed up about 1 minite till closing (not my intention, I thought they were open later). We getup tp the door and see that that is the case. Having worked retail and such before, I understand that there is just somethings you dont do as a customer. One of those things is showing up a mintue or so prior to closing and expect service. So, we started to leave. Rusty Grant, the assistant manager practically chases after us asking what we needed and insisting on helping us. Withing 15 minutes, we had the tires picked out, on our car, and even opened an account. All, with smiles from his staff, despite the fact that they were staying later because I failed to look up thier hours. And we even picked out cheap tires, so its not like they did it because we spent a whole lot.This is not my first experience with Discount Tire. I used them for all my tire needs while I was in Utah. Now that they have opened one up in Bossier, I will defintely be a regular. Well, hopefully not too regular. If I need tires that often, I am doing something wrong...

People, if youre a penny pincher like me you will surely appreciate the fact that this shop offered the best service around (fast free flat repair.... rotations for life etc) but they do tend to be a little pricier than competitors.... However they do have a price match program. I priced tires on Amazon and they matched the price no questions asked. Save yourself some time and look no further than this shop for your tires.... Price match if you have to, then enjoy the best service in town.

I had over heard one of the coworkers at this store has came down with Covid 19 and this is concerning because I haven’t seen them take any precautions to make sure no other employees don’t have the virus because they always seem like their in full swing. I believe the store should be shut down and cleaned and quarantined for at least a couple days to protect the community

If I could give the rating a 0 I would! Worst customer service by far and it’s extremely upsetting. First, as I was approaching the door to enter the building, Shaun noticed I was behind him by a few steps and opened the door for two other customers and immediately closed the door on me. Once I waited and Shaun finished helping the previous customers he walked away trying to avoid helping me by any means necessary. Once Rusty helped me Shaun entered the building again and asked another customer if he could help them. I was the ONLY African American at the time so could this have been a factor in Shaun not wanting to help me? I’m not sure but I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I went ahead and told them ok and 46 minutes later was getting in the car and leaving!If I have one critical thing to say it would be that they dont offer alignments

Helped when I needed it!I had a minor emergency I was unable to repair without a lift, and I saw they are open on Saturdays. Rusty, the assistant manager listened to my problem, and brought my car in to lift it up. The plastic cover under the motor had come loose, threatening to get tangled in the suspension. It was basically destroyed anyway, so I asked him to remove it. He did, and didnt want anything for it. I was impressed, so I ordered a tire for my father in laws car. Its out of my way, but these are the folks I want working on my cars! Thank you Rusty!

Shawn(pray I spelled it right), is an amazing service adviser. He went completely out of his way for me when I was in a serious bind. He was able to get my tires to the area in less that 3 hours which I didnt not expect at all! He was very competitive with everyone in the area and offered the best deal. And Lakota who helped check me in and take my payment was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will say that the quality of service i recieved from these gentlemen was beyond amazing!
