OH my, I was with a quilter, it was great to walk around and get ideas for my sister who is a quilter, came away with several nice gifts.Another great thing they were teaching a class of young girls the art of quilting. Beautiful, passing on a wonderful gift and trade for the future of Quilting.

Selection was full of useful materials, but I wasn’t greeted very warmly and was watched like a hawk by one of the ladies near the back. This would not have been a problem had a woman not come in after me and been greeted with a wonderful conversation, and the worker and person did not seem to have met before. Felt very exclusive and like I was not welcome.

I was excited to go to this fabric store, but left disappointed. There were four women in the back at a table chatting, no one looked up to say hello, can We help? I browsed around for 30-40 minutes. Other customers came and went and most were treated with courtesy but no one ever said a word to me, not hello, can I help you, good bye,

Bernina dealer with a huge stock of sewing machines,sergers, quilting fabrics and supplies. Does sewing machine repairs. Holds a lot of classes.

Went in to get a teddy bear pattern, was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the friendliest lady in Boone! Will definitely be returning for all my sewing needs! Prices are fair and staff is very helpful.

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions. Their classes are enjoyable and informative. Their machine service is great. Their fabric choices are beautiful. All in all, a great place to go for all things having to do with textile arts.

Visited today for first time. I love this store. The employees were wonderful and so very helpful. They picked out and cut materials for a applique dog pattern I bought. Sure wish I lived closer. The store is packed with all the quilting supplies (fabric patterns and tools) a quilter could want. Loved, loved, loved this store.

My daughter and I walked in looking for a specific items, which they had, and was given several mini lessons....Ann our salesperson was a real charming person and very knowledgeable. I have never been to a quilt shop and felt so welcomed.

Super nice ladies in a great store! I was visiting from out of town and loved shopping for fabric here! Lots of selections and cute kits. I found several orange fabrics for a pumpkin quilt and found 2 kits! The store is big and has tons of patterns and fabric!

While on vacation I had a chance to visit this store. What a wonderful experience! Ann greeted my mother, daughter and I and even gave us a few mini how to classes while we wondered around the store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The last thing I need is more fabric but you bet I bought some while in this shop and I plan to return every year when we come back to vacation. Fingers crossed that we can visit for a scheduled class session.

Largest quilt shop Ive been to in a while. They have excellent quilt samples, machines, and books. Fabric selection is well done and diverse. They dont have everything but they stay on top of the quilt trends and know a lot about quilting too.

I visited this store today, so glad hubby and I took the time to drive over. We drove from Charleston, SC up to Asheville and then over to Boone. Laura and Patty couldnt have been more helpful. I asked questions and they answered them, gave me resources from the store and online as well as showing me products. I know you can buy a lot online now, but you dont know what kind of sewer the reviewer actually is. Being able to talk to a fellow sewer and seeing the products they have created means a lot more when they can recommend a product, not to mention all of the tips they passed along. I will be making the trip back. These ladies and the store were inspiring! Thanks!

Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Classes are informative and fun. Couldnt be more thrilled to be living nearby. Ive learned a lot already and look forward to many years of help once I buy my Bernina from them. Even though I have an old Singer now, they are still very helpful. Wonderful selection of fabric and supplies.

I bought from them because they had what I needed. Most people are pretty nice, but one of the owners or managers is incredibly rude and condescending. It was a real pretty woman kind of situation. If you plan to buy from them, you need to look and act just like them in order to be treated well. Unfortunately, creativity and youth do not seem to be well received in this establishment. Get your bernina somewhere else if you can. Service guy is great.
