Amazing place. They have so many neat things. They have almost everything you could want, from painting and drawing supplies to decor for indoors and outdoors to gifts to jewelry to useful everyday items. I highly reccomend you drop by and have a look around. They almost always have sales for certain items. Everything is neatly organized and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Hobby lobby is one of my favorite places to go.

Love this place....could move in....lol...But I was very disappointed in the Christmas tree with the snow...Every year I would always go & look at it thinking I just cannot pay that for a tree....Then I got brave this year thinking I would bite the bullet & buy one while on sale ....But the Co. changed them & put bigger lites on them & less snow ....Needless to say I do not purchase one......Sad......but thats not Hobby Lobbys fault....its the Co. that made tree ....Still love this store....Also I wish HL could get more of a variety of flavors in the Make & Mold candy melts.....always bought at AC Moore. Sad......

Went in to just quickly grab two picture frames. There was only one register open but three employees checking out one woman (two of the employees were not even really doing anything). The line kept growing but still no one would open up a second register and avoided eye contact with those waiting in line. After waiting for 10 mins we just put our stuff down and walked out. Went to Michaels and got two better looking picture frames for half the price and very helpful employees. Was a complete waste of our time.

I love love this store. Always find good items and there’s always a sale. If not just check back the next week for a sale.

I enjoy shopping here because they have a nice selection of gemstones for jewelry making. Their paper craft and wedding sections have a good variety. This isnt the largest Hobby Lobby that Ive been in. Stores in Bristol and Knoxville reflect the size of those markets but this one is a very good alternative.The range of household and gift items include wall decor, chargers, knick knacks, candles (and aisles more). Their seasonal section usually tops Walmart. You can get pictures framed or pick up your own for DIY. The fabrics have a dense weave compared to Walmart. Toys are largely educational.They have a 40% off coupon on their website. Its good for one item but they often have 50% off on many items. This seems to be on a rotating basis among the different departments.

One of the worst places to shop in Boone, staff is rude and not helpful at all. Be better off heading off the mountain to a different fabric and craft store. People you snitch on others should remember karma bites back. The place doesnt rate a star but had to click on it to post.

They stopped their coupon program, which WAS excellent. Some employees are super helpful and nice, while others are quite off-putting. I like it and will continue to shop there, but it could improve

Hobby Lobby always has a wide array of home decor and pretty much anything for those that are crafty. They have great sales too, which helps a lot if youre trying to save a little money.

Incredible beautiful store the best decorations for ANY STYLE litterally any fashion and ALL your favorite collections from vintage to marvel decore and most of it was half off prices and you will get lost in here looking at the the amazing finds omg its 20 Starz amazing I highly recommend checking this place out. Hobby lobby is a poor girl or Rich womans dream! Men too! It is so awesome and theres so many options and choices from a personalized sticker for your best friends party and gift to a Superman cabinet knob for your kitchen cabinets. It is the one stop shop for all things cute crafty and fun. I love it and Ive honestly never bought anything there that wasnt on sale!

Great place to peruse lots of different crafts to choose from. Theres also decor of many different types. Sometimes a little bit pricey but overall a good experience.

Just like any Hobby Lobby Ive been to! Though the last time I was there, there were multiple people freely walking around without masks on. Im not sure if it is still mandatory for people to wear masks in Hobby Lobby, but even if it isnt mandatory, Im probably going to avoid going there until after the pandemic. I live with way too many high-risk people for the virus that I just cant risk it. They have a nice staff, though! A crazy lady made them call me to the front in order to move my car, and an employee apologized to me because they dont usually call people to the front for that stuff. He made the entire experience a lot better.

Its so big u go in for 1 thing and end up gutting a million thing n the sales deal u end up. Spending all youve got and you are not there for a long time but you end up going back cause inventory is great deals are great so pricing is great

I purchased a spin it cup turner from this store I returned it a month later because my cups kept falling off! The manager would not return it without a receipt I do not have a receipt because usually everything I buy from hobby lobby works properly. The manager was very rude! I called before I made the drive which is 40 minutes! On the call I asked could I return it the answer was if it was purchased within 90 days which it was you can return it. I explained to him I would be filling a complaint! I was so angry with the way he spoke to me that I left the product in the counter!I work with people daily there is no way I would let someone leave my store this angry without trying to resolve the issue I just wanted to exchange it for a product that worked!There was never one apology!

Always consistent with inventorycould do a little better with customer service but I understand its a little hard to get excited in that type of atmosphere

Today was the first day that they were open and the store wasnt incredibly busy, but it was clean, big, had a huge selection, and plenty of friendly people working. This should be an asset for Boone and I am looking forward to going back again.

I am so disappointed that I was treated like this at this Arbys, because Ive visited this pilot many times. I ordered two meals, and I was over charged. I live nearby, so I called the store to inquire why I was charged for something I didnt receive. They answered the phone, I asked to speak to the manager. I was was questioned as to why, then hung up on. I had to call Pilot.I finally got the manager of Arbys, only to get the dial tone again. They took my money. I drive over the road. This is my home time. I just wanted to grab a meal before I went to the house. They didnt care. Check your food if you eat here, bc the staff doesnt!! They will take your money!! One driver to the next!!

Saturday at 10:30 am Two crashers the line is backed up around the back isle on both sides. This is inexcusable with management and other staff just walking around. We left our cart and walked out..poor management skills on there busses day of the week!

Gotta love hobby lobby! This is a huge store! very clean, and as always the employees were very kind and very helpful. Ended up snagging some after christmas deals. This hobby lobby help up to the reputation for what I expect when I go into hobby lobby. I will say if I had to find a negative, it would be the pullup area for customers. It was pretty small, and people kept blocking the entrance, but that is really grasping at straws.

Dont let the smaller size fool you! This Hobby Lobby is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and the selection of merchandise plentiful. The layout of the store flows effortlessly. I ended up staying much longer than I anticipated.

I love the convenience and the prices are good...However, I find being reminded as I walk in the door that the store closes in 15 minutes extremely rude. I get that people want to go home, but it seems like bad business to rush a customer out as they enter the store.

The is selection great. The sales are even better. At the Boone mall location, you must exit the mall to gain access to the entrance of Hobby Lobby. A little awkward and slightly inconvenient.

I was disappointed that they sell barely any mica powder. I went there in the middle of a weekday and waited for 15 minutes in line. I ended having to leave for an appointment then coming back 2 hours later and once again I waited another 15 minutes. This is because the cashiers, while being super friendly, were not quick.

Besides this company being owned by hateful bigots and religious fanaticals which made me reluctant to shop there in the first place. I purchased model rocket engines and the metal ignition wires were bad. This was found out at a Cub Scout event and borrowed wires from a friend and the engine worked fine. Went to return the item and was told I couldn’t exchange because an engine was missing well of course it was missing because that’s how we figured out what was wrong with the product. Guess I’m supposed to disappoint a 7 yo over a $5 box of model rocket engines. I’ve been able to live without hobby lobby for decades and amazon has real customet service so there it is. Enjoy!

I went to the store in Boone for the first time today - the store check out was busy and the poor clerk in our line called for additional tellers 3 times. When he rang up our sale, half of the items were not marked correctly. I expected more, Iguess, as I have heard such awesome things about this store. They did have the roving wool I wanted but when I got it home and opened the package, the wool is full of debris and is not soft at all. Will be returning the roving wool and probably will not go back. Will drive off the mountain to a bigger store that isnt run by college students who obviously dont care about their customers and are more interested in their cell phone conversations... Dont waste your money or your time.

Need more lanes open at checkout but they have a great selection.

They have eveything here!!! I went in to find a 18 month planner since mine ends in June and I found the PERFECT one along with quiet the selection tho choose from! I was also pleasantly surprised with the animal bubble glove that I had been looking for my sons easter basket (he saw it on a commercial and has been begging for it)
