Really like Fred Meyers, thank you for the clean wipes at the doors. People need to wear thier mask, its just respectful to EVERYBODY. Dont Care how tough or hot you look, just be respectful. The assortment and selection is definitely available I like the multiple entrances so that if youre going into the store for something in particular youre really close to probably what youre looking for depending if you walked in the correct door. Still trying to get a hang on the rearrangement but I really think that its very positive and inclusive to everybody. That tap tasting place was truly ideal unfortunately the pandemic kind of put a squash on that but I like the way they were thinking. They carry different stuff for everybody. Great seafood great meats great organic section and really overall a very nice selection for vegans, the beverage selection is out of this world. I normally use their fuel since the price of the 93 is always great. You can get really good deals and even quick snacks for a fair price out at their fuel island and not get overwhelmed, its just like buying it in the market. Its definitely a competitive market especially with Costco being next door but youre doing a great job for the community. Keep it up. By the way that dragons dream ice cream is really yummy 😋.

Worked here for about a year. The people are super friendly and nice! I would work for Fredmeyer again! The only complaint I have is that there is poor management here.

Absolutely no toilet paper in mens room. 2/3 stalls dont even have the dispenser. thats just sad

During our first visit, the staff was very supportive, including aiding us in identifying the items we were looking for. It was brand new and moderately priced as compared to similar sales at other retailers. This is an absolute must-try!

I would like to acknowledge Earl in the seafood dept. And the deli department workers for very helpful and pleasant service during my recent time ordering numerous party players. Everything was delicious and displayed beautifully.

Pretty good store to shop at overall based on my experience. Items were well stocked. Prices reasonable. Employee checkout was quick. Only thing that would be nice is if the employees would actually disinfect the cart when giving it to you like they do at the other Fred Meyer store.

My wife called the store to order cupcakes to take to our daughters school for her birthday and was told they sell them in a batch of 25 cupcakes. Perfect! But when she went to pick them up not only did the staff ignore her to keep talking amongst themselves behind the counter but the container the cupcakes were in wasnt a secure container at all and several cupcakes ended up tipping over. I can overlook the poor customer service as maybe they didnt realize she needed assistance but why advertise selling a specific amount of cupcakes if you dont have a proper container to hold them?

Half employees are rude other are friendly. The fresh produce always looks amazing and vibrant and encourages me to eat more produce. The meat department staff is always so nice. Customer service could work on customer service skills. Couldnt find hardly any mens brands. Very little Nike products just not the apparel it used to be, it sucks now, starting to be almost as bad as targets drabb apparel. But that always have at least one cute style of fur boots.

I will never put gas with them they take $125 out of my debit card for no reason,

I came here to order a cake the younger lady in the bakery around noon was very rude about placing an order atleast 48 hours. She was not open to helping and just was a bad experience.So I asked if she had the number for the other Fred Meyers or could call them for me she said you will have to call them your self.I ended up calling Fred Meyers in Kent where I usually get my cakes placed an order and picked it up 31hours later!I forgot her name but service was terrible.

Perry in the garden shop went out of his way and brought me a store scooter when I was parked in handicapped after breaking my ankle so I could shop.What a nice man! 5 star employee!!!

Earl in the seafood and meats department was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Its a good place to go to get your produce and vegetables and a good slashing and meats or the single person all the way up to family size steaks at a reasonable price easy to find everything that you need at your convenience even have self-checkout which is easy and simple to use so it makes it for a quick get in and get what you need for dinner during the busy times and get back out cook your dinner.

I brought a skirt in with me because I was trying to find some boots to match it. I had to interrupt the employees small talk, as I wanted to let them know I was bringing in my own belongings & when I asked them where I could find some boots, they only pointed across the aisle & told me that I could try looking in there. They mustve already had a bad morning.

The staff here have a hard time being polite and helpful to their customers. Instead they would rather be judgemental and just plain rude for no apparent reason other than maybe because their life sucks so bad and they gotta be mad at someone? I dont know but they definitely need some practice in socialization with others or something.

I totally understand lack of merchandise, but allowing shoppers without masks is unacceptable. Will no longer shop here.

Neighborhood grocery and shopping here gives me a sense of belonging. One time l forgot my groceries after paying for it. I came back and they had put it up for me. Simply the best!!

I went in today around 4 pm, and i saw several people shopping while not wearing masks. Now that i know you don’t enforce the mask policy, i will no longer be shopping here. i feel much less safe shopping here now. Putting the health of your customers at risk for money is just wrong.

Today was my first visit since the remodel was finished, and boy do they look good. Every thing is shiny, fancy and super clean. I love the deli department & a friendly staff member introduced me to the fact that they have an in-store customer use bread slicer! I have never seen one in any store before now. Now you can buy those delicious artisan breads and get them sliced if that is the way you prefer it. I will agree with some that their new layout does differ from the norm & takes some getting used to, but in terms of selection Freds has some of the best. It is the only local store I can still find Oolong Tea. I do have to question the wisdom of including a beer & wine tasting area in full view of all the patrons including children. I could see this also being an aggravation for any customer who may also be an alcoholic in recovery. Im not sure they thought that all the way through. Still I love the new features & will continue to shop for those hard to find items. This location has been my home store since it was first constructed & I have many happy memories of this store. Well done Fred Meyer!

Technology just keeps getting better. They now have portable scanners to scan products as you shop. I love it. When done, I pay at self checkout. This can save a lot of time with huge purchases.I also had two employees ask if I needed help looking for something. It was very helpful.

Decent store, but the parking lot is a nightmare

Employees always blocking aisles. Its just too difficult to get at items that a consumer wants to purchase. This particular store seems to have a problem with rude employees that just dont want to be working. Its very noticable. Seems like a common problem for all businesses in the PNW. Cultural thing I suppose.After some strong passive aggressive attitude from two of their employees today, Ive decided that Im done with Fred Meyer stores for good. Just not worth it...

Over all the new look/arrangement is not bad, gotta relearn locations though not a big deal. The new alcohol tasting area is neat. Though not a fan of the fruit and vegetables now since its all organic only, unless Im missing something. So overall not bad

My choice for regular grocery trips. Good variety, the organic produce selection is hit or miss but the general selection is good and in good condition most of the time (but I hardly use it because I grow most of my own organics). The garden center carries things you wont find at the home stores. Its the only place I know of to find cot foam. The apparel is nice but pricey. Housewares carries great quality items. They have really great sales. The fuel points rewards save me hundreds in fuel every year. Most of the staff I have dealt with are super nice. Problem is, they start to carry an item i like, then discontinue it. (But I go to the store next door to get my specialty items :-) And, they are always moving things around. Ugh. Guess they want their customers to keep the staff engaged. :-)

Went through the self checkout at 2:50 and the attendant was incredibly rude. I get the social distancing and what not. I understand most humans are living in complete fear. However, walking away while my fiance is talking to you is totally unacceptable. Get a clue

This store practices discrimination towards their shoppers. I havespent over 100,000 dollars at this store since the day it opened. NowI refuse to give my private information for the card and they penalizeme monatarily even as I spend money in thier store!! This is a textbook example of discrimination. Along with thier cell phone couponsif you dont have a cell phone again your discrimated against.They messed with the wrong guy. I will be activly persuing a discrimination lawsuit against these ripoffs.

I went there this late morning, got several food items and then went to the Nursery for some items. The two men in nursery were awesome, and I say awesome because I do not know a better way to describe them but if I could I would. ... Troy I think one of their names were. If for no other reason staff like that will always get me to come back again

They have some excellent sales. Good quality. Helpful staff. Carry many items no one else locally has, which is nice. Overall prices are higher than other local options but I like their sales and unique selections.

BL Fred Meyer is so good at wearing masks and gloves. All employees are very friendly and helpful.

Are half of your employees on strike? There were no carts when I entered the store and still none when I left. There was also nobody working in the bakery and almost no baked goods available. It was Saturday at 3:30 p.m!!! And as usual your deli employees need some serious customer service training. I’ll go out of my way to Sumner from now on.

Love one stop shopping but refuse to shop at Freddies in Bonney Lake until they find a better solution to control the theft that goes on daily. The homeless take what they want at their leisure with zero repercussion. We are spreading the word to boycott this store until something is done. They are enabling these people and we are tired of it.

Recently renovated floor plan makes the appearance cleaner and spacious. This store has it right having an appropriate quantity of self-automated check out registers, I and so many others can dash in then dash out. Additionally, great addition of a Starbucks.

Great place for one stop shopping. I stopped in to drop off prescription. By the time I grabbed a couple groceries my prescription was ready for pick up. Very friendly service. The new remodel is Amazing!

This location is typically very busy during all hours of the day. The store is well staffed with people who seem to care about there jobs with a willingness to provide good service. Shelves are kept tidy and stocked and bathrooms are clean. Good place for true one stop shopping.

You know, Fred Meyer has been my go to shopping store for the past 4 years and since Ive moved to bonney lake a few months ago Ive switched from Fred Meyer to Safeway because the customer service at this location is a thumbs down. It almost feels like they have something personal against me( I know they dont Im just trying to explain how they make me feel) they are very mean and short and have an attitude. The only nice employees there are in the garden department. It happens every single time. Will no longer shop here, even if Safeway is a little pricier, the customer service is good and that will keep me coming back.

Like shopping here because of reasonable prices.

Fred Meyer is where I do most of my daily shopping and if youre a cool hipster its a good place to hang out. The kids and I usually saddle up the horse and make our way into town to buy groceries at least one a week. although its about 15 miles by horse, its worth going there. They have everything I need and everyone is wiling to help. I only have a few knocks on it and that is their lack of parking for horseback riders, and their lack of bulk foods. As I said before I will definitely make the journey to Fred Meyers again soon.

Just left Fed Myers with my service dog. Awful experience with the rude manager. Another dog in the store was running around off leash and came directly at my service dog. I managed to get the dog away but it provoked a medical emergency. After my medical emergency was under control I went to the manager. Manager tried to brush it off and say she was dealing with a bigger issue on the other side of the store. I was on edge and very forward but my concern should have been addressed. Completely lacked empathy and understanding.

I really like this Fred Meyer, its easy to navigate, and it has plenty of goods and services here. Ive gotten clothes, groceries, my fishing license, my hair cut at third dimension salon near by. The service here is pretty good for a Fred Meyers. The prices are always consistent here as well.

Love this place. Easy in, easy out, self checkouts.... who could ask for anything more? And they have everything you need. Where else could you buy a TV, a Couch, a lamp, a TV dinner, a microwave, and some beer. Its like a one stop shop.

This Fred Meyer is under remodel construction while remaining open so finding products can be challenging. The staff is very helpful helping customers. Most food isles are in their new locations so use the isle product headers up above. In the end when this is completed this will be the most up to date modern Fred Meyer in the Seattle Tacoma area.

We just moved to the area, and our experience so far is positive. Store is clean, and well stocked, and staff is friendly.I dont see long lines to check out; when there is more than two-three people in line at the cash register, they open another one.This Fred Meyer will be our regular location for shopping.

I was in Freds today and saw people not wearing masks. I used to shop here all the time but I will start going to Walmart now. I heard they enforce the rules.

Big selection, fair prices. I come here usually when Im in the area and looking to do some grocery shopping. Their produce section is pretty good, and their seafood prices are great. They had an absolute score of a deal on both shrimp and dungeness crab the last time I was in there.

Remodel has everything out of place. Recently 2 separate departments have shown apathy when I was standing at counter. Seeing me there and continued doing whatever the task was. A little effort, Acknowledge a customer or saying I will be with you in a minute goes a long way.

I love this Fred Meyer, they gave me a discount on a couch I bought and saved me a LOT of money. I like what they have here, however I do think the Maple valley Fred meyers better. Overall they have almost everything you could ever want. (Besides a cheese kiosk)

A lot of meats and veggies are locally raised, which we love! A great place to buy Under Armour clothing, shoes and accessories both for men and women. You can find great deals, however, everyday items tend to be more expensive.

Fred Meyers really stepped up their game!! I had the best time grocery shopping with my kids. You can scan and bag all your groceries while shopping then just pay at self checkout! AND they give free bananas, oranges and cookies to kids while shopping ❤️❤️❤️

I accidentally left money in the self checkout, the manager told me sorry sir theres nothing we can do to help you. I called them back and let him know that he had just lied to me he agreed because the policy is that they can go check on the cameras to see if an employee picked it up. The manager tried every way not to help me, very dishonest manager at the self check out.

We used to shop at Fred Meyer all the time-they have removed many of the things we used to go there for. The last straw for me was last week when I was going to get cash back and they have started charging. They are pushing the self check and online ordering-Never staff the cash registers! They have lost a long time customer over their greed!

Had the battery in my watch changed by a couple of lazy young girls. Paid $50+ got back to colorado realized they didnt even open it up. Watch died... had to get new battery at a jewler here, was charged $9 and it works perfect.

Friendly, clean, well stocked. New remodel brought in a lot of new options for natural foods that we are really enjoying.

Right now they are going through a renovation and things are everywhere, rows are blocked off, floors are torn up, etc. So for the next few months its not a great place to shop. BUT after the renovation is complete Im going back and will update my review. Customer service is great?

Well I really enjoyed shopping at my local Fred Meyer in Bonney lake but I will now NEVER go there again. I went 2 days in a row to buy some clearance items for Christmas. Was using my credit card, well their new system unless you have a pin for your card you will not be able to use it. So much for the deals they have. I am so angry and disappointed. All this remodel with a wine bar and everything but unless your credit card has a pin better not even bother. Yes I can request a pin for anyone wondering but they mail it out.

Such an awful experience tonight at the customer service counter. The young man became very aggressive and when I spoke to the manager she had no customer service skills. She wanted to tell me how I caused the problem. Ill go speak to the store manager tomorrow but I have low expectations. Such a shame. I shp there several times a week. Now I dont want to go back

I bought a full tank of gas on wednesday night .Truck started to run horribly . On friday morning truck would not run. I had truck towed to auto repair shop. Was told I had bad gas . Called the store and treated very rudely. Still waiting for reply but I am probably out the money for the tow the paying the mechanic and the cost of the 28 gallons of fuel. I will take my business else where.

Everything was moved around. I could find anything. Prices looked average and the staff was very helpful.

Disappointed with Fred Meyers Rx Pharmacy. Gave me wrong dose and did not advise me of the change at pick up. On the phone with customer service they advised I cut the pill in half since since they dont have correct dose in stock. 2 stars since Customer Service was nice and polite but didnt help my needs. Fred Meyers pharmacy knew they didnt have the correct dosage wish they let me know before I picked up my medication and I could have decided if I wanted to fill rx elsewhere or accept theirs. Just wanted my money and not concerned about my health. Disappointed and upset. Pic of attempted cut pill fail. Ugh! Need max dose of aspirin of this whole problem.
