I love this place cheap effective strong tools

I just had a WONDERFUL experience in this store today. Susie was nothing but AWESOME. She acknowledged me the moment I arrived in the store and assisted throughout my whole transaction. Her professionalism and attentiveness was was outstanding(which in retail is rare these days) I will definitely be coming back in the near future for all my tool and home good needs.

I found what I needed and bought it.The tool made my work easier.

Fair prices for good quality tools. Brands they carry are from small manufacturers but that does not mean that the quality of the tools is not disappointing at all. Recommended place and recommended products. Also, staff is very helpful and friendly.

My area has multiple different hardware stores however I opt to drive an extra 20 minutes just to be able to go to this Harbor Freight. This is hands-down the best Harbor Freight Ive ever been in and its solely because of the awesome employees that run this store. Jim and Chris are both first class guys to deal with they always greet me with a smile and have accurate knowledge and information regarding the tools they sell and most of all what the tools are capable of and what theyre not capable of. There have been a few times where I had minor issues however both Jim and Chris are always able to rectify my issue and see to it that I leave the store satisfied. Both Jim and Chris run a tight ship at that store and you can see it from the appearance of the store and how all the employees are willing to help get a tool,load my car or take the extra time to explain something to me.

Merchandise is good BUT employee/cashier very unprofessional. In the middle of a cash transaction he answered the store phone then proceeded to give me the wrong change while still on the phone. !!!!

Always have what you need tool wise

Very satisfied and helpful at the Naples Florida store.Stopped by the Bonita Springs store and wasnt helpful. Lacking in customer service in my opinion so I went to the Naples store.

Their inventory doesn’t match their website’s inventory finder. Waste of 30min drive

Good inexpensive tools and lots of them. Some of the staff knows where things are located and others are kind of lost but Ive always been able to get what I need there.

We love this place! inexpensive tools. Some better than others, but affordable to get the job done.

Called ahead to inquire about an air compressor, to see if they had it in stock. The person on the phone was not very friendly. Was placed on hold to check the stock. Eventually they picked up again and told me they had it. I went to the store to purchase it. When I got there I saw there was a slightly larger air compressor on display. I asked an employee if they had that one in stock. I would be able to do more with that one. The person helping me commented, Are you the one who called to bother us about the compressor. I did not think that was funny. They lost my business. Went to the Fort Myer store the next day and bought the one I wanted.

Unfair disqualification of returnable item. Receipt had fine print that an item I purchased was non returnable. I just learned this today when I tried to return a container of bondo, unused and unopened. This information was posted nowhere else near the product on the store shelf. I would never have known unless I tried to return the item (which I attempted and failed), or had read the fine print on the receipt after checkout was complete...but it would’ve been too late even a second later? Does anybody pause to read the fine print of each item when being hurried through a checkout line? I feel this is unfair. I will continue much less frequently to go to Harbor Freight, and when I do, my suspicions will be kicked into high gear for these unfair practices anytime I am considering a purchase.

If you are a tool buff you will love Harbor Freight. Tools are not expensive but offer good quality. There is always a sale going on so sign up for their email coupon, which are even accepted on your smart phone. Go there and take advantage of their deals, you will not regret it.

Its nice to have Harbor Freight in Bonita Springs. Generally pretty helpful. Products vary in quality. I bought a motorcycle lift from Harbor Freight 10 years ago still works perfectly.

I like this store, ran in to grab something on sale. Got it home, it had some parts missing. Call and talked to Paul, he said bring it back. I had the receipt, no problem. They gave me another one, it works great. How can you not like a store full of tools?

We love shopping at Harbor Freight. This is my stock up store for all my tool supplies. I visit this location at least twice a month.

Called the store to ask a few questions and the woman on the phone acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help even though they were simple questions. Maybe smile when to talk to the customers on the phone it makes you sound like you don’t hate your job. There are plenty of places that are helpful and I’d rather spend more there than go somewhere where the customer is so obviously not appreciated. Teach your employees how to talk to people on the phone. It’s not that hard to be helpful and courteous.

I went to a local store to pick up an on sale in store only item. Unfortunately the item was not in stock. while I was there I picked up a few little things. YES!! they got me, they got me to come to the store. Ok, so I figured Id call first next time. Iv been calling for 3 weeks now and they still dont have it in stock. All I was told is it should be on next weeks truck. Ive E-mail Harbor Freight twice to ask when will It be back in the stores and I got back an auto reply both times. Not what I was hoping for. Does no one monitor the E-mails? How can you run a business like this. Buyers beware. I have moved on to better places to shop. Its worth paying.

For the diy ers it is a must have store. Prices are right.

Live this place! Remember you get what you pay for. Yes they have some items that might break. I know that and so should you. Half my garage is from this place and Im so happy they moved a store south. Always clean and well stocked. And I hate this store for having everything and then some that I need. I bought a battery charger/tender in June 2018, I had a neighbor turn it on prior to my return to Florida, being gone four months.The battery in my car was dead, the charger “on”, but not doing anything. I returned to Harbor Freight, having owned the charger for four months and finding out the charger was warranted for 90 days(No, that’s not on the box).You get what you pay for, it’s not a value if it doesn’t work. I’ll shall shop somewhere else where the warranty is for at least a year and the warranty period is on the box it comes in.

Called your Bonita Store at 9:30 am on 8-29-2019, asked a woman to hold a portable generator for me until noon. She said no problem but make sure your here by noon. I drove 1.5 hours to get thereat 11:45. No generators. The manager basically said your screwed. I will be posting this experience to all social media to make sure they stay away from Harbor Freight. A worthless junk company with ZERO customer service.

Good source for cheap tools but their employees are useless. I needed a set of line wrenches but the last set on the shelf was incomplete. When I asked the store employee if they had any complete sets in the back room he said he didnt think so and walked away. At least the cashier was pleasant.

A solid tool store for your wise do-it-yourselfer! The staff is overworked, so dont expect any hand-holding through the store. But if you know what you want and do a bit of research, this is an excellent place to get tools. This location has some really good cashiers. If you are buying anything electrical or is complex mechanical (ex. compressor), do the research! YouTube has some excellent reviews and some even take apart the tools (check out AvE).

Hubby loves this store. Hard to find the sale items, though. The free items are impossible to find, also. Prices are good, so a little inconvenience is permitted.

Interesting selection of tools, in a store that is set up like Big Lots. Some great prices, and some things are high. You have to go there with a list and look for the bargains. There are good deals to be had.

Good cheap tools that you wont feel bad about destroying, the wait to buy them though might mean you are so old you forget how to use them before leaving the store... Oh and dont ask for help ever... Just dont... Say no more.

Went to H F to pick up a few tools, could not get Wifi in or near store .Asked for help and reasoning manager told me he could not help unless I joined the club for x # of dollars. Home Depot was my choice that day. I have been purchasing HF tools in two. States for years. Not so much any more . Thanks

I always find what Im looking for at harbor freight, the prices are very fair and the quality of the product suits my needs. I have never been disappointed with any of the purchases that Ive made, and the same goes for the service.

Just okay tools at really good prices. Not Kobalt or DeWalt, but usable and affordable.

Predator 3500 Inverter Generator...$700 piece of junk. Bought one on Sunday and by Tuesday its been nothing but problems...starts once every 30 attempts. Once its on use it while you can because same issue awaits once you turn it off. Customer Service was courteous but after running tests and checks they admit it needs to be returned for another one. 2 days of headaches and ruined camping vacation...Make the correct choice and buy a Honda or Yamaha.

The thing I was looking for (trailer safety chain) they had one on the shelf and when we went to ask them if they had anymore they said, no we do not. Then we went to a different harbor freight and their system told them they had 9 at the Bonita location when they said they had none.
