Waited 1hr in line to get 1 part and there was 4 guys working there !

We brought a truck a week ago, and got invoices for $ 3500, but truck is not fixed yet. Peterbilt 2019, new truck and so many issues . Service never called me back with update, I have calling them every day for update . First they couldnt diagnose a problem, after that they cant find a part. Guys, one week, and nothing

Gave a 3 bc once again greed trumps integrity but still gave 3 stars bc they did same day service on a major repair bc my truck requires software from manufacturers I unfortunately have to deal with dealership shop rates of 4 hrs of work get charged for 7 great guys truck looks and drives so honestly other than rounding up every hr good job if u leave your qualcom on u see actual time for repairs and dashcams capture how much time is actually being worked on truck and how mechanics plan to upcharge u during repairs
