I work third shift and had a flat on the way to work took my car in first thing in the morning after my shift while running on no sleep. Ryan and the team were able to get me in and out right away so I could get home and rest after a long night.

I had had an awful day not only did I have to replace 2 tires on my hummer and still need to replace another 2 but Eric and Raphael at this location were definitely part of the day that actually helped me feel better after all of the stress that I went through today personal and with the stupid hummer they went out of their way to make things easier on me I really really appreciate these 2 gentlemen I will definitely come back to the store for all my tire needs because of how much They care about their customers thank u

I had a flat tire coming out of work. I called them at 5:30 and asked them if they could possibly get me in. The guy said sure come on in were open till 6:00. Jordan kicked butt to get me in and out All four tires changed and good attitudes when they should have been going home. I appreciate them and always use them.

I’ve been to this discount tire in the past and today was the worst experience. First, as I was leaving it was raining so I asked where my car was parked. It was at the end of the lot... I’m 7 months pregnant and they had me walking in the rain.... the best part was that an employee was walking out with me and made the comment, “you have a hood, you’ll be ok.” If it was drizzle it would’ve been fine, by the time I got to my car my shoes and jeans were all wet. Then I start heading home and the low tire pressure light turns on. They over inflated and under inflated 2 different tires. Mind you I had just purchased all 4 new tires!!! The only reason they got 2 stars is because they had my tire in stock.

Bolingbrook Discount Tires store is doing something right. I have been purchasing my tires from this store for years. Not only do they offer competitive prices for tires, they are also doing their part in keeping everyone safe. I have brought my car in on a tow truck or with the spare tire on and the people here have taken care of me each time. Yes I recommend this store for excellent customer service.

The first week of September I walked in, in person, to inquire about a rim for my ford e350. I was helped and made my order over the phone on the 5th. I was told it wouldnt be in until late in the week, which I expected because of the holiday weekend, and I would receive a call. No biggie. The week passed and I didnt hear anything, so I called that Friday and was reassured my order was in transit and Id get a call the following week. Fast forward to the week of the 14th. I call back on the 17th and ask for an update. I was told there was no history of an order. I talked to Greg and he also saw no order. Greg told me he would leave a message with Brad, who oversees orders, to call me this morning (sept 18th). After no call back by 1:00PM I called to see what is going on and Brad said he had no message. I explained the situation to Brad and after explaining my situation, said he would call around to see if he could get me that rim from a nearby location. He said hed call me back in a few minutes. Its now the end of the day and I havent heard back. I was referred here by a friend and it was a mistake. The communication with this location is disappointing and not professional. I reached out to them and was reassured my order was in the books. Which was obviously false information. Since then, after reaching out more to them, they have not done anything to correct the error. If you do business with them, I would highly recommend keeping detailed notes and make sure you record everyones name that you talk to, so that you can keep them accountable and get the help you look for. As for me, I will not return to this location. I do not feel they have any sincere interest in helping people. I also believe he communication within the company is, itself, a fault. I no longer feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle maintenance, and therefore, my wellbeing.

We bought tires for our 2 BMWs from this location since it was a good deal but all it did was loose air. We must have gone back at least 20x that we ended up buying air compressor. We were told that it is our rims that were causing it. We didnt have these problems with the previous tires so I find it hard to believe that it was the wheels. Hence, the reason for the 2 stars rating is because the guys are always nice each time we come back to inflate it. Yes, awesome deals they have but was it worth it? Right now, I dont think so. BUT, Id give them the benefit of the doubt. For now, Ill find a deal somewhere else.

People are great, very helpful. They are a bit pushy on sales however, do understand not to push to hard. Overall, a good experience.

Got a new set of tires this morning. This location has a check-in lane that you pull into when you arrive. After checking in, you are instructed to take a parking spot while waiting for a bay to open up. Someone will come to you and guide you into the bay. You then have the option to wait inside the lobby or outside at socially distanced chairs. When the work is done, someone will guide you out of the bay. It was a quick, easy service and the employees were very professional. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Cool, as always! Very polite, very efficient (they were done in 35 minutes instead of the conservative 1:30 estimate). Will see how the new tires handle the road! Definitely recommend. Was at two locations in the general Naperville area, both times nothing but great experience (the other time they replaced tire pressure monitors).

Overall very happy with this location. Make sure whomever helps you is knowledgeable and not the 1st week on the job. I had both the experienced associate (manager) when I ordered tires and a newbie when I went for install. Almost lost the rebates due to newbie but the manager saved the day!! I ordered tires online at 9pm. The next morning I was contacted to verify my appointment the next week as my tires could take up to 5 days to arrive. An hour later I was contacted again that my tires arrived (its like 12 hours after my online order! ) and I could have them installed that afternoon. My invoice was exactly as stated from my online order. Within the hour my vehicle was done, tires were balanced and mounted... great experience!

Bought a set of tires years ago from another Discount tire. Was having air loss issues. Asked to have rims cleaned and have the tires remounted and balanced. I tried 3 times. Never preformed the requested service and told me I needed new rims. Went to another tire shop and requested the service and had it completed. Tires have not leaked in many months. I have bought 4 sets of tires from Discount Tires. These service interactions made me go to another place for all my tire needs.

Staff took care of all my concerns, and even asked my preferred tire pressure. They even retorqued the wheels that were not serviced.

Ive been going to discount tires for over 15 years now.and have always bought the warranty.Well, everytime I got a flat tire, I ended up spending anywhere from $300-$500.The last time I stopped by with a low leak, there. Werent many customers ahead of me, but I was still there for over 1.5 hours.The tech finally came into the waiting room with my rim in hand. He starts explaining to be that the rim was corroded and therefore air would need to replace both front tires.I asked how much and he said between $350-$475. I will admit, I was not happy and said NO, Im not spending that kind of money when I have insurance.He then asks if I would like them.to buff it out for free?Of course!!!So, buyer beware. You dont always have to fork out cash.

After a mistake on their part surfing my fist appointment, I brought my car back to have the situation corrected. When i picked up my car there was now a 3 gash in my leather steering wheel. I asked to speak to the person who worked on my car but was told hes gone for the day. The only thing they offered was to file a complaint. I spoke to a senior claims specialist. After emailing her photos of the damage I got an email stating someone else will contact me. A week later & not a peep. Unacceptable! I was a customer of Discount Tire since 1996. After this experience I did not even get an apology.

The staff at the Bolingbrook location are great. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help the customer. They didn’t have my tire in stock so they called over to another location to make sure my tire would be set aside and make sure I could be taken care of when I arrived. Swamped on a Saturday morning and still amazing service. Plenty of food and shopping close by so waiting for work to be done is painless and dare I say can be productive. (I can throw baseball and hit the UPS store)Dont want to drone on but I did a lot of tire price research so I want to mention that all of the brands I looked at there were at around the best price on tires... especially considering all the services they offer it is a no brainier to buy tires here.

The appointment was for 4:30 but I waited 30 mins and they were doing other car that pulled in after me.

I visited this location to get a tire flat repaired. The staff was friendly, the repairs were fast and they also explained what all was performed.I would recommend to take an appointment in order to avoid a longer wait time.

Two years ago I came to this location last and I gave them a 1 star review for their extremely bad time estimates. They would claim 30 min and an hour later the car pulled into the garage. After my visit today it seems they have corrected that problem. The staffing seems a bit better which helped decrease waiting times and car turnover. As with all discount locations the prices are great and the staff is always courteous. Hope to see the trend continue on my future visits.

I waited inside the cone area for a free air check and I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came. I think one of the members of Discount Tire looked at me, but he still didnt come or tell someone to do the free aircheck.
