AN ABSOLUTE JOKE...I ordered a harness from these people, the Salesrep said it would be shipped with 5 days, week goes by and nothing I call the rep and tells me i would have a tracking number the next morning, Nope - 5 days later I call a 2nd time, he assures me I would have tracking number and the part was already in transit - 5 days later I call the supposid manager BOSCO. He tells me they are experiencing shipping diffculties...STOP.. the excuses never end, When I barked i wanted to speak to the owner, BOSCO replies I dont know who that is? He assures me that i will have my part on the next monday shipped to me. a day later i get an email/text saying they refunded the money and NO part..Great I spent over 30 days wrestling with these jokers on the phone. My truck was dissasembled on mechnics rack for over 20+ days tying up his resources. These guy are BAD NEWS - been in the car business my whole life - the ABSOLUTE WORST PARTS BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. Google public do yourself a favor - buy from somehwere else and pay the premium..

Quoted 550 for b-series 5spd manual transmission.Very persistent. I asked for photos first. They said no, pay first. This went on for 50 emails.60th email i get photos (after he sent stock photos) the photos are of a automatic transmission. He tried saying it wasnt.Then said the manual will be 1100 dollars.Smells like a scam, walks like a scam, must be a scam.

I had bought an engine from performance auto for my jeep 4.7 from a lady named Hannah, Which did not go well at all, Weeks later she email me, And stated that she was sorry, For the delay since the 1st engine didnt go through finally quality check and we have to arrange the different engine. The 2nd engine gone through all the quality checks and it got loaded into the truck, And its coming by company truck, and not by career, so we cannot give the tracking number, and it will reach New Mexico by Tuesday and our driver will call you and I can get the delivery date after Tuesday. Once our truck reached New Mexico then I can schedule for delivery Hannah. Now mind you this was Thursday October 1st 2020 at 12:13 p.m. I have got the correspondence. Now mind you I gave them $1100, then they wanted to more hunderd dollars, so in all $1300 I lost to this so called company, That doesnt stand behind their product... The actual purchase date was 922 of 2020. OK lets pass forward Khama a gaming gym at the same company, we discussed over the phone call we really do apologise thats the company for the inconvenience caused by us, however we dont need the park that was shipped to you and return we are going to process you a refund of $1350 Which will be appearing in your bank account within 10 business days. Now this phone call to place on Tuesday may 11, 2021 at 3:40 p.m.. OK lets fast forward again, now I have spoken to probably about 6 people at that company, the final one was named Bosco, he stated that he would get a refund for me also, Which nothing ever happened, I have correspondents for all these. And even still to this day, I have not received anything my refund or another engine, at this point I would rather have my $1350 back, And refunded to me,I just hope that nobody else out there has had to deal with what I have had to deal with with performance auto parts and these insensitive people that work there.

It was extremely easy to the the part I needed. Performance Auto Parts even talked with the mechanic to verify that I was indeed ordering the correct part. The price was very fair and the part while used had 1/3 the miles of the part offered by the dealer. Shipping was timely and handled as promised. No one likes auto repairs but having everything go right is a blessing. Thanks a lot.

Ordered a Chevy Cruze engine that was told to me it would be shipped within 5 days. Three weeks later it finally got shipped out to me. Came with a stripped out drip pan plug. Expect companies to live up to their word about shipment times when they are the ones quoting it. Overall, happy with the product received.

The service was Im impeccable and the part was in good condition because I have used other auto dealers and received parts that wasnt compatible to the vehicle but when I came across performance Auto parts I was pleased with the response and the delivery time I was truly please with there service.

This place was the best place around I was in a rush to get a motor for my dodge ram 5.2 it wasthe cheapest one I found but not saying they are cheap.They had the motor shiped with in 3 days it was at my place.I inspected the the motor and it was in great shape. Bought 1990 Miata engine from them back in may this year and the throttle body was all messed up, was oil leaking down the sides from the block and the worse part the oil pan was cracked was just filled with some sealant to cover it and it a lot of sealant. You would think you are going to be getting a quality engine especially when ur paying over 1 grand.
