I’ve been coming here for a few years and I’ve never had a bad experience, Felipe the owner is an awesome guy and always does perfect work on all my cars I’ve brought. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to get work done on their car. My WRX came out amazing (wheels tires suspension) Felipe took his time to show me various wheels and give me his opinion on tires and fitment. I found Velocity Factor just from a simple search and the reviews were what I needed to see and I needed a pro tuner close to me. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Felipe and his guys are absolute professionals. Ive been in a couple times now for work and am beyond impressed with their professionalism, communication, and overall customer service. From the diagnostic they ran for me (complete with a video he took showing all the things he recommended), to the quality of work and even just hanging in the showroom chatting w/ his crew. Its rare to find a place with honest mechanics and great customer service at an affordable price, but this is exactly what I found at Velocity Factor. Best shop I have taken my car to so far. Their prices are unbeatable and their mechanics are highly skilled. Velocity Factor performed regular service and installed a good amount of parts on my Audi. All went flawlessly! They seem to me to love their job and perform it with pride and passion.I highly recommend this shop to anyone no matter their vehicle needs (VF seem to do everything from tires/rims to engine rebuilds)!

Highly recommend Velocity Factor. I had an issue with my wheels which others couldn’t help. They had the answer in less than 2 minutes. You can just see the pride and quality of their products in the store.

I needed my headlights replaced, they had in stock the aftermarket bulbs that had been impossible to find elsewhere. Filipe was awesome and replaced them while I waited. I would highly recommend going here, staff and service were awesome.

Id like to second the one star review by Gardy Philewood wherein he indicates that Velocity Factor only cares about the money! I contacted Felipe and told him my problem, asked if he could fix it, and he said yes, bring the car down for him to inspect. I drove an hour round trip.Felipe gave the car a quick glance, said he knew what I needed and that a written estimate would be sent to me by email within the hour. I never got the written estimate that day. I sent an email the next day asking about the document. No reply. I left a phone message with his crew the day after that. No return call. I called a few days later, still no courtesy of a return call.Then I decided to go online and found the part I needed was only $45.00 or so and a quick install of 4 screws so my retired criminal investigator mind told me Felipe looked up the part, saw how cheap it was and decided it was not worth his time. Therefore, he didnt have the courtesy to email or call me to say it was a job he could not do (or rather did not want to do). Since I am a two time previous customer, you would think as an accommodation he would have done the job for me, or again, at very least, had the professionalism and courtesy to return one of my messages or take 3 minutes to write me an email.Advice: If you have a small job or want to be treated with respect .... GO ELSEWHERE!

I recently had my H&R spring installed on my 540i. I called VF and received a good price to have them installed. Unfortunately for them it took them longer because of course BMW suspension is complicated. They stood by the original quote even though it took a lot longer to complete. I will definitely go back to have them work on my cars in the future!

Brought in my 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo to get tuned. My vehicle has a locked ECU and is very difficult to tune. The guys at velocity Factor took care of me unlocked my ecu. And tuned my car for me all within 2 days. They answered and every one of my questions in detail, and explained to me how everything works. As well as video documented the entire process for me. The day after my tune they also hooked me up with a forge blow off valve as well. And inform me on how to install and set it up. Their pricing is beyond reasonable and the work ethic and products that you receive are more than worth the price you pay. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone whos looking to get work done on their car whether its a tune or otherwise

I wish I had photos of my clutch, you wouldnt believe what Felipe and the gentlemen over there did for me. saved me a huge and I mean huge! headache! I took my car previously for a clutch job to another shop (dont wana throw that shop under the bus) and they told me clutch was fine. 40,000 miles in and im having horrible shift issue, insane chatter,and slippage. Always saw these guys on Instagram working on some insane builds and some other scheduled maintenance also and loved to see how much pride they took in their work and decided to give em a shot with my car. Long story short,my whole experience was absolutely beyond what I was expecting and more. Honestly I dont even know now if I would trust my car with anyone else besides these guys from now on! Im not usually a review type of person unless Im swept off my feet and with these guys they did more than that! My car drives better than when I got it at the dealership and im not exaggerating at all. 100% recommended them and cannot stress enough to go to them!

I take my Stinger GT2 here and it couldnt be in better hands. Just recently had a JB4 kit installed and everything was installed clean and perfect, going to be coming back for any future installs. Felipe is not a good tuner and has 0 clue as to what he was doing to my car in terms of tuning. Thanks to his tuning I was charged for parts that he said he replaced that werent even touched. They never gave me a single repair order or documentation of any of the work thats been done. Dont go here unless you want your car to continually break and get ripped off for parts that havent been installed on the car.

Im a big car enthusiast who also used to work at a tuning shop, so my expectations were high. The guys here are knowledgeable, were able to answer all my questions, and have been able to offer quick turnaround when Ive needed it. I have taken my car here many times for many different things, these guys are great. They made me feel welcome and took care of my car the right way. They got the job(s) done right. Theres a reason I keep going back!I have a 2016 vw Jetta. I needed a restriction removed in my exhaust and they did it exactly the way I asked. The welds were perfect, no leaks, rattles, or anything.Thank you Velocity Factor.

Super competent, informative, laid back (in a good way), and HONEST. Had to come back to complete the installation of my wheels because they realized one of the tires i was getting was worn out so they order a BRAND NEW ONE for me. No extra charge. Im a noob with car stuff and they answered any and all questions i had regarding what i was getting and how things worked and why. They even price matched the rim caps with a price i found online and threw in the special locking lug nuts for free. They even repainted one of the new rims because one them was discolored from the rest. Overall exciting, good experience.

The work they do is okay certainly not worth the price though I just personally am not a fan of the overcharging and not confirmation of what things are and pricing and everything before done such as when I was getting under-glow done I told them I wanted the led strips and if they could set it up to work with my 2nd battery and I was told yes more than once and at the end of the day I was told it couldn’t be done so I pre-paid for that when I could have ordered the lights myself without the overcharging and the overcharging on labor when I could have done it myself of connecting to the main battery which they charged around $400 for lights when oracle charges around $100 for their lights so that’s a $300 profit and then $400 for labor which should have been around $50 so another $350 on labor

Needed LED headlights installed in my truck and was recommended Velocity Factor by another shop, and they also had good reviews. After initially getting the lights installed, I noticed that one of the lights was off to the side, do I made a 2nd appointment to have it adjusted. After leaving there for the 2nd time, while driving at night I saw that the other headlight beam wasnt visible at all. After calling twice to have them fix it, I was told they were very busy and would get back to me. That was over a month ago. Very disappointed. In this photo you can see the beam from the right headlight on the ground but not the left one.

Exaust, intake, lights, brakes, these guys are professional, quick replies and knowledgeable. Could not recommend a company any more than these guys, great clean work and most importantly, quick communication by all fronts.

I bought a catback exhaust for my Evo x from them on Ebay. They never shipped the exhaust. I tried reaching out by multiple ways (email, website, eBay message center, etc.) and they never answered. eBay refunded me.Never ever buy from them online.

2 years ago i took my lexus to Velocity Factor to lower and install cat back exhaust and i was satisfied with all their work.Last year i took my another car to them to tune and lower it. Felipe and the boys killed it again.Couple weeks ago i took the same car to do rear sway bar and spacers and I wasn’t happy about spacers because i felt vibration.Today Felipe and the boys installed all new spacers without charging me ( not even a cent) .They did my car wrap (chrome delete),front lip and side skirt extention installation, tune, even as small job as oil change .Do you know why i keep going back to V.Factor?Because they are doing a great job and know what they are doing.If you are in palm beach area or tri county I highly recommend this spot.Thank you very much Felipe and the boysI’ll be back for more#Velocity_Factor

Nice job on painting the brakes. Wanted the brakes on my Porsche Cayenne painted red to look factory and really pop with the Black rims. Price quoted by the dealer was OUTRAGEOUS!!! More reasonable here. They did an excellent job, and they look great. Painted red with white lettering...Would recommend them. Good work, nice people. No complaints.

Brought my 2018 RS3 in for a Unitronic stage 1+, unannounced an hour before closing. No issues. Service, knowledge and professionalism all up to par. The RS3?... out of control. Completely different car. Seriously insane. Will recommend and will be back for more soon.

I have been going to Velocity Factor for about about a year now and my experience with them has been great! I have a Unitronic Stage1+ 2016 Audi A3 2.0 Quattro and theyve taken great care of it. I used to go back and forth between them and another Audi/VW shop in coral springs, but after that shop incorrectly installed a diverter valve causing me to misfire (after I just had them tune the whole car up at the same time because of misfiring) and also an incorrect DSG service I will only take the car to Velocity now. Velocity was able to correctly install the GFB DV+ that the other shop did incorrectly (after they said it was a faulty part). And they also re-did the transmission service and calibrated it (which is what the other shop didnt do and caused the car to slip bad not even 5,000 miles after the service was done). Velocity has also installed and balanced tires, done alignments, Liquimolly oil changes, replaced wheel sensors and some other things I cant remember at the moment. All in all Felipe and his team do an amazing job and have an awesome shop, Im looking forward to them continuing my current build and my future ones!

Have had 2 great experiences at velocity factor so far. I took my 2009 Lincoln MKS to get my custom body kit stripped, repainted, and re installed. It was a difficult task that other body shops refused to help me with. They brought my car back to showroom quality and I was thrilled.I just had the rims on my 2015 335i powder coated black and got a resonator delete there. The rims look amazing and the car sounds aggressive! Can not wait to go back and continue to work on my car with Felipe and the rest of the crew!P.S. there are ALWAYS some great cars getting work done there. If you like cars and happen to pass by you will see something cool!

I have a BMW M4 that is heavily modified. I got a check engine light and may car started acting up one day out of the blue. I am very particular about who works on my car, so i called around for some suggestions, and Velocity Factor kept getting mentioned. I started working with Felipe, and he has a very in depth knowledge base when it comes to diagnosing issues with high performance BMWs. They spent a ton of time(which i was not charged for) running tests to diagnose the issue, calling a network of performance shops to get suggestions, and testing the car after they had replaced the parts to make sure everything was running properly. These guys really know what they are doing, and the owner, Felipe made me feel like he cared as much about my car as i do. Would recommend to 10/10 people looking for someone to work on their car!

I used to take my Jeep to the dealership for maintenance and repairs. I asked Felipe for a second opinion and he exceeded all expectations! My Jeep has almost 80k miles but it rides as well as the day I bought it. The additional services (such as brakes, body work touch up, and detailing) were completed with a mastery for attention to detail.

Velocity went far and above my expectations as a potential customer. I called them on a long shot looking for someone local (new to the area) to build a transmission for a purpose built drag car (not exactly their market). I was very up front about this, and despite being busy, and approaching closing time - they went far and above trying to help me find someone local who can help me. The gentleman that I spoke with spent around 10+ minutes trying to find me contact info for a couple of shops he knew of (but didnt remember offhand - they dont deal with my kind of car!) that could help me knowing full well that there was no money in it for them.90% of the shops Ive called in 20+ years of dealing with this sort of thing will just say they cant help - have a sucker. 9% of the shops are friendly, and will give a cursory look to see if they know somebody, and MAYBE 1% of shops have this level of customer service, and willingness to help you find what you need whether or not they can provide it themselves. Im building a purpose built domestic drag car to run low 8s, so I really doubted that they could help - but Im glad I called them anyway.I read all the reviews under 4 stars, and it convinced me that I would 100% let them work on my car. These bad review people are why I only work on my own cars anymore. I dont have anywhere near the patience to deal with that level of stupidity. No idea how these people make it through life. My hats off to Velocity for dealing with them in a professional manner.

Excellent customer service!!! I have brought my car to Velocity Factor three times now, the first time was to get Cobb Stage 1. The second was for an after market exhaust and recently a charge pipe and blow off valve. These aftermarket parts have made my WRX a joy to drive even more and I cant wait to come back again and have some more work done. I wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my car, they take the extra time to ensure it is done right the first time.Brought my car in to have a new front lip put on, since I decided to pull to close to a curb. Felipe suggested I get a PRO TUNE. Money has been kind of tight since COVID, but I decided to treat myself to a birthday present. I am so HAPPY I DID. This tune is amazing, I can definitely feel the difference. I even put it to the test with my COBB access port and was extremely happy with the results. Cut off a whole second 0-60.If you would like some serious results with your bolt on aftermarket parts. Get a PRO TUNE. YOU WILL BE ASTONISHED WITH THE RESULTS.

I have been to this place twice, both times I was helped by the owner Felipe he is very helpful and informative of what he is going to do. I had a turbo installed by another shop and was not the best job, he went over the whole installation and fixed issues the turbo was giving me. The car runs unbelievably well now very fast and can be driven daily with no issues anymore. I feel very good about the work they do here and the way they worked with me about the whole experience with price too. I would and have recommended this place to anyone looking for quality work done.

I couldn’t ask for a better job than what these guys did for me. Before pro tuning my car they replaced my spark plugs, cleaned the MAF and intake to make sure the car was clean and ready before tuning. As far as the tuning, Felipe is a magician. I dropped off my 2015 WRX CVT transmission with an aftermarket exhaust, intake, and front-mount Inter cooler, and I didn’t know what this car could do until he got a hold of it. The power is incomparable to what it was before and now I really know what turbo feels like. The difference is night and day. Definitely recommend.

After checking out many shops I ended stumbling upon velocity factor and I found a group of guys who were very welcoming. They helped guide me to pick the perfect parts and answered all my questions honestly and clearly. They provided examples and great prices. The guys at Velocity Factor were trustworthy and honest. Besides just helping me with small little things they did oil changes, badge swaps, and much more. If I had to describe Velocity Factor in one word it would be Satisfaction. The suspension on my g35 coupe had seen better days when I brought it in. The car had endured several snow seasons up north causing the suspension bolts to become rusted and seized. There was no way I could do this work my self.Felipe and his team were able to remove the seized and rusted bolts and install my brand new K-sport coilovers. Felipes advice on the dampening settings were spot on, making for a comfy yet firm ride.I ended up getting a great deal on their tire package. Felipes recommendation of 245 in the front and 275 in the rear makes for a super wide and aggressive stance without having to roll my fenders.Finally Felipe helped me troubleshoot and replace a wheel bearing issue which was causing the car to wobble.Im really happy with the way my car turned out, it drives and handles perfectly now.This shop really went out of their way to make sure the car was driving perfectly. These guys have a passion for working on cars and it really shows in their work.Felipe is a good business man, ensures quality work, and will go out of his way to ensure his customers are always happy.Ive used VF twice now for big projects. Ive built a lot of trust in this shop and will continue to bring my business back there.

Felipe has no business owning a business. I purchased a Cobb tuner from him and had an issue 20 minutes after. I am new to modifications so I was extremely concerned when my new car practically stopped working. Cobb was on the phone with me for an hour. Felipe was extremely rude and told me verbatim welcome to racing bro. BMW fixed the issue no problem. 2 months later I am having problems with the tune. Rather than asking me to come in to figure out the issue, he tells me it is the coils. Very interesting how he knows without seeing the car...my elaborate description of a slower car obviously is enough for him to know EXACTLY what is causing the problem. DO NOT give him your business. I am eager to see what kind of response you have to this. Hopefully it is more thought out and tasteful than your comments to me on the phone.If you are comfortable with a rude business owner who has no desire to help a paying customer then Velocity Factor is the place to go.

These guys are amazing!!! The owner Felipe is very knowledgeable and very cool guy. I brought my mazda 6 to get some work done and it looks and drive 200% better. It was lowered on H&R, painted brakes, beautiful set of wheels and my roof wrap. I will definitely be a repeated customer with future plans for my car. Are they the 100% most perfect performance shop on Earth? Of course not. But they do solid work, are honest and are very comfortable to work with. If you need something done, they can do it - and youll be happy. And you wont have to sell your soul to afford it.My only gripe is they were a little bit slow getting things rolling. However, Felipe (the owner) did tell me (before I made my initial payment) that hes meticulous with his work, pays great attention to detail and gives 110% to get everything right the first time. So he did tell me he wasnt going to have my car in and out in a flash. They obviously dont rush their work. My suggestion to you would be to square away the amount of time it typically takes to perform their labor and get an idea when they can get started on your project. Your vehicle is not the only one in their shop. So get an estimate on how long itll take to have your vehicle completed.Everything else about my experience (I had a very complex build) was perfect. They are indeed meticulous with their work, pay great attention to detail and get things right the first time. Not only that, most of their techs are down to Earth, good guys. They kept me posted throughout the process and informed me right away when there was a bump in the road. Some parts didnt fit as nicely as they were supposed to and they improvised where needed to make things right.Ill have no issue taking my vehicle back to Velocity Factor in the future. If youre in the area, give them a shot. You have nothing to worry about.

I brought my 1999 Mercedes Benz into Velocity Factor to have a set of new headlamps installed as well as the rear sub frame bushings replaced which were completely worn out and causing all types of noises. I spoke to Felipe and he reassured me that he would take care of everything and not to worry. My car now drives like a dream! If I can sum up the work he and the crew at Velocity Factor did in one word it would be IMPECCABLE! They are the real deal and the only game in town in Boca Raton. I can see why they have such a great reputation for excellent customer satisfaction and they stand by their work. Its not easy to find someone who is not only honest, reliable and professional but also offers reasonable pricing. Velocity Factor was able to execute on all and I was able to save a lot of money by avoiding the dealer. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Felipe and his crew. He has worked on two of my cars over the past 6 years and its always a pleasant experience. Felipe has a keen ability to work with you and figure out exactly what you are looking for without actually reading your mind. I am a Porsche owner and a stickler and one thing I dont have to worry about is the work they do. The attention to detail they put into a customers car is second to none. For me THAT is worth its weight in gold. These guys are the real deal. I took my brand new 18 WRX to Velocity Factor for some aftermarket wheels. Felipe and the rest of the guys are very knowledgeable and really went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable and welcome. They were very patient with me throughout the whole process and really took the time to answer any questions and concerns that I had. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and Velocity Factor is where I will be taking my car for all of its aftermarket upgrades from now on. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in and couldn’t be happier with the way my car looks!

Came in to have H&R sport springs installed on my bmw 3 series and cannot say one bad thing about the experience. The price was beyond reasonable (especially when compared to other shops around the area) and the work done was superb. Felipe took extremely great care of me. I had a small problem with my computer system in the car and Felipe took the time out of his day to fix it immediately. I wont be taking my car to any other shop. Extremely happy with the service and the work done.

Just wanted to say thanks to Velocity Factor and Mitchell for making my vision come true . My Honda sport hatch looks, sounds and runs amazing thanks to them. If I could give 10 stars on here I would . This is my 1st car that I have modified ( cold air intake, springs, custom tune, spacers and radiator flush and a big hug : ) I was really nervous not knowing too much about how things work . The manager Mitchell was very understanding and so very helpful to give me just want I needed No crazy sales pitch very down to earth very knowledgeable and walked me all the way through. For anyone wondering if they only do performance parts and your on your own that is totally false car is looked over and made sure it’s healthy to get what you want done. So no worries you are covered here in all angles . I actually found them on Social media. I contacted 2 other shops and the only one who took me seriously was Mitchell and BAM!!! They have a customer. I will be back for more work on my car aw hell even if I need an oil change or even tires. Leaving this shop today I felt like I was taken care by a good friend no doubts when driving my beast home . Nothing short of PERFECT customer service!! I was interested in a discontinued part off their website and the sales guy Mitchell who was super helpful, called up two different places for me to verify proper fitment for my vehicle (which nobody does these days). It ended up not fitting my vehicle which I appreciate the honesty but I were you I do business with this place in a heart beat when given the chance. Google should really have a 6th bonus star for a company that really deserves it like this one! ******

Only care about money. The owner charged me for 4 hrs of work only took the machanic 30 minutes. Funny thing is they used the cheapest shocks ever for my car.Enjoy the money big guy. God bless you fellipe.

My car water return hose broke and i was stuck. I called in and said if they can take the car ASAP and fix it. And they went out of their way to clear their parking lot to accommodate my blue BMW. Owner even came outside to guide the tow truck guy on how to unload my car. Thanks guys for fixing my car. And for upgrading it from before. Insanely fast and fun now!

Love the work these guys do here. I own a 2015 vw gti, and a 2011 bmw m3. These are the only guys I trust to touch my cars as they do excellent work. I really can’t say enough things about these guys, their professionalism, and their obvious love of cars.

When I tell you this is the best shop ever!!! They really go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Felipe and Mitchell offer great customer service, as well as all the other guys there, they really know what theyre doing. I screwed up on fitment for wheels and they went out of their way to help me out. Great tuning shop. Always take good care of me and really know how to work on performance vehicles especially the installation and service of after-market high performance parts. They flawlessly installed a JB4 on my 535i and also provide routine maintenance to keep the vehicle running strong. Highly recommended for your tuning needs.

I just had got a stage 2 tune on my mk6 gti and i love it. It’s fast and it runs perfect. Also the people there are so cool and the customer service was awesome they all know there knowledge about cars there. Velocity factor will be my go to now for any of my car needs.

I just wanted to say that earlier today I had gone to another shop to have my spoiler put on. They told me it was going to be impossible to be put on. I called velocity factor and asked if they had time to squeeze me in to put it on. They made it happen! I went in right after I was done talking to them on the phone. They told me it was going to be difficult to install but not impossible for my 2015 mustang GT aftermarket part. They made everything happen and than some. I would highly recommend coming to this shop for any of your car needs. Everyone is extremely helpful and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.Thanks again!

Good service. Every one there is very professional. I purchased some rims and tires from them and they came out great. Went back after 3 months to install a couple of after market parts for the vehicle as well. Im satisfied with the outcome.
